Obama Will Support UN Investigation Of Israel
— Ace

And, of course, only Israel.

THE WEEKLY STANDARD has learned that senior Obama administration officials have been telling foreign governments that the administration intends to support an effort next week at the United Nations to set up an independent commission, under UN auspices, to investigate Israel's behavior in the Gaza flotilla incident. The White House has apparently shrugged off concerns from elsewhere in the U.S. government that a) this is an extraordinary singling out of Israel, since all kinds of much worse incidents happen around the world without spurring UN investigations; b) that the investigation will be one-sided, focusing entirely on Israeli behavior and not on Turkey or on Hamas; and c) that this sets a terrible precedent for outside investigations of incidents involving U.S. troops or intelligence operatives as we conduct our own war on terror.

Question Number One: Why are these damned Jews so stubborn about survival? Why can't they just get with the pogrom?

I always say, lately, "It's easier to beg forgiveness than to secure permission." I can't help but think the "International Community's" plan for Israel -- and America is now part of that hateful "community" -- is to set in motion the gears which will destroy it. Problem solved! And then, once destroyed, the "International Community" can talk about how sad they are Israel has been destroyed.

It's easier, the "International Community," finds, to work up feigned sympathy for a dead Jewish victim than a live Jewish fighter. America saw the same thing after 9/11.

How much the world mourned our dead!

How much the world loathed our living!

Oh, by the way: Achmadinejad says Israel is "doomed," which is especially threatening, as he said this in connection with his nation's ongoing nuclear weapons program.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Friday Israel was "doomed" and singled out US President Barack Obama for scorn, blaming Washington for orchestrating new nuclear sanctions against Tehran.

Speaking during a visit to the World Expo in Shanghai, Ahmadinejad denounced the UN Security Council's sanctions resolution adopted Wednesday with Chinese and Russian backing as "worthless paper".

The firebrand leader accused global nuclear powers of "monopolising" atomic technology and said the new sanctions would "have no effect" -- reserving most of his tough rhetoric for the United States, not his ally Beijing.

Swatting aside the US leader's offers of dialogue and rapprochement if Iran relents on its nuclear ambitions, Ahmadinejad said: "I think President Obama has made a big mistake... he knows the resolution will have no effect.

"Very soon he will come to understand he has not made the right choice and he has blocked the way to having friendly ties with the Iranian people."

Obama, meanwhile, works to ease a bill which would punish countries doing business with Iran. Because it would anger that "International Community" we hear so much about.

6 Those pesky, evil Joooos!  How dare they want to survive in a land where their neighbors would rather see them all die than live in peace with them?

I'd laugh about Obama's double-dealings - getting his "tough" sanctions in the UN (which the Russians even laughed at) while undermining them via Congress - if the stakes weren't so damn high.

At least in the end, there will be only chaos.

That is exactly the plan, but you left out the most important part - the "world community" (now including the US since the anti-American Indonesian is running things) wants to force Israel to take care Iran's nuke program and THEN they will set about for the complete and utter obliteration of Israel.  The funny part, now, is that it will likely be started with an embargo and then a blockade of Israel.  It will be loads of fun to watch the UN (and the US) condemn Israel for the Gaza blockade and then set about bockading Israel.  Cognitive dissonance.  It's where they live.

PS I just read Krauthammer to find that Iran was recently appointed to the "UN Commission on the Standing of Women."  I assume the commission's mandate is to stop all those lazy women from sitting, or lying down - otherwise putting Iran on it wouldn't seem to make sense.

That's standard for the UN, just like putting the Human Rights Violators on the Human Rights Council.  It like a game, think up a UN department, pick the absolute worst countries to run it, and that is precisely what the UN would do.

84 Any Muslim Palestinian who dies in an Iranian nuclear attack on Israel would get 'martyrdom' status according to the jihadi imams and their fatwas.  So it's really not a big deal.   The same reasoning was used when car bombs in Iraq would kill fifty Iraqi children, but two US Marines.  Fifty little martyrs and two dead kuffar, win-win!

86 Ace Israel is doomed by demographics. The Arab population is 25% and increase by 1% each year. The CIA says that Israeli Arabs will outnumber Israeli Jews in 25 years. More Jews leave Israel each year than immigrate. Many secular Jews do not wish to live in a country where there is religious law. Many do not want to live where women MUST ride in the back of some busses because orthodox men are afraid that they may be menstruating and therefore "unclean" or where a 14yo girl might have acid thrown at her because she was wearing pants. Iran has not started a war in living memory, Iran knows that time is on their side that is why Israel is "doomed".

