Saddened me a little to see George H.W. Bush looking a little frail, did he have hip surgery and I missed it?

Not looking so good for my Rangers in the top of the 5th, but there's still a game on.

Also, I'll never, ever forget this one.

After all the crap GWB took as president, it makes me so proud to see my hometown area give both Bush's such a warm welcome. Those guys (and their wives) are pure class.

I don't know if it's just the conservatives or the whole country that misses having a president that truly loves the country and shows it. When I see clips of GWB (especially anything pertaining to 9/11) or Reagan, I get an almost physical sense of longing for a leader that loves America. Tuesday is a great start, but I won't breathe a deep sigh of relief until Obama is out of office.
