Disappointed Warmists Cry Big Salty Tears of Unutterable Sadness Which Fortunately Does Prove To Be Utterable, After All
Lumumba Di-Aping, chief negotiator for the G77 group of 130 developing countries, said the deal had "the lowest level of ambition you can imagine. It's nothing short of climate change scepticism in action. It locks countries into a cycle of poverty for ever. Obama has eliminated any difference between him and Bush." [emph. me -ed.]John Sauven, executive director of Greenpeace UK, said: "The city of Copenhagen is a crime scene tonight, with the guilty men and women fleeing to the airport. Ed Miliband [UK climate change secretary] is among the very few that come out of this summit with any credit." It is now evident that beating global warming will require a radically different model of politics than the one on display here in Copenhagen."
Lydia Baker of Save the Children said world leaders had "effectively signed a death warrant for many of the world's poorest children. Up to 250,000 children from poor communities could die before the next major meeting in Mexico at the end of next year."
Uh-huh.
Big surprise.
Well, maybe next year in Mexico, if you fly in more jets and use more limousines and consume more of the finest food and drink, that will finally save some poor child's life somewhere in the world.
Well, maybe not, but you're sure gonna give it the ol' Harvard try, aren't you?
Negotiators will now work on individual agreements such as forests, technology, and finance – but, without strong leadership, the chances are that it will take years to complete.
GODDAMMIT.
The sacrifice, people. I don't think you right-wing three-toothed squirrel-eatin' dumbasses appreciate the frustration here, and how hard this is going to be for our lefty 'negotiators.'
We're talking years, here. YEARS.
Years and years of this painstaking luxurious drudgery ahead of them. Yeeeeears of attending conventions in exotic locales and sucking cognac and caviar off seventeen-year-old hookers' inner thighs.
The bill eventually footed by wageslave scum such as yourself, of course. As it should be.
Sigh.
On a personal note, directed right at YOU; how come none of you idiots ever think up a fantastic scam like this? The Hell is wrong with you? I know many of you are capable of being just as clever and morally confused as anybody on the left.
Don't you think ol' lauraw would like to go on a plane ride once in a while? Huh? Or maybe drink something that doesn't have the word 'value' somewhere in the name? Yannow what I mean? It would be nice, is all's I'm sayin'.
No, don't talk to me about Principles, and about Truth and Honor, OK?
Because
Principles + Truth + Honor = lauraw can't have nice things.
That's fine. Really. I hope you're happy with yourselves.
It's fine. Fine.

It is quite possible that NGOs are more corrupt than the average government. My entire charity list just shrank to one: my local church. Everyone else can pound sand.
If NGOs ever solved anything, they wouldn't have a job.

I know, I know! We organize a "Conservatives with a Conservation Conscience" gathering for a "climate justice fast" of our own... where we book rooms at some really nice resort in Sedona or Taos... and then refrain from eating from sunrise to sunset: that's the way the Muslims fast during Ramadan, so it has to be legit according to would-be detractors on the Left.
And just like the Muslims, we break each day's fast with a meal right after sundown. Just like the Muslim iftar meal... except with bacon. Lots of bacon. And gallons of alcohol.
And we spend all night each night using nubile young hookers' inner thighs as the whiteboard on which we use cognac and caviar to illustrate our plans for saving the planet... from the Warmerists and Thermomaniacs.
During the day, we invite the mainstream press to watch us set out on our vision quest through the desert, and they can see us march out on foot over the next ridge... to where the scores of ATVs are parked. We use the ATVs to get in touch with man's dominion over the Earth. (Hey, it's not like any of the reporters are actually going to walk even as far as the first ridge to see what we're doing, given that they can go back to the resort and drink umbrella cocktails by the pool.)
I am sure we can get David Frum and David Brooks and Ross Douthat and Newt Gingrich to fund such an important gathering, in the name of showing how environmentally concerned (their kind of) conservatives are.

So, we were supposed to stop residential heating and turn food into fuel making food more expensive and less available to Save the children?
Weird, I thought freezing and starving was bad for children. I guess if you freeze them into children-sickles and put them in a freezer you could be thought of as "saving" them, and they'd take up less room if you starved them first; but that seems a peculiar goal, and not one that would get a lot of following.
Or has killing off lots of people gotten redefined as "saving" while I wasn't looking?

Wait a second. Isn't less people a good thing for the earth (or so we've been told)? Anyway, even if that number is true, which I suspect it is not, those children are more than likely dying because of their own corrupt governments causing war, famine, and pestilence. It's been happening out there for millenia.

Why do we let the libtards hijack all the "good" political words?
From now on we should refer to every non-party-affiliated conservative group as an NGO.
As in, "A crowd of several thousand attended a Tea Party NGO rally today in Cleveland."
Let the fucktards try to tell us that we are a filthy pressure group while they are virtuous members of NGO's.
BTW: that 250,000 figure just has to be pulled out of that woman's hairy ass, as it represents less than 0.004% of the world's population, an immeasurably small fraction of the total, nothing but statistical "noise".
