Kid's Got Some Nerd Chops

It's sort of an awww thing because he's kind of, you know, cluelessly goofy.

Thanks to Dave@Garfield Ridge. He also sends this, apparently some sort of trick question for password recovery at the official D&D site.

Actually, the way it is with Kudran Wildhammer in the Council of the Three Hammers is more accurate than having Falstad there in his place. After all, Kudran was the Thane of the Wildhammer Clan all through the time he spent on Draenor after closing the Dark Portal at the end of the Second War. So they'll probably end up just putting Falstad in the corner so it can match the description in The Shattering.

Yeah, I'm a Geek.

34 I had a kid like this in an English class. He made a point of using the footnotes (Norton Anthology) to correct the prof, and he just wouldn't stop. Every little error caused by failure to excessively use qualifiers upset him. He also loved to see if he could trip-up the profs over minor symbols or themes.

Interesting thing-- aforementioned guy is a liberal pacifist who went into the Army but decided he wasn't a pacifist afterall. After leaving the Army, he decided he despises Obama so much that he now works as a teacher in China (since they'll supposedly the better capitalists).

64 Unless I miss my guess, the kid in the video is a high-functioning autistic. I have one of these at my own house. If he met you for 2 minutes, he'd ask you your birthday. Then, if he saw you again in three years, he'd remember it, and remind you of it in case you forgot. I think everyone should give him a break.

Y'all have to realize, that kid was in front of an audience of over 150,000 people, broadcast to 21 countries live via pay-per-view. I would have sounded almost as freaky with the stress if I was in the same spotlight.

The developers of the game  up there realized he actually had a decent lore question, and they're very protective of their customers. I liked (because I was watching this live) how they were so kind to him and treated him seriously. Blizzard (the devs) are about the best of the best when it comes to game developers - they and Valve are outstanding.

The game has got some very compelling storylines all through it. Very polished, very well done. For an example of some of the stories, look up "Darrowshire" on youtube - some quests are so well done people have written quite good songs about them. (also check out "Big Blue Dress", a funny country song complaining 'bout having to wear a robe when you're a badass mage.)

And the best part is that you can have guns and explosives as a character in the game. (check out "The Hunter Song" on youtube by Warcraft Hunters Union) You're not just limited to bows and swords and shit. Very fun.

68 Shakespeare declared absolutely nothing is either bad or good, but thinking can make it so. In the same way, delight is one area that in mind. It truly is proverbial that on the globe is long for happiness, everyone is seeking it as well as there's no certain strategy for finding it. For contentment brings about unique definitions to be able to person. Very easy be based upon the external conditions but is based on the inner thoughts among us.
