This spirit of emminent domain has moved into NC.  Bev Purdue is now trying to force ALCOA to turn over their ownership of a dam (or dams) to the state.  Would any other business choose to invest in NC after this?

We had a case here recently. A woman blew a tire on her car. An officer stopped to assist and it was discovered she was illegal. She was here 12 years, her husband was in the process of getting his citizenship, they owned a small business and her children were all born here. Immigration sent her ass back where she came from, by god! and quick. To India.

An analysis by Investor's Business Daily, which called it the "Zombie Option," said the idea – rejected in debate over the health-care plan signed into law earlier this year – is being promoted yet again as a way to save the government money.

Democratic Reps. Lynn Woolsey and Pete Stark of California and Jan Schakowsky of Illinois have joined to put together the newest proposal called the "public option act." 

It was only a few days ago when Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid told a Las Vegas convention, "We're going to have a public option. It's' a question of when," according to IBD.

The plan by that time already was proposed on paper, and it now has 128 House Democratic Party co-sponsors, the report said.

The proposal states: "For years beginning with 2014, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (in this subtitle referred to as the 'Secretary') shall provide for the offering through Exchanges established under this title of a health benefits plan (in this Act referred to as the 'public health insurance option') that ensures choice, competition, and stability of affordable, high-quality coverage throughout the United States in accordance with this section. In designing the option, the Secretary's primary responsibility is to create a low-cost plan without compromising quality or access to care."

All part of the plan.  Check out the UN's Agenda 21, signed by HW Bush.  He thought it wouldn't amount to anything, being a "soft" document, but this Congress has run with it.  "Representatives" of the gubmint are infiltrating localities with a rosy-sounding green agenda and the locally elected dumbarses are signing on.  It's designed to eliminate personal property as the US is the last country on earth with private property. 

These emmisaries also figure in "adjoining" property to disallow private property holders from developing their property if it backs up to govt-owned land.  They've made A LOT of headway.  We had a speaker outline this at our last Patriot mtg and it was like a collective gut punch.  I believe she said about 19 Virginia counties/cities had signed on.  The audience looked like they were going to be ill.

We are operating under a spell and it is one totally at odds with the founding of this great country. Liberty was the one and only initiative of the founders and they rightfully understood it to be conferred by the Creator God. 

Man is a political animal as Plato wrote and thus the founders realized their initiative of liberty could only be based upon natural rights as opposed to statutory rights.  

The irony and hypocrisy of it all is moving us toward centralized power with a constitution subverted for the "collective's advantage."
