Obama is a dilettante.  He just wants the trappings of the office but is uninterested in the hard work.  Just look at all the times he voted "Present" while a State Senator.

I told people before the 2008 presidential election that Obama would be remembered by history as the American version of Neville Chamberlin and Obama would ultimately get a lot of Americans killed.  Nothing has changed my mind and there are still three more years to go.

I think you miss Mr. Malor's point.  The Obama Administration has looked weak and unengaged concerning the topic of Islamic terrorism since Day One.  President Obama set the standard for himself when he chose to do a nation-wide anouncement immediately after the Fort Hood "Don't Rush to Judgement" Jihadi Terrorist Attack.  In that brief speech, Obama gave a weird 'shout-out' during the speech and didn't appear particularly interested.

Obama appears conflicted and vacillating when it come to treating Islamic terrorism as an existential threat to the United States.  No one doubted that President G. W. Bush viewed Islamic terrorism differently.

Also, we had DHS Secretary Napalitano say the system worked on Sunday and then back-track on Monday.  It has become painfully clear that DHS was aware of the would-be jihadi but did not place him on the No-Fly list.  Ask yourself this:  with the same information, why did the British government place him on their own list to keep him off British flights?
