Huge Danish CO₂ trading fraud exposed

Numerous instances, arrests, scams, fake addresses, phony companies, etc.

...Police and authorities in several European countries are investigating scams worth billions of kroner, which all originate in the Danish quota register. The CO2 quotas are traded in other EU countries.
DenmarkÂ’s quota register, which the Energy Agency within the Climate and Energy Ministry administers, is the largest in the world in terms of personal quota registrations. It is much easier to register here than in other countries, where it can take up to three months to be approved.
Ekstra Bladet reporters have found examples of people using false addresses and companies that are in liquidation, which havenÂ’t been removed from the register.
One of the cases, which stems from the Danish register, involves fraud of more than 8 billion kroner. This case, in which nine people have been arrested, is being investigated in England...

Who would have ever thought that megabucks sloshing around, slapdash rushed legislation with little in the way of actual control mechanisms, would have resulted in massive frauds? Unthinkable, right? Yea, I didn't think it could happen either since these green folks are so...honest and...committed.

So on the evil Scandi scale the danish are the most evil, followed by the Norse, and then the Swedes? Finns are not scandi, if I remember correctly. I wonder about the Flemish--do they still exist or are they Netherlanders? What about the Dutch--more german less danish?

The Danish are from Denmark, the Dutch are from the Netherlands, the Flemish are Belgian Dutch, Danes are scandinavian, Dutch are not, Dutch is probably the closest to Anglo-Saxon English of anything, they're ALL Germanic. Finland is a mythical place like Albion or Asgaard and doesn't actually exist.
