The Great American Pizza, Guns, And Strip Club Map
Based on user-added bookmarks in Google Maps. So which of these dominates your area?
And much as I love pizza and guns, I'm thinking that the US needs some more strip clubs to balance things out. Plus based on my experiences Houston is dominated by strip clubs and boot stores. At least that's all I've ever seen when passing through. And why does Hawaii hate pizza so much? Too much pineapple and not enough spam?

Effectively denying any heritage from his mother. Since he's now going off his own perception over reality, I don't feel bad about declaring myself to be of the 'American' race.
13 Year Old Yemeni Child Bride F*cked To Death
Ilham Mahdi al Assi, 13, died last Friday in a hospital in Yemen after suffering a rupture in her sex organs and hemorrhaging. It was just five days after her honeymoon. Her marriage was part of a 'swap marriage' where her brother also married her husband's sister.

Remember - always punch cheat up - never down.

So Who is the Progressive Lady?
Her name is Stephanie Courtney and she's a well known member of the improv group, the Groundlings, and has appeared in several sitcoms including the short-lived Geico "Caveman" series. I know I'm not alone in thinking Flo is kinda hawt and would probably make an awesome girlfriend.

Independence Day 2 & 3 Coming Next Year
And Will Smith is supposed to be in both. I'm guessing that in this one ET will be running some anti-virus software and will still get his ass kicked. And is it too much to ask for the White House to get blown up again.

The 10 Most Expensive Whiskeys in the World
With the cheapest coming in at $4700. Well actually that's just the membership fee to be allowed to buy it.

Color Photographs From Nazi Germany
It's stupid but somehow color makes it all seem more real. And can you spot the photo that doesn't belong?

The Yahoo clique. Are you worthy?

Kratos, I feel your pain. I left a movie theater once and my wallet plopped out of my jacket when I picked it up (I think) and I discovered it was missing just a couple minutes later, only to discover it was gone from the theater, everywhere --so the fucker sitting next to me had to have taken it.
Back then I only had one card, which I had to cancel, plus a few dollars and a FSU card which would have been useless to the thief --but replacing that ID and my driver's license was a bitch. Just another reason I go pretty much cashless.

PGiS, is there a way to auto-pay? I set my VISA (on which >90% of my credit card payment $$ go) to auto-deduct the minimum payment from bank account. That way I avoid late charges, but also allow for flexibility in the rare event I have to pay less than the balance. Sometimes my check gets to them late and it auto-deducts before it posts, but that just means a smaller balance next month.

That is a very good point. I have some acquaintances that are liberals. Even the most intelligent, most knowledgeable of them know about nothing about history.
I would presume though that if you do meet a liberal that knows something about history you do not want to associate with them. The vast majority of liberals don't really understand what the policies they push for mean in the end and are willfully ignorant...

When each of us had the misfortune to meet our first lefty scumbag, we realized that lefties fit into a general description, loser dimwitted idiots who stink, except for some of the more attractive loose women who, if you could stand the series of penicillin shots, one could put up with for a few minutes. We probably supposed that these characteristics were only manifested in shithead liberals from this country.

Dude, it's been explained to you in a variety of ways. You have a problem with religion and you consistently feel the need to post your problems about it here.
No one cares. In fact, we've asked you to not be such a spastic neurotic. We get it. You don't like Christianity. Here's the 2nd part: we've asked you to stop pissing on the rug and yet, there you are whizzing away.
You can attempt to wrap yourself in Greek wool, but you're being a dick.
Us: "Hey, dude, stop it!"
You: "No, man, I'm being righteous in opposing your Xtian fantasies!"
Us: "No, you're being a dick."
Christoph, what ever issues you have with your dad is your problem. Frankly, no one here has the time, patience, or interest to help you out there.
So take a fcuking hint already.

Indeed. Liberal Fascism should be required reading in schools.
I find it fascinating that in my public school experience the education generally covers the founding to the start of the progressive era in some depth, and then at best did nothing but convey liberal talking points about the next 100 years of history.
Where did Fascism come from politically?
What actually happened in Russia after the Kerensky government came to power?
Why did Hitler and the NAZIs rise from being a joke like the LaRouches to governing Germany?
How did Hitler end up being in a position to dominate Europe in 1940 given the relative power disparity in 1932?
Why was America in Vietnam, who, specifically, were the key individuals, and what happened after we left throughout Southeast Asia?
Why did the Soviet Union eclipse the US in influence in the 70s and yet fall apart in 1991?
Etc. It is criminal that are schools can't produce citizens with the ability to answer the above questions with any kind of actual knowledge...

