— DrewM Alternate headline, Harry Reid is a sub-moronic ass.
Asked to name "a greatest living American" most of us would name a person who is objectively "living" and an "American", the greatness being a bit more open to interpretation. Harry on the other hand goes with two guys who are dead...Ted Kennedy and Robert Byrd.
Call me crazy but I don't think a guy who got liquored up and killed a woman or a man who rose up the ranks of the Klu Klux Klan should be on anyone's list of "greatest American", living or dead.
Just remember though...Sharron Angle is an idiot who can't be let near the Senate. And according the Mensa member Harry Reid, Clarence Thomas is "an embarrassment to the Supreme Court".
FTR-I'm not sure who the greatest living American actually is but I'm willing to bet you have to go pretty far down the list before you come to a career politician. I'm positive this guy and his compatriots come way before just about anyone in the US Senate.

As always...SluShop courtesy of The Man, The Myth, The Legend.
Bonus fun...Reid aide may have used insider information to profit from legislation before the Senate.

I think, and it's probably only wacky me who believes this, but I think the defeat if Harry Reid is the most important thing in 2010.
It's a huge scalp. Huge. And we need a big victory. Other than Scott Brown in January 2010, we haven't had a significant victory since 2004.

Serious Cat, that's with a sample poll percentage of 43D/24R/33I. There is no way you can tell me that the Dems are going to show up with those kind of percentages this year, given the enthusiasm gap - especially in Arizona this year.
And I don't know how accurate that particular polling outfit has been in the past.
There's gonna be some serious hangovers on both sides - for VERY different reasons - come November 3rd.....

it's a few days old...
During a televised debate, Rory Reid, the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), said he does not support the legal challenges against the health overhaul. Yet, he does believe that President ObamaÂ’s signature achievement could negatively affect Nevada.
“I don’t deny, however,” Rory Reid said, “that Nevada needs to be vigilant on this issue. The law that was passed gives time for the new system to go into effect, but there is potential for it to put significant pressure on states because Medicaid rates could go up significantly.”

Yeah, he interrupts his guests almost as much as BOR, then says he's out of time when he has three hours (a day!) to fill. He's starting to just gloss over issues like everyone always knows what he knows.
And Beck is much better on TV than on radio. He's good at seeing what's coming, but his radio show is almost a commercial for his telly show. And I can understand, kinda, why his health is bad: I think it's the stress of finding out what he's finding out.

OMG, OMG, OMG!
Sean Bielat is kicking Bwarney in the nuts! Evidently there has been a back & forth letter thingy going on with them & Sean's last letter has got to be chapping Bwarney's crusty ass.
I need to find all the other letters, now. BWHAHAHAHA!

Senator Harry Reid: I can get you a gaming license. The price is $250,000.
Michael Corleone: Now, the price of a gaming license is less than $20,000. Is that correct?
Senator Harry Reid: Yes
Michael Corleone: So why would I ever consider paying more than that?
Senator Harry Reid: Because I intend to squeeze you.

I didn't hear it, but from what I read, it wnet as any one of us would have expected. Bwarney came across as the same shitbag he's always been. Pompous jackass.
Maybe some here heard it, and can give you firsthand info.
His website seanbielat dot org has the other letters between him & Bwarney. He slaps that fat f#ck around like he owns him.

He's really improved. He's damn good at this point. Certainly in my top 5 or so talk show hosts.
His style really works for fans of AOS I think. Same with Gutfeld on TV. A nice change of pace in the talk radio world of bombastic yellers or ex lawyers.

The conservatives have portrayed me as a man of dishonor who speaks ill of others and a political hack. I deny the charges, and insist that voters look at my record of lower taxes, individual rights, school choice, and the right to keep your health policy. That's the truth and it's not debatable.

Sean Bielat was great. Flawless.
But Barney is a smooth cocksucker. He's unapologetic and shameless and he knows to sound like he knows what he's talking about. Had an answer for everything -- even though he was talking in circles.
Barney Frank is a disgusting person, but he possesses all the attributes that make one a good politician. He's a formidable opponent, especially today when people are stupid.

I'm Barney Frank's sister and resent the term smooth cocksucker. Sure Barney has held a few cocks in his mouth, but there is no indication or evidence he ever sucked on it. Get your irresponsible story straight.

I sure am glad the American Government doesn't run as inefficiently as the Chilean Government. With all of our resources, we would had those miners out within a couple of weeks.
Just look at the stellar job we did on the Gulf of Mexico spill. With leadership from President Obama, we put our boot on BP's neck and got the job done.
