— Gabriel Malor He musta meant that he will not rest on Mondays between 9:30 and noon, right?
President Barack Obama hit the golf course Saturday with Vice President Joe Biden. The White House pool report noted that Obama left at about 1 p.m. for the course at Andrews Air Force base, and his golfing parters included White House Trip Director Marvin Nicholson and David Katz, the energy efficiency campaign manager at the Department of Energy.
Either the RNC video "What Took So Long" is having no effect or the President really just doesn't care. Ya think maybe it's time to expand this effort?
Meanwhile, Rahm "No Sense of Irony" Emanuel is calling BP CEO Tony Hayward's yachting part of a "long line of PR gaffes."

Let's see, Friday he went to see Strasburg pitch for Nats against the White Sox. He did go to Ohio though, on Air Force One, at a cost of $500,000 to $1,000,000 to taxpayers, to give a 10 minute speech on how hairless, flightless birds relate to the national deficit. So, there's that. See, he's been doing a lot more than just golfing!

The Precedent doesn't care, obviously.
That said, the RNC has done more damage than good. They should spend their time on the golf course, too. They are, obviously, too stupid to understand any of the issues facing this nation (as they defend the dictator from Indonesia and go out of their way to hammer one of the few GOP members who expressed the truth of the situation with BP and our quickly fading Constitution).
The RNC has also been unable to grasp the situation with the Arizona law, allowing the left to run around screaming that Arizona is making "immigration law", which is a pathetic joke. Where does Arizona try to:
Declare naturalization, or rescind naturalization, of anyone? No.
Deport anyone out of the US? No.
Arizona is only doing what states and local cops do for all federal crimes on the scale of the individual and the cop on the beat. The federal government doesn't have "beat cops" to enforce their laws and depend on the active help of the local cops.
Arizona's law doesn't even touch on the Constitutional power given to Congress to establish uniform laws of naturalization. All it does is instruct its cops to establish if someone is in violation of the federal law (which impinges on the state, since that person then has no right to be in that state) and holds the person, relying on the feds to eventually do their job. The retarded RNC can't even figure out that having local cops show up at bank robberies, and arrest bank robbers, is the same situation that the America-hating left are claiming for Arizona (as bank robbery is a federal crime).
We have an inept dictator and America-hater in the White House, wielding powers that were specifically prohibited to the Executive branch, and the RNC can't get their heads out of their asses long enough to see what's going on.

But not unexpected, in the least. This is not unlike back during the Porkulus, when The Precedent claimed that the US would go down the tubes if his shit bill wasn't passed ona Friday night - it had to be passed that day ... or else - and then, after being passed, sight unseen, The Precedent took off on vacation to Chicago and didn't bother signing the piece of shit until Tuesday ... in friggin' Denver! The RNC didn't care and has probably forgotten all about that.

Golfing isn't resting. When Barry says he isn't going to rest it's not the same thing as saying he's going to spend his time working on the oil spill disaster. Jeeze, do you think Tiger Woods got paid for all that money for just resting?

Zero is still playing people by making non-specific statements that folks read their own meaning into.
Saying he wouldn't rest is not the same thing as saying he'd work on the oil spill disaster until it was solved. Just when you think you've got Captain Bullshit nailed down you look again and find that the only thing that got nailed was the expectations you read into another one of his leading non-specific statements. This bastid is slicker than snot on a doorknob.

Translated into logical English, that means Hayward's nautical investment is less than the cost of Osama Obama's "Recovery Summer" jaunt to Ohio (with 10-minute speech) on Friday....
It's cheaper than the Traitor-in-Chief's little White House extravaganza with Paul McCartney, too.
Hayward likely paid for the share in the "yacht" with his own money. Obama has been sucking on the public teat for his entire adult life.
Since the rabble is howling for Hayward's head over his "performance" -- and I must say if I were on the BP board he'd be clearing out his desk right now -- I think it's time to demand the resignation of our Great Imam President as well.
Of course I've been saying that since February, 2009.... Gotta wonder how much damage the hate-filled Marxist is going to be allowed to inflict on us before people get the message.
Oh, yes: we can buy him 25% of a tiny (by class standards) "yacht," too. If he promises to get aboard and sail the hell away from the USA.

Obama spill panel big on policy, not engineering
WASHINGTON — The panel appointed by President Barack Obama to investigate the Gulf of Mexico oil spill is short on technical expertise but long on talking publicly about "America’s addiction to oil." One member has blogged about it regularly.
Only one of the seven commissioners, the dean of Harvard’s engineering and applied sciences school, has a prominent engineering background — but it’s in optics and physics. Another is an environmental scientist with expertise in coastal areas and the after-effects of oil spills. Both are praised by other scientists.
The five other commissioners are experts in policy and management.

