— Ace Hey, sorry to ask one more time -- but he's losing.
If you can, if you haven't voted... thanks. Balloting ends today.
A friend of mine did a short film series about geeks working for an online gaming review site, called "The GameRev."
It's entered in a competition. Voting is still allowed until tomorrow.
If you wouldn't mind, go here and scan down to the "T's" -- it's alphabetized under "T" for the "The" in "The GameRev," despite the fact that that's totally retarded.
You can also watch at the button there , but if you don't have time to watch, well I watched on your behalf my guess is that you'll think it's very funny and would want to vote for it.
But seriously, it's a cute look at game-geek culture and nerd heirarchies. A little like Grandma's Boy.

I'll vote for your friend, Ace.
But first, you will blow me.
And then, you will accidentally post some links to busty lesbian hentai pr0n.
And after THAT, another beejer would be nice.

Sure, I voted for the thing.
But I showered afterwards..

Technical notes - if the dialogue were speeded up to make it snappy patter-ish, then it might be okay. As presented, it sounded like young guys going through a series of mini-strokes while vocalizing.

Which will help him with the recovery when ace finally has that full break from reality that we've been betting on, in a secret "Ace Pool" that looks like a mundane Fantasy Football pool.
Entry fee is $5, so far First prize is worth $2,380. It's date and AM/PM. The tie breaker is whether ace is found and he's gibbering about spiders. You can have up to ten date/times at any one time, and there's rolling buy-ins.

What the critics are saying about the summer smash hit, The Game Rev...
"Ace told me to vote for it so I did." -- Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times
"I can't believe it might win. Nobody I know voted for it." -- Pauline Kael, New York Times
"It's alphabetized quite unconventionally, and has some word fragments in its title." Michael Medved

It sucks that I can't vote a bajillion times. What is this, a fair voting system? Dead people and griefiers are disenfranchised!
In all fairness, the film was decent. A bit too stereotypical and the acting was a bit hammy, but I enjoyed watching it. ("Alex" was too decadent though). I've seen much worse performances *ahem, The Room*.

America extends housing, food, and education subsidies to illegal aliens in need. But Mexico receives more than $20 billion in American remittances a year — its second-highest source of foreign exchange and almost all of it from its own nationals living in the united states. Are Americans then subsidizing the Mexican government by extending social services to aliens, freeing up cash for them to send back home?
These baffling questions are rarely posed, never addressed, and often considered politically incorrect. But they will only be asked more frequently in the months ahead.
You see, once a law stops being considered quite a law, all sorts of even stranger paradoxes follow.

Actually, I thought that Ace's screenplay treatment in "Buttfuck Buddies 2" was too derivative. That scene with the Alien baby coming out of Elton John's ass reminding me of some Sigourney Weaver movie I saw once.

The Hollywood Reporter " While GameRev follows a rather formulaic structure & theme all to often associated with the quirky genius gamer archetype, the sweeping cinematography of its interior shots coupled with a fast paced dialogue, a dialogue enunciated by its dreamy cast, act as bobbin and thread in keeping the audience in stiches.
The MPAA rates GameRev R due to mother board references and some sentiate being role play."