In the six years they were in power before the war started, the Nazis reduced the unemployment rate from 40 % to zero. Of course, they did it by rigging the economy to prepare for war: They spent money that they would re-pay by conquering neighboring countries. Without a war, the economy would have crashed in a few years

If politics come up with her, see if she can discuss it rationally. See if she can listen to an opposing viewpoint and accept constructive criticism. Sincerely listen to what she has to say. I've known a few libs who can actually hold an intelligent conversation without losing their shit when politely challenged. Hell, you just might plant the seeds of conversion.
If she can't do all of the above, or she loses her shit instead of saying "let's just not discuss it", put her on ignore.

18-1, in the British system, they did pretty well at explaining Nazism and (Russian) Communism. So I got that much out of it.
They did not explain Vietnam well, at all. In fact the whole of the history after 1945 which they taught was no better than Idiocracy's time masheen: hooray for the Un which Un-nazied the word forever.
In my opinion, being British is no excuse for not understanding Vietnam. Just like being American is no excuse for not understanding 19th century Afghanistan.
In the pre-WW2 period the Brits also didn't explain Spain, nor even Italy properly.

In looking at the history of Germany, it is interesting to look at how they went down that road.
Essentially, they started with euthanasia. And the NAZIs had their first real political fight with what we would today call the religious right. It was something of a mixed victory for the NAZIs - they almost had an insurrection over their policies, but they did manage to murder thousands of people in the name of progress.
Interestingly, it was the claims of the rising costs of health care that was the public argument the NAZIs put forward.

Shouldn't be much of a surprise, really. They basically believe many of the same things, with the possible exception being their attitudes toward our little brown brothers. The Liberals merely exploit non-whites, and condescend to them. The Nazis actually would actually take the next step and kill them outright. Though, now that I think of it, the Left has engineered a system that enslaves blacks and shortens their life spans, so I suppose they're further along toward Naziism than one might think.

We'll be sitting around the living room playing a game or whatever, and then one of them (it's always the same one, too) will drop a cinderblock into the conversation. For two weeks running it was how awful that Texas school board is for revising their textbook requirements. None of us live in Texas, nor are any of us in the grade-school textbook business, but apparently it's the most important issue gripping the nation.
What can one do with these people? They're perfectly nice people, often good conversationalists -- and then suddenly the chip implanted in their brains goes active and they start spouting the day's Party Line.

Just watched Stargate: Fat Guys Don't Get No Puddin, "SG:FGDGNP."
They're wandering a bit with implausible plot twists. Tonight, the army guy surrendered his weapon to the civilians, even though he had already drawn down on them. Because it was just inhumane or something for one human to hold a weapon on another. But that same group of civilians were withholding food and water from the army guys. (That's not inhumane.) While the army guys never turned off life support.
It's implausible that people would turn on Corporal Gruff so easily. Everyone knows what a dick Dr. Smith is.
That's just a couple. I've noticed a few lately.
But! They were in space with guns, blasters, phasers and large breasted chix. So, it's okay.

Petty? Sure. But I really resent being propagandized in my own living room.
Michelle Malkin gets those updates and writes about them frequently. I sure she just signed up for Organizing for America, or something. I signed up and got them, too, before the election. I unenrolled when blood spontaneously spewed from my eyes.

True story. Back during TS Gaston which hit Richmond , the law firm where my wife used to work in Shockoe Bottom had an underground parking garage that was flooded and turned into a virtual death pool where several people almost drowned and had to be rescued and every vehicle was destroyed. Some of the vehicles were actually washed out of the garage itself and ended up in the James River, some several miles downstream.
That was the exact day she started her new job at another law firm several miles away in the west end in Henrico County.

