There was a good article that I read about Chinese banks running out of capital.  Apparantly they are all way overextended at the moment.  The government can't tighten up lending because it will devastate the builders who, in turn, need the property bubble to continue to pay back their loans.  In Shanghai (Pudong side), occupancy of prime commercial real estate is extremely low but rents are higher than in Manhattan.

Sounds really sustainable to me.

I didn't start plucking til about 15 years ago.  I inherited my mom's hairy ape eyebrows and finally got enough dignity to care what I looked like.  Plucking's not so bad after awhile.  Nice thing about menopause is you must stop plucking at some point cause they're finally not growing back.

Back in eighth grade, my dream was to put a Chevy small block 350 into a Chevy Luv mini pickup.  Later, I saw an article about one.  Very fast vehicle.  Cool looking too.  From the outside, the only notable things were nice wheels and tires, sidepipes, and curious rows of louvers cut into the hood (for extra cooling).

They all have beds, but they do not usually guarantee a size. All the furniture there is a 100+ years old, so bed sizes were 'different' back then.