The footprint seems like pretty hard evidence that could be easily checked. I can't see how a court could dismiss this without checking that part out. Of course, our courts are no longer acting within the framework of the law, but it seems pretty tough to forge those prints, if they check out. Further, the process numbers and other identification on the certificate should not be difficult to trace in Kenya.
Taitz just gets a bad name because of the squishes here treating her like they treated Joe Barton. I like her and like what she's doing.

In the very near future, someone is going to write a book about this, like they wrote books about Katrina. The books about Katrina laid almost all the blame upon Mayor Nagin and Louisiana's (then-Democratic) political class. This information killed the Democrat Party in Louisiana. Those of you outside the Gulf Coast didn't notice because the rest of the country got wowed by Obama's snake-oil.
When the books come out about this disaster, I think Obama's going to have a problem.

I admire her passion, but she comes across as a nut. As for the Birth Certificate, a lot of people have pointed out that you can bribe Kenyans to produce any kind of document you want, so it has a huge credibility issue. However, if enough people can swear to it's authenticity to get it into evidence, then trick or not, at least it might eventually allow the legal system to finally address this issue.

Same thing with the Birth Certificate issue. Nobody wanted to bring up the issue because they were too afraid of what the people with the Media Megaphone were gonna say about them. And of course, John McCain probably didn't want to invite too much legal scrutiny to the issue of Presidential qualifications either.

I disagree. She doesn't come across as anything but determined to express the idea that dual citizens are not 'natural born citizens' - the strongest case against The Precedent, the most natural for Americans to understand (before their brains got fried and we started hearing conservatives argue that citizen of 173 other nations is still eligible to be President and that the Founders wouldn't mind). It's only her hair and her accent that make people think she's nuts. That's pretty much all they talk about. They never address her arguments.

That's true, which is why I said that the footprints and other identification numbers would have been easy to check out. The footprint is pretty objective, though I'm not sure how accurate footprints are as compared to fingerprints.
I still don't put much in the Kenyan birth thing (as I take the dual citizenship obviates natural born citizenship argument as the clearest and easiest) but what that former election clerk from Hawaii is saying is pretty damning. I don't know how reliable he is, but he did have that job. He did have that access to the databases, and lingle and the others have been contradicting themselves and lying all over the place.

I'm not so sure. I stumbled across this rant in the comments on "the Daily Pundit", and it pretty much sums up my observation. (He's quoting someone else with a similar sentiment to the one you expressed.)
"Since ObamaÂ’s election will turn out to be the worst thing to happen to the leftist project in America in the past hundred years, and will free a generation from the chains of leftist quackery at just the time such freedom is most sorely needed, I actually thank our lucky stars for useful idiots like you two."
The fall of the Berlin Wall; the meltdown of the New Deal and the Great Society; the presidencies of George Bush (both I and II), William Jefferson Clinton and Jimmy Carter; the coming bankruptcy of Social Security; affirmative action; the genocide in Southeast Asia after the “end” of the Vietnam War - all of those and more should have demolished the Left permanently. None of them came close to doing so. The presidency of Barack “Robert Mugabe” Obama will likewise fail to cure the cancer that is leftist politics, which (I suspect) will always infest the American political system. I would be surprised if America’s march towards socialism did anything except relentlessly grind on.
There is a sizeable portion of the American public (mostly in the media, academia and Hollywood) that will always lust for a Fuehrer. Reality never intrudes on those twisted fantasies - never. The coming collapse of the Obamanation will also fail to provoke leftists to think rationally.

It's not just her Hair and Accent. She's Shrill. She talks too fast, and covers too much territory when being interviewed. She also is excessively combative when talking to media. She would be more effective if she slowed down and used wry humor, but she is relatively humorless and turns people off. Especially those who don't like what she's saying, and yeah, the hair and accent doesn't help. Neither does the fact that she's a Dentist\Lawyer.

Two problems with that notion. 1. the identifying characteristics of the toes are not legible from what I can see. 2. Getting Barack Obama to take his shoes off to compare with the prints if they ARE legible. It ain't gonna happen.

I don't put much stock in it either. If it is true, I will be pleased, but concern over WHERE he was born is overlooking the more important fact of "it doesn't matter." From the research that *I've* done on this issue, Barack could be born in the Whitehouse, and he would still not be a "Natural Born Citizen." It is an absolute requirement that the Parents have to be citizens to confer "Natural Born Citizen" status.
As for the election clerk from Hawaii, his argument is really weak. He is basically saying "Because *I* couldn't find it, it must not exist." It doesn't address the possibility that a Judge has ordered Obama's documents sealed, which is almost certainly the case because of his adoption by Lolo Soetoro, and subsequent divorce at a later date. It doesn't hurt that he has come forward, but I don't think a court will regard his evidence as worth much.
