Moron NFL Picks - Reminder
— Dave in Texas

Season starts tonight, so get your special pudding spoons and put on a helmet. Also get your picks in. Minnesota and New Orleans tonight, in an NFC Championship game rematch. I hate them both.

This year Ben recruited an assist from longtime commenter who's not too big a PITA, CDR M. Thanks CDR M.! FYNQ, TGIF, and NTTAWWT.

Ben asked me to remind you all, because you're idiots, that the picks are against the spread.

Vote early and vote often.

Cheerleader pic below the fold, also courtesy CDR M. I think he collects them or something. It's so easy to spot the ones with real talent.

The Cowboys don't even look at their cheerleaders anymore, because they're all the BrokeBack kind.

3 I pick the one on the left,...no the one one on the right,...oh hell, I want both of them.

True fact:  I went through until about week 13 last year before I knew whether we were picking against the spread or not.

I finished 2nd.

11 OK, I know I joined our leagues, but I can't figure out how to get from the pro football pickem page to where I make my picks.  Does that mean I automatically lose this year?

Do you know what a Brady cuticle is worth with his contract extension?  Me neither.  We should probably ask Randy Moss.  I'll bet he's already calculated it.

Today is the day we find out if Murkowski is a total whore.

Also if weird news, teh AP has a story about the Ambassador of Pakistan asking Glenn Beck to come out against the book burning. The AP, with its layers of fact checking and huge staff, couldn't take the time to go to glenn's website and see that he did that several days ago.

52 It looks like the spread changes day to day.  Which is a pain.  I like it better Vegas style where you just lock in with the spread when you make your pick.

Granted, there's no skin in the game, and I'd hate to end up with a suck pick if, say, Aaron Rodgers breaks his leg in practice or something.
