— Ace Outrageous? I didn't think so until he poured on further contempt of the troops by stating that Paul Wolfowitz used to go to West Point to "rabble-rouse" -- our troops being the "rabble."
So the "enemy camp" thing I took in a You know what he means way.
And then he had to follow that up with "rabble-rouse." Rouse up the ignorant, wild-eyed rabble. Of West Point.

It pissed him off so much he was moved to loathe them, on camera.

Actually, down here in our part of the country, Comcast dropped MSNBC, along with Chris Matthews, 5 or 6 months ago, because a poll showed that so few people here in our part of the woods were even bothering to watch any of the programs on MSNBC. Their ratings sucked for 20 years before Comcast realized that hardly anybody around here was watching MSNBC. In fact, CNBC is scheduled to be dropped in January, to be replaced by Home Shopping Network, a program us rednecks love to watch ..., that, and brightly colored test patterns.

I said before he arrived that if Obama spoke in the Chapel, the statue of Saint Doug would come to life, stomp through the stones of the hall floor, and carry him to Hell, just like in Don Juan. His enemy territory is outside, in the cemetery.

When Matthews said "he went to maybe the enemy camp tonight" I saw in the word 'maybe' a hint that maybe he was speaking rhetorically.
And this comes from someone who can't stand Matthews, and usually would not judge him favorably.

Long face on Matthews really = a happy face inside.
Dispassionate tone of voice = upbeat outlook.
Hunched shoulders = leg waiting to be tingled, and yes "enemy camp" also = a waiting leg. So does checking his watch, licking his lips, using a sanitary toilet seat paper wrapping, dry humping Barney Frank, etc.
Chris is far more clever than you think.

Each and every one of them took a personal oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
If that doesn't make them the existential enemies of the left, I don't know what does.

*I'll admit I'm projecting what I expect was the "over arching theme" from the single portion of the speech I dared watch live. We decided here to avoid the consternation it would cause last night, as we're fighting off a virus and needed a good night's rest. Since we just can't stand to hear Obama speak, the upset will come later this morning when we read his speech.

I understand military academy West Point is rated number 1 top-dog school in America.
Which, of course, is quite reasonable since the loser schools are dictated by Ivy-Inbred Professors whose greatest achievements are teaching students how to throw pies at speakers, how to hate America, and how to get high on kiddy porn while smoking pot.

That's some pretty galling honesty from the Left. It sickens me, but at the same time I see a silver lining. The more the Left turns the officer corp against it, the better. I doubt the army would ever work to actively suppress the Right, but it would be even better to have them take action to support our struggle, should the time come. Hopefully the leftists will continue to insult the armed forces by expressing their true feelings - if they do perhaps that truth will set us free.

This time of year, you need every minute to study. Papers are due. Term End exams are coming up in the next week or so. Time is at a premium under normal circumstances. Instead of studying, the cadets were forced to sit through a speech so that they could be used as props in Obama's traveling road show.
That's why they might not have been as enthusiastic as Chrissy would have liked.

huerfano is correct- "Matthews may have battled his alcoholism and won but he will never defeat his stupidity. " You can lose weight, you can get sober, but you can't fix stupid.
I actually made myself switch over to catch some of Olbermann's and this butthead's comments after that stellar speech (sarc) for a minute or two at a time. Fortunately I didn't hear that remark or my blood pressure would have skyrocketed.
Matthews and Olbermann are the horses behinds, the sick twisted mutants of the lame stream media world; and those who follow them (all 75 of them) must be equally disturbed human beings.

Got that right, Steve. I know for a fact it was another one of those mandatory events, and the damn things drove me crazy, especially at a time when I was trying to figure out how in the hell I was gonna scape through my math and IT classes. Ike Hall vs. cramming in the barracks? I'll take the barracks, especially when it's Obambi speaking.
But still, most of them probably wouldn't have been overenthusiastic even if they had loads of free time.

Chris is correct. My job as Commander in Chief would be a lot easier if the military wasn't so gung ho about their mission to defend our country.
On another topic: for those of you who don't agree with my decision. Let me be perfectly clear. If the Taliban and Al Quaida had said they listened to Fox News or that they didn't believe in global warming then I would not have proposed a time table for withdrawal. I would have demanded our military track down and eliminate every last one of them. I

160 You know, fellow morons, I thought the Charlie Gibson comment gag would have gotten old by now, but ya know what?
Makes me laugh.
Every. F'ing. Time.
Me too. I always love to see Charles Gibson's wisdom on every topic.
