— Ace It seems when she got done stalking a blogger she started stalking other people, including judges. Now she's in the slammer.
Here are some of her pro se (on her own behalf) legal filings. She heavily cites the precedent of "frocked cowfuckers." (No, really.)

Granted, that probably won't be for 90 days, but I don't think she'll respect her parole when she gets out.

A former psychology (wouldn't you know it) professor at the U of Oregon and U of Arizona who crazed blogging fantasizing murdering her enemies finally got her fired after she threatened the life of the two year old child of one of her victims. Since then it has all been downhill for the effervescent Ms. Frisch. See here for the gory details.

I'll say. There's not a heretofore, hereinafter, or even a wherefore in the whole thing. How's the judge supposed to know what she's talking about?

You know what I find most odd about people like Frisch?
Here we have a radical deranged moonbat who spent most of her adult life working against Americans, conservatives, Republicans, normal people, etc.
You'd think she'd be happy. She got what she wanted: a radical leftwing academic ninny in the White House and a bunch of left wing baboons running not only the federal departments, but also running Congress.
So I wonder, as I suspect do you, what more do these people want?

Posted by: Dianna at October 25, 2010 12:39 PM (qrFCz)
a. She's insane.
b. Unless she threatens to kill herself, hurt someone else or runs nekkid through a shopping Mall, she won't get admitted to a hospital.
c. She has a degree in Psychology (see a and b) She knows just how far to push things.

(a) and (b) Yup yup.(c) Dunno about this one tho. She wasn't hoping to go to jail, I don't think. This will be her first jail term and...no Internet outlet for her. She has a history of physical attacks as well as stalking. Am convinced she's gonna have some kind of meltdown/brouhaha in jail (see "b" above) and be committed to an institution for a while. Thank goodness. She's a pretty sick woman.

Ditto,
IF she has a good judge at the time of hearing, she can be admitted to a hospital for assessment. IF after assessment and diagnosis (wanna guess what it might be?) she's found IST (or GRI/NGRI) she can stay for treatment and stabilizaion meds....or be released for out patient care.
The issue is, she's the worst kind.....the one that is totally crackerpuppies, but smart enough to (think they can) play the system. Maybe.

I think the case of Dr. Deb, that's not an answerable question. I think she could describe her utopia down to the last detail, have it implemented, and she still wouldn't be satisfied, because her mental illness makes that impossible.
I think for lefties generally, they have a vague image of a society where everybody lives like an Amazon tribesman, but with iPods and stuff. But, you know, in harmony.

As has been noted above, her family is enabling her, paying bills and bail and previously attorney fees, but she's saving them that much now by appearing pro se.
Our legal system is not designed to deal with such people. She's already threatened to harm several people, and is obviously out of her gourd, but until she actually kills or nearly kills someone nothing is really going to be done. Jeff G.'s experience clearly proves that much.
