Very remotely possible. Unless it's at a playground or Chuck E. Cheese in the Shreveport area. Then I'm a definite!!

If/when "health" "care" "reform" is declared officially dead -- say, after Congress's Spring Break, when they cavort naked on the beaches and bask in the sunshine of their constituents' sweet sweet love -- we should get together for some celebratin'. I think Downtown Disney would be worth the splurge, and wherestherum would find the answer to her question.

I want to hear about anything in Iowa, New Orlean's, Raleigh or Tulsa. I don't talk too much here, but I can be a real pain in the ear in person.
I'm having an open house to celebrate the moving in of the Miracle House in June here in Waterloo and I've decided to turn it into a Moron Meetup.

Indeed there is good sir! 6pm, just a few blocks south of the Burlington Northern metra station in downtown Downers Grove.
If you'd care to RSVP, drop me a line at "themoocow AT gmail DOT com", subject "Moron Meetup". For that matter, if you can't make it, but would like to be on the list for future meetups, drop me a line. Or, not to imply I am the keeper of Moron Lists in Chicago, make your own list, and drop me a line so I can get on it.
We'll do a city meetup in the near future I should think. Now that Winter looks to have broken (fingers crossed), it's not as much of hassle to go downtown.

If you want classy, we can get hammered in the Crown Room at the Dell, or if you want to go completely the other way we can do the "Whirly Bird" in Imperial Beach. I have not had the guts to go there in a couple of years. I'll stick my head in and see. I have been there a few times and remember very little, but they have not had any stabbings there in a while, that made the paper, so it's likely just fine.
I.B. has stabbings and shootings all the time, so they all don't make the papers, unless it's a big deal, unlike Coronado that reports dog poop left behind in the police blotter.

Odd that you mention that. They used to have a big sign up that by order of the Imperial Beach PD and the SD Sheriff's Office that ALL weapons were prohibited.
I never went in armed, but I'm sure than in a pinch you could readily buy any weapon you needed there. They once found most of a human body in their dumpster. The owner was explaining to me that since it wasn't an ENTIRE body (no head or torso), it wasn't necessarily a homicide.

Nice idea, but they've already learned how to circumvent stuff like that. For instance, Rum stole my soul from over 3000 miles away. I have yet to figure out how the hell she did that.

But if you want to avoid the current soul stealer, you must do this. First, steal a corpse from the local cemetery and stage your own death. Make sure fire is involved so they can't identify the body. Then move at least 500 miles away and forge a new identity for yourself.

The easiest way to move from theory to application in these ungodly meet-up threads is just to throw a location out there and let the debate begin. If I recall (attendees can undoubtedly vouch as to whether I was capable of that action verb) was held at the Old Monk in Dallas off Henderson Ave. Personally, I thought the venue was too cramped and filled with SMU cardigans to duplicate that mistake. However, this is a capitalist society (for now) and I will go wherever demand warrants.
With that said, I offer up this suggestion for ridicule -
Ten Sports Bar
1302 Main St.
Dallas TX 75202
I can neither confirm nor deny that I know the owner and he would be appreciative of our revenues/liabilities. Give me your thoughts and your first born when you get a chance. - Mule

Okay. GoW refers to the God of War series of video games (there are 5 games in total) for the Playstation (not to be confused with the Gears of War [GoW] games, which have the same acronym, but are totally different in gameplay). In a nutshell God of War is a modern-day re-telling of Greek Mythology through the video-game series, where the protagonist anti-hero, Kratos, first serves the Greek gods for forgiveness after murdering his family, under the influence of Ares, and then plots their destruction after they betray him. Gameplay wise, the game isn't a "shooter" game, but a third-person hack 'n slash, where Kratos uses swords, along with other melee weapons and magic, to brutally hack down and destroy his enemies.
That's a very brief summary.

If I were to compare the gameplay to other games I'd have to go with Prince of Persia or Devil May Cry, but for someone who is an admitted non-gamer that might not be enlightening. There are other games but those are the popular ones that come to mind.
The only thing I'd want to add is more dependence on combos; the only place you really needed to know them for GoW II was for the boss fights and that was not a direction I was happy with. You could do (almost) the entire game with just the basic OOO^ except for a few places. I thought GoW was harder, and I liked it more for that.
