The judge agreed to exclude evidence that would have given her a sentencing range of 46 to 57 months, leaving him at 30 to 37. He gave her the 37.
At some point (trying to figure this out) started trying to withdraw her guilty plea.

And she's senile John Conyers' "trophy" wife. Good Lord. Some trophy.

Before the sentencing was announced, a strange series of events transpired, highlighted by Conyers' request to withdraw her guilty plea. She was screaming that she had her own tapes that would exonerate her before the sentence was announced. She also yelled “What about my children? They did nothing to cause this!” before the sentence announced.
Why do Democrats always have to drag their children in the argument? I don't see how this helps Monica or Michelle's children. Yeesh!

Get 3 years, within the agreement... try to appeal and nullify your guilty plea and the deal you signed into?
Sorry... she signed an agreement, and that agreement actually lowered her sentence (by a year or more) when they didn't look into everything she had done, but limited the scope of the trial.
If she gets her "appeal" I hope they open up the inquiry to things that were restricted by the plea bargain initially. I bet she could end up with closer to a decade if she really pushes this.
