Jesus.  Can we all agree that the ads for the "* insert your city here * Mom makes $1,000 an hour while watching soap operas! you can too!!" are a fraud and should be shunned out of existance?  These people are bottom feeders and I hope to GOD nobody here has ever clicked on the link.

So why do I see them all the time?  Do some of you wear those secret energy bracelets too?  Here's some inside info:  They're made in a sweatshop in China somewhere.  They are not magical.  Nothing magical exists.

Anyone else getting to the point where they're thinking of dumping the internet?  Of course I never will, but this is pathetic.  Discussion boards on usenet are just as good as these websites and without the ridiculous ads.

The internet was cool when it was exciting and new.. a graphical usenet.  I wish it ended there. too bad.  I remember being teased in the mid 90's for being a nerd just for using the internet.. now those idiots are telling people how often they jerk off to everyone on facebook.  God help us.  I long for the days of the BBS and usenet.  Technology was respected then.  Now its being used to sell fake penis pills.  What a fucking world.