Because of the dissembling and secrecy about BarryOs background - a well put together forgery with supporting documents would compel Barry to open up or lose big. The lower his numbers go, the more people will believe. Remember the gut who blew his balls off in SLC - same effect - amplifying doubt.

If Israel doesn't leave the UN then they are just asking for more and more of this insane abuse.  There is no reason at all for Israel to stay in the UN (there's no reason for anyone to give credence to that Utopian Nightmare that only a total retard could support) and without Israel, the UN has almost no reason to exist (as most UNSC resolutions are about beating up Israel).

Israel must leave the UN or it condemns itself to more and more of these insane attempts to kill it.

One way for the Republicans to stop this is to announce that anyone in the government from Obama on down will be personally held responsible for any major loss of life in Isreal. That the Republicans will charge each and everyone of the members of this administration with aiding and abetting in the cause of genocide and they need to pointedly remind them that the penalty for that is death as per the Nuremburg trials.

They should also premetviely announce that any judge that tries to stop it is also attempting to aid and abett the act of genocide by covering it up or keeping the perpetratores from facing justice.

That should get their attention. Those on the left are not used to facing punishment for their actions.

Indeed.  They will have much to answer for.  Crap like this is why, in the end, the threats of prosecutions of Bush administration officials didn't go anywhere.  They didn't want to set a precedent that would be dangerous to themselves.  They knew all along what criminality they were planning to engage in.

I hope somebody on our side is making the necessary lists and gathering the pertinent evidence, because there will be a need for a LOT of treason trials once this reign of incompetence and backstabbing is over.  Hopefully followed by a vigorous round of executions.  If it were up to me their entire families would suffer with them - make an example for the others.

Indeed, you are right.  Ultimately the best hope for fixing things before it's too late (hopefully it is not already too late) is for the Libtards to force a civil war.  That makes the stakes a little clearer to all involved, and spineless milksops like those currently running the Stupid Party will be pushed aside.  Once the shooting starts the moderates fall in line behind those who want to WIN.  I just hope we don't have to lose a city to a dirty bomb or full blown nuke before Americans realize that our most dangerous enemies are here on our own soil, and are called Liberals.  All of our physical/economic problems can be solved in time - but cultural destruction at the hand of the Left is unfixable short of total collapse and religious revival - basically hitting the reset button.

130 For an impressive and nearly indisputable look at the correlation of disastorous events in America to how the American government is treating Israel I advise looking at the work of John McTernan.  http://www.defendproclaimthefaith.org/book_update_1008.htm  (Someone show me how the hyperlink editor works here)

For instance he lists the great economic crash of 2007 and into 2008 happened on the very days that Bush et al were pressuring Israel to divide Jerusalem and to go for a two state solution.  I found the linkage for Katrina by my own research, click on my name and go to the bottom of my site for a summation of McTernan's work.  With Katrina we pressured Israel to kick out their own settlers from Gaza.  Anyone can find the linkage for what is happening to us now economically and with the Gulf.  It is going to get really bad, whereas Bush I, Clinton and Bush II were, I think, mostly ignorant in their dealings with Israel, Obama is malevolent.

Here is my summary of when, and I think why, Katrina struck the U.S.  One of its effects was to destroy the Bush Presidency and opened the door for the Obama Presidency, which is only further destruction of America:

On August 29, 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans with estimated financial costs of $86 billion (Some say as much as $200 billion) This is the most costly natural disaster in U.S. history. At least 1,800 people lost their lives, making it the 5th deadliest hurricane in American History. Israel began forced disengagement of Israeli citizens from settlements in Gaza (that Israel had in previous years encouraged) on August 15th 2005 and completed this process with some settlers being violently removed by Israeli security forces, then their houses bulldozed and all IsraelisÂ’ and Israeli forces had withdrawn by September 12th 2005. So Hurricane Katrina comes ashore and bulldozes thousand of American Homes, killing nearly two thousand in the middle of this process.

This forced process had come about by all the years of meddling by the United States' policy towards Israel; Part of the “Land for Peace,” mentality. I think the linkage is beyond obvious. I have not gone into any of the morality by any side with these observations. I am just showing the connections. To me it looks like we are messing with something that is bringing great destruction upon us as a nation. Presidents are ruined against these rocks, and apparently nations can be ruined also. August 15 to 29 = 14 days before Katrina. August 29 to Sept 12 = 14 days after Katrina...Katrina struck EXACTLY in the middle of this process.

