— Open Blogger All these burgers have been personally approved my Michelle Obama.
Michelle Obama recently announced her initiative to "green up" public schools. It's part of her ongoing effort to help America eat more healthy.
First Lady Michelle Obama is expected to announce . . . a major new initiative that would place up to 5,000 salad bars in public schools nationwide, despite uncertainties over how local health inspectors might treat those salad bars and USDA nutrition-tracking rules that could prove a major impediment.

Here she can been seen

Carl's Jr./Hardees Foot Long Cheeseburger

Friendly's Grilled Cheese Burger Melt

Burger King Quad Stacker

McDonald's Mega Mac
(Meggie Mac's Favorite)

The KFC Double Down

The Wendy's Baconator

The Big Kahuna Burger

In-And-Out 4x4
And check this list.

"Home of the Cascade Burger." This burger consists of a 1/3lb patty of beef, a sausage patty, and bacon with pepper jack, mozz and cheddar cheeses nestled between each layer. It is then dressed in "special sauce."
Best messy fatty burger in the USofA.
Oh, and Mo'chelle is a pig.

Not even to mention the deliberate insertion of fecal matter, worms and other small animals, and hard and/or sharp objects.
Less of a concern at restaurants for adults, but elementary/high-school? It might be a rare occurrence but I can't see it *not* happening, and the publicity will be enormous.
Maybe pre-packaged salads? Or, you know, DEFUND THE GOD-DAMNED THING ENTIRELY AND LET SANE, RATIONAL PRIVATE MARKET FORCES WORK FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THAT IS HOLY!!!
*ahem*
Sorry, slight case of mood poisoning, must have been something I hate.

It's about a foot wide.
That and a basket of Spanish Fries. It's, muah, magnifique.

Thi is good, but it doesn't go far enough. It isn't enough to have the federal Department of Education and USDA involved in putting salad bars into our local national schools.
There will be wingnut pushback. Which is where that national civilian security force with as much funding (and weapons!!!) as the defense department comes in.
But this is all just short term thinking.
Long term, we will have the United Nations involved to get a salad bar in every school world wide.

Moo-chelle, who looks like she weighs more than I do, needs to eat a big dose of STFU and nag her worthless husband to stop bankrupting the country and killing jobs. That way, people like me could afford to eat (and I like salads), with maybe enough left over for the occasional Sonic burger when we feel like splurging.

There should be a TeeJaye's Breakfast Livestock Bisquit that's basically a Barnyard Buster except towered and stacked with all manner of ham and beef.
A quart of peppered country gravy as a side.

Probably good that we don't have one near us. Yummy, but not cheap.

However, one candidate cannot be over-looked. If we learned anything from 2008, we should've learned that organization and social media skills are paramount to a campaign. No one is actually going to "come out of nowhere". To become the most powerful person in the world, you have to build quite an organization. That's why only one person has a chance to beat President Obama in 2012.

so at the usual gov't prices, that'll be about 3 billion dollars for the 5000 salad bars, and then what? Will the kids be forced to eat the stuff? They won't be allowed to gradgugate if they refuse to eat salad at least three times a week? (You know, like mandatory voluntary community service.) Will they let you get by with just tomatoes and russian dressing or will the cafeteria staff force you to take (and eat) everything while making sure you only put the right amount of the right dressing on it? What about mandatory fruit for dessert? How about the lawsuit fund for the first time some kids get salmonella? HOW ABOUT A PICTURE OF THE FWOTUS'S ASS WITH THE LEGEND "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T EAT SALAD!"
Whew, I think I hurt myself.

My school actually privatized the cafeteria service three years ago.
The quality of the food went up ten fold. That, and the kids (and adults) have yogurt, fruit, salads, and a cold cut sandwich bar available to them every day.
The kids who give a sh*t about their health eat the good stuff. The kids who don't eat pizza and candy bars every day.
Personal responsibility is a bitch. Sometimes you just have to let the fat a$$es get fatter. Eventually, a person will either figure it out, or he'll get buried in an extra-large coffin at age 42.

I never did, not because they tasted bad (we're talking sugary Ocean Spray type stuff --not exactly unconditionally nutritious) but because the cans were half the size as cokes and they cost the same: ripoff.

Harry graphic or Hermione graphic?
Hermione, mostly. Very sensual imagery.

Yep it sounds like they might go with a freelance model for the second season. When I heard it they said that's a model that several BBC shows have used to success.

And what about her husband? What the fuck does he know? He's supposedly a Constitutional scholar, so maybe he can show me where in the motherfucking Constitution it gives the President -- or anyone else -- the authority to tell me what I should eat. Good God! When the Patriots fought against the soldiers of King George it was over taxing tea, but even King George III never even considered trying to tell his subjects what to eat or drink.
The President is a public employee. If the American people want to eat themselves into a coma daily on Big Macs dipped in batter, deep-fried, and served with a layer of hot fudge, his primary job should be to make sure the supply of batter and fudge never dwindles.
Here's a message to the President and First Lady: if I want to eat a fucking salad I'll eat a fucking salad, but I don't need to hear your opinions about it one way or another. How about doing some of the things you were fucking elected to do and shut the fuck up about things which aren't your fucking business, okay, fuckwit?

Am I the only person who thinks Moochelle has frenemies working for her? I mean who came up with the idea of making her signature issue obesity? And who dresses her? Somebody is telling her she looks good in those boob belts. With friends like these...
Oh, second thought. Maybe this is Bammy's passive-agressive side showing. He's got to be subtle though. So it's "Sure Michelle, you look awesome in that" and "You'd be a great spokesperson to talk about obesity every day" and "Hey NYT, can you get another shot of the first lady snacking on that triple cheeseburger?"

That was the season finale? That episode was for only one plot device: to show how the zombie virus worked.. kinda. We knew all that through common sense.
The previews from last week were to mislead us.. No soldiers, no experimenting on anyone. no. Soldiers were a flashback and a common shower scene was made to look sinister.
God I feel so cheated. Nothing to look forward to either
I remember when x-files was new and the season 2 or so finale was such a cliff hanger some people (at least they said) stopped watching the show because of it. It turned out to be a 3 parter that went into the next season. great show before it too went off the rails
The last good show was the first 3 seasons of 24.. and that borrowed heavily on the 'shadow gov't' sociopaths working behind the scenes stuff from the x-files.
Too bad all the good storylines have been taken. Nothing worth watching

I was just thinking that. In the ONT I mentioned this is the worst show I've seen since "Jericho"; I almost said "the worst show since SGU" -- but then I realized that yes, this year even THAT series outdoes "Walking Dead".
And that's very bad.

Eh, doesn't make too much sense to have the first season end on a cliffhanger. They probably had no idea if they were going to get a second season so at least finish it off with some form of a resolution so they don't feel as cheated.

Yeah I'm watching again to be sure but I thought it sounded like that reliance on fossil fuels for power isn't the best since its a finite source that once your supply is gone you're done. Bitching about them not having a power source that can last years or decades vs. one that will eventually hit E on the dial. It wasn't like it was some "destroying the environment" comment.

well, that would explain why Michelle Obama is so chubby.
She has a wierd body. Her arms look very toned, completely at odds with the lower half of her body. She's obviously a pear-shape, but it looks like her upper and lower body don't match each other. I wonder if she's had liposuction on her arms to enable her to show them off. If so, it's worked. Gives the MSM something to focus on, because otherwise the eye is drawn to her lower half.
