62 I really like the day labor provision.  We have tons of these sites in my relatively upscale area with upwards of 30 Mexicans each standing around for hours.  They're an eyesore and they make me especially uncomfortable when they're within a block of school.  I'm sure some parents don't let their kids walk to school any more because of it.  I've talked to local businessmen who say they hurt business but the police will do nothing.  We need a law like this to get the police to bust them up, and deporting them would just be icing on the cake.