146  I think it's rather like an uncensored Biden, and we all know what an uncensored one is like.

I'm thinking 130 is a troll...it has that certain whiff to it.

155 El Presidente Osama  Obama does not give a shit about Israel.  After all, his clergy taught him to hate the Jooos.  It is the damn Jooos that have kept the black man down in the USA.  They are just greedy money lovers who always vote democrat.  So, no problem when the country turns to glass.

156 For some reason I read this as "Obama Will Support UN Invasion Of Israel".

"Question Number One: Why are these damned Jews so stubborn about survival? Why can't they just get with the pogrom? "

Cringefully funny! I'm worried that some historically uninformed people will simply think you made a typo.

158 Let me help you with your investigation there...[produces length of bloody pipe in plastic bag labeled "Exhibit A", tosses it on Security Council table with a loud CLANK] Any further questions?

All I can say is that if you like large breasts and women happy to show them off, Israel is the place.  Unfortunately, there's an epidemic of female tattooing ... but the breasts pretty much make up for it.

What a damn disgrace.  Our usurper president in a jew hating afrocentrist.. I bet he believes blacks are the 'real' jews...

Anyone else listen to rosie o'donnel talk about helen thomas?  She didn't think what she said was hate speech.  She seriously thinks the jews are occupying the land... Maybe she should take a trip to Rome and check out the arch of Titus..  Constructed in the ~80's a.d. depicting the destruction of the JEWISH TEMPLE in around 70 A.D. (sorry no wiki university for me).  It depicted Roman soldiers looting the temple and taking the famous solid gold Jewish candelabra (Menorah).. among other things.  The temple treasure was used to finance the famous Roman Collesium as a gift after Nero's death.  (constructed on top of Neros 'gilded house' which he constucted after clearing a large part of the city in his famous fire.. where he fiddled while Rome burned)

I've never heard a pundit on tv respond to one of these idiots with this comeback. Its embarrasing.  It was an obvious truth that the Jews lived in Judea during roman times.  The region was even called judea until the jews rebelled for a third and final time (130's a.d.) and the Roman emperor Hadrian? renamed the region Syriana Palastina.  Palastine meaning 'land of the philistines.. the hated enemies of the Jews..  it was meant as an insult.  It was named 'palastine' as a joke.. an insult.  I wish more people would know more of history.  This controversy would be nipped in the bud quite quick.  These savages have no claim to anything but to a sick joke... litterally.

No significant arab population lived in the area until the rise of islam.  Which btw, only exists because the Roman Emperor Heracleus completely destroyed the holy places of the Zoroastrians.. Islam was there to take its place after disheartened Zoroastrians looked for answers..  Probably a bad thing in the long run, huh?

History.  Interresting stuff.  Too bad nobody cares to learn about it anymore.  Obama probably thinks the 'Romans' never existed... and were a made up story to make inferior white kids have pride in their history..  Trust me , i've heard it before.  not a joke

More paranoia and more of the same old, tedious and monotonous persecution complex thingy that doesn't work anymore. The world does't buy into that whining, crybaby shit anymore.

I suspect that you're exaggerating and distorting the facts with your hysterical assertions.

If the UN is going to conduct an investigation of this matter, which I doubt, they certainly won't be so one-sided as to investigate just Israel's conduct. That is ludicrous. If they investigate, they will investigate the conduct of all participants, and lay their findings out on a table to get a clear picture of what happened there. Nobody is picking on Israel, or singling them out.

Your silly, juvenile and irresponsible assertions in this instance are like when Gabe asserted here one night that a plane was being hijacked, and it wasn't.

You could Man-up and admit that you screwed up again. But it is more than likely that, instead, you will lash out at me childishly, viciously, spitefully and vindictively for pointing out the fact that you just made a damned fool out of yourself again..

BTW, the White House has already denied your bizarre allegations. There is no reason for them to lie. The facts are too easy to verify. Geezez, it annoys me that I have to defend that administration. But sometimes, as in this instance, you're loonier and more out of line than they are.

173 In our daily life, we pay more attention to our dress-up and life taste. In 2011 summer, we don't need to worry about it because summer clothing is always stylish and charming. However, we often feel annoyed in winter because those winter coats in general are heavy. Thus, we cannot show our personality and style during the winter time. However, when the canada goose label comes into our sights, we know that everything would be all right. It is because Canada goose clothing can bring us a stylish and charming look even under the brutal conditions.(yang)
