10 Mr. D'oh had a stent implanted a few years ago. The good news is having a blockage detected in time to prevent a heart attack. The procedure itself is pretty simple. My husband didn't even want to be sedated. Came home that evening and within a week was back at work. (No lifting or strenuous stuff for a while, though.)

Clinton 'jogged' into a McDonald's (okay, this was one of the few good things about Clinton, I admit) and had a meal. SNL did a skit about it with the late Phil Hartman.

125 Sounds like blocked arteries, went thru that myself nearly 2 years ago. Stent probably won't help if blockage is @100% or close.

Chest pains -- not a good sign, but if no damage to the heart muscle he should pull thru OK w/bypass surgery. (Probably quadruple w/all the junk he likes to eat...)

BTW, my insurance paid over 90% of the bills for the surgery and critical care that kept me alive, so you can take over our health-care system when you pry it from my cold, dead fingers!

Yeah, I felt no compassion for Murtha or Teddy, but somehow I found myself caring about Clinton.

Thinking about it overnight, and after reading numerous posts referring to him as Bubba, I think that for me his persona has morphed from rat-bastard asshat politician to fun-loving irresponsible jock. The closest I can put my finger on is the Skins' Dexter Manley. He was a screw up, a really big screw up, but he was our screw up.

Also, somehow the fact that he has, to some extent, stood up to Obama makes me more sympathetic to him. I would rather see a Dem party that was guided by Clinton than led by Obama.
