Danny Glover: Global Warming Caused the Haiti Earthquake
— Ace

This is why we call him "actor Danny Glover" rather than, say, "Doctor Danny Glover" or even "High-Functioning Retard Danny Glover."

Global Warming is just "Zeus" for stupid people.

Video at the link: go to 1:58.

In the Comments... Drew (but not DrewM) argues Glover didn't clearly say this was due to global warming.

Well, Tim Blair points out he says: “When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?”

Well, I don't know what he's sayin', I'm not sure anyone with an IQ higher than peat moss (low-functioning peat moss) knows what he's sayin'. But to the extent there's anything sensible in his mogoloid-gibberish whatsoever, he seems to be sayin' that the failure to stop global warming three weeks ago has caused this "response."

11 As I said yesterday in the Robertson thread, there really is little difference now between many strains of fundamentalist religion and Global Warming Alarmism.  We must be punished for our lack of belief and failure to live correctly.

30 Nope. ..... not global warming.

Top heavy population and infrastructure.

Mans activities have caused a shift in balance of the tectonic plates.  The weight of our species and the weight of our construction has changed the delicate balance of the earths fragile crust and made the world vulnerable to seismic activities.  If we dont do something NOW to alter the course of human activies, the world may literally shake itself apart by 2018.

The Earth no longer has a fever..... it has VERTIGO.

Paris 90 - this doesn't bother me so much with liberal movies, like a lot of Tim Robbins movies; nor with liberal movies which end up conservative by accident, like Sorkin's Charlie Wilson's War.

I get bothered when I see a movie with a libertarian message and I learn later on its star is an Obama hack. For instance: the first Harold & Kumar. Great movie. Then I learnt that Kal Penn was in the freakin' administration and was treating the NEA as his own propaganda organ. Spoilt the thing for me.

101 he didn't claim global warming caused the earthquake. he's advocating a new "partnership" with haiti & the caribbean islands, adding global warming as another cause of victimization by the u.s. and copenhagen as the basis for a new "relationship". he goes down there, gets off the resort, and sees a lot of poverty. but, he asserts the problem is oppression by america. he's an "activist" for wealth transfer, basically. in fact, he sees the earthquake as an opportunity! let's not forget the real root of the problems in haiti: france. i mean it.

As long as somebody linked global warming to the Haiti earthquake --

After a while, Haiti will need to rebuild. They can opt for green materials and ecofriendly buildings and enviro-whatever infrastructure, or they can build to better withstand earthquakes. In the U.S., we can have it both ways. But Haiti is poor, and it's small. Even with assistance, they're going to have to choose.

119 Is Danny Glover related to Cinthia Mckinney?

120 This is all just a big marketing scheme for the new clash of the titans movie with global warming standing in for the greek pantheon.

I just heard on the radio that conditions in Haiti were horrific and that the government was in complete dissaray.

Is there no way a news organization can get in there to tell us what things are like now AFTER the quake ?

just wondering

STOP insulting peat-moss and . . . what's a mogoloid??  Anyway, how can there really be people that support science, particularly the Settled Science of Global Warming, that believe this sort of crap?

This isn't the first time Warmists have claimed that it's Gaia smiting people for making a pact with Big Oil or something.  Some tried to blame the Boxing Day Tsunami and the post-Katrina "Man-Caused Disaster" Flood of New Orleans on Global Warming, too.  Well, and on George Bush.

I saw Obama on TV talking about Haiti -- his lips were moving a lot, but all he said was, "Present."

124 “When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?”

Well, I don't know what he's sayin'

He's saying Gaia's a bitch and we stood her up in Copenhagen.

Nows She's throwing our shit in our new benz and setting it on fire.

Got it?

I just hope she get's her groove back.

In other words Danny Glorver is the black, liberal Pat Robertson.

Isn't calling a black man "mongoloid" sorta racist?  Just askin' cause I hate that man's guts and hope that ghia swallows him whole.

I won't even watch reruns of Lethal Weapon I, II, III, IV?

132 I had a civil war documentary in my netflix queue.  The description made it sound like a halfway interesting show about the slaves involvement in the civil war.  I thought it would be about the ones that joined the north to fight back against the south.  Instead it was about famous black people reading renditions of their ancestors verbal traditions in their best 'negro' voice (according to Harry Reid).  Once I saw Danny Glover's ugly mug pop up on the screen I immediately turned it off and wrote up a review of the documentary explaining that I'd never in a million years watch another movie with Danny Glover in it.  Which is too bad cause I kinda liked the lethal weapon series prior to Danny's complete meltdown into libtard activism.  For all care he can go buy a parrot to sit on his shoulder and go hang out with his buddy Hugo.

Time to start tearing out hearts in order to appease the Goracle. All you little people will have to have your hearts torn out of your living bodies by the elites in Washington in order to stop the GoreBull Warming earthquakes.

All the allegedly atheist socialists on the left Deeply Believe that man made GoreBull warming is true in spite of literal mountains of evidence disproving the silly theories they have come up with so far. And then there is the fact that all of their predictions are not just off the mark, but they are so far off the mark that they cannot een discuss them in retrospect. For instance there should be more and more hurricanes. The last several years there have been almost none, and the few there were did not even hit landfall. Oops!

137 Glover seems to be saying in leftwad lingo the same thought that Pat Robertson has put forth. That Haiti is being punished either for its own sins or for the sins of the world or for the sins of the USA. Someones' Bibles seem to have skipped over the New Testament and went straight to STUUUUUPID.

142 The sheer babydoll is a popular choice because itÂ’s simultaneously innocent and naughty. The see-through fabric makes this cutie of a nightie an erotic dish. ThereÂ’s more than one type of sheer babydoll. Some are completely sheer, while others feature satin cups or silk undies. You can go with a sheer chiffon or see-through lace.
