A Richard Stockton College/Zogby poll (yes, yes, I know) is showing Runyan leading his opponent, Adler (D-NJ3) 40-37. MOE 4%.
This comes after the "Tea Party" candidate was outed as a Dem plant.
If this poll is true (yes, yes, Zogby...) Adler is toast. He's the incumbent and polling well, well, well under 50%. Cook says the district is R+1. I do not see, actually, why Runyan is so low.

You'll have to copy/paste (sorry it's a hand-me-down)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin filling
2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 /2 tsp. nutmeg
1 /2 tsp. allspice
1 /2 tsp. salt
(optional: 1 /2 cup raisins and/or 1/2 cup walnuts
1. combined honey/butter. add the eggs. then add the pumpkin and water.
2. mix all the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. (add the optional ingredients)
3. bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
Frosting--
3 oz. cream cheese (softened) (don't use low fat!)
4 tbsp butter (softened)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup powedered sugar
first, blend cream cheese and butter. add vanill and milk. add the sugar.
