HAH
— Dave in Texas

The Fordham Flip.

It's pretty much over after the leap, the rest is just cheering and arguing.

You know, the usual baseball stuff.

17 He's lucky he didn't fuck up his hand and/or wrist on that play. If I were the coach, I'd slap his back, congratulate him, and then tell him to never fucking do it again.

Speaking of Texas...

why do the Rangers blow chunks? They had 9 walks, 2 wild pitches, and 9 stolen bases...and they lost to the Red Sox!

I hate the Red Sox, who are owned by a leftwing limosuine liberals from NY.
If the Rangers lose tonight...after getting another big lead...

Pretty good play.

But it's nothin compared to what our boy king could do if HE had a little time in his packed schedule to play some ball.

27 This is what makes baseball such a great game. After untold millions of games played, something new can still happen.

28 I did a similar move but didn't slide. I was rounding 3rd and the catcher already had the ball. I just lowered my head and shoulders and started screaming. He drooped to his knees and closed his eyes and braced for the collision. I just hopped over him and swiped the plate with my left hand. Run scored game over.

30 The catcher flinches away from the runner! I guess he figured he'd get kneed in the head.