It was made during the Clinton Administration. You'd never see a movie like that released while a Republican in office, that'd be Fascist n' stuff
And the president was a war hero democrat as well. And so they go and make him all heroic. You only need to go look at the director's next film to see that he won't do that with a Republican. The Day After Tomorrow they made the President a Bush surrogate with every liberal belief about him being stupid and subordinate to his VP.
At least Michael Bay does a better job at real characiturization of Dems and Repubs. Transformers with a Republican in office they're mobilizing the military and preparing to blast all enemies out of the water. Transformers 2 with a Dem in office they're trying to do everything they possibly can to appease Megatron.

They were about to break-out the Val-u-rite. But they only are allowed to get away with this during the talent show. The weirdest parts are when the chaplain, president of the school, or someone like that gets involved.
That must have been weird, sorry. Maybe he thought you wanted him back or something? (Some do have that large of an ego).
:shrugs: Who knows. But it was just more awkward than anything. Shouldn't care what he thinks, though.
Indeed. I remember seeing a video a while ago where somebody had proposed during a basketball game and she said no. That must have been crushing. Now me, I would have been saying "No, you need your soul!" .
So many public proposals turned down these days. His reasoning was that the entire student body was already watching their relationship unfold (which they were), so they might-as-well. Small schools are strange that way.
He already has hers. During the Family Feud skit, he joked that the best part about the school was making-out in the dugouts. [Some kids do it, but he doesn't....or so we'd like to think.]

I have this weird mash-up of “Lola” and “Copacobana” in my head.

Hugh Grant had sex with a tranny? I thought she was just a straight up prostitute.

Is it sad that I when I read that line I hear it in the distorted transmission sound?

Well I donÂ’t think Elizabeth Hurley is a transvestite. But I didnÂ’t know Divine Brown was. MustÂ’ve blanked on that detail.
I wonder if menÂ’s mouths feel different then womenÂ’s when doing a certain act. Or is a mouth a mouth.

Mission Control (aka MrsChronda) signed us up for one of those monthly DVD series, this one of the old Midnight Special music/variety show.
So, I find a couple of DVDs lying around. Two 1975 and one 1976. Ripped the 1976 one, split it up into the various performances, converted them for her iPhone, and tagged them all for her.
The one she gets excited about?
"Oooh! Disco Duck!"

And I really donÂ’t understand how those yellow dots got in the middle of the state of Washington. It seems like a weird place for a collection of strip clubs.

No, it would be sad if you didnt, and therefore, you're manhood would be up for questioning.

That’s cute. Now you are making me want to date a guy named Tom so I can say “ground control to Major Tom.”

Too bad there isnt one right above your house. At any rate, I guess I'll have to continue to settle for the soft sweet sultry sounds of your enticing voice and the outline of your dark voluptuous shape on Editor's webcast.

tmi3rd, congratulations, all the best, and rest assured this fight is nowhere near over.
PGiS, I would imagine it's kind of an apples-and-oranges question, unless you're seeking input from gay morons. As far as I was ever concerned, lips were lips.
Off to watch The Omega Man. I'd have enjoyed downtown L.A. a hell of a lot more if it had been like that.

Nobody has ever Googled my house for purposes of visiting a strip club. That I know of. Besides, itÂ’s a private club. Not just anybody gets to see me in my go-go boots.

Sure, as long as we practice re-entry on you.
OK, if when we reach critical speed I get to yell “eject! eject!”

Since I got banned over at VC by Eugene Volokh himself (though we did have a very polite e-mail exchange where he invited me back), I've got more time to work on my AoSHQ chops.
I still can't compete with you fuckers though.

Five 0'clock shadow and razor burn don't do it for me.
If you have five oÂ’clock shadow and razor burn in your mouth then you must be doing something wrong.

The day the health care bill passed Geraldine Ferraro was on Fox News and explained that the bill would be "good for America". After her appearance a Republican spokesman came on and was asked if he thought that the bill would be good for America. His answer was: "No one has to bribe anybody to get them to vote for a bill that is good for the country".
That one profound observation removes all benefit of the doubt from the Democrats and exposes them as the lying weasels they really are. Moreover, the whole process of Chicago Thug Politics used to strong arm the bill through congress is exposed for what it really is:: pure naked evil.

Seems like South Carolina is the place to go.
Just having pizza, guns, and strip clubs doesn't guarantee they are any good. Recon mission!
