Buying online this year? What are you getting and who are you getting it for? (I ask so I can steal your ideas. I hate trying to figure out stuff to get people.)

My suggestion, and I know I missed the boat on this one:

A reader sent Goldberg's book to me over the summer, but I've only just this weekend had time to pick it up. It has a certain timely feel to it right now and I know a few people who haven't read it and might like a copy for Christmas. It's on sale at Amazon right now.

At some point he'll just decide this whole referendum nonsense is an unnecessary formality.
