1 Anybody know the reason Brown wasn't at the SOTU last night? Poor planning on the GOP's part?

Yeah - the democrats were happy to spend even more of our money before Scott Brown is seated.

It's Bush's fault!

You know, before we know it's gonna be June and we're all gonna be wondering when the GOP is going to begin their 2010 campaign.

I think the GOP is wise to not smother Scott Brown.  They smothered Sarah Palin, pinned all their hopes on her - and look how that turned out.

Certainly the GOP must be wary of the Democrat's power to destroy.  Other than spending money and raising taxes an increasing head-spinning dept, the dems live to destroy.

That is the smart thing to do. I listened to the last 20 minutes or so to distract myself from the icy roads I was having to drive on and almost put my car in a ditch to stop the agony. I don't know how people who have to listen to his voice can stand it.

Still you'd think somebody would have been smart enough to rub Massachusetts in President Jeenyus' face.

I'm betting he will be donating it to his own non-profit organization that he will start when he is out of office.  If you thought the Clintons were influence peddlers, Barry is going to make them look like Pikers (it will be entertaining when he takes over Bill's rolodex and usurps all Bill's and Hill's donors.

It's probably taking a long time to figure out, since they've never donated more than chump change to any sort of charity before.  Isn't there a legal requirement that he donate the money within a certain time frame?  I know I've read that, but can't find it in a half-assed search right now.  I thought time was running out on the deadline.

The show Rush was on was epic.  When Rush backed up the Prius (on the timed driving course) to run over Al Gore, I thought I was gonna bust a gut.

Anyone find it curious that Hillary (D., Cankles) was MIA from SOTU address?

She was in A'stan.  I didn't see the pix Rush was talking about yesterday (of Hillary on this trip), but he said it confirmed his earlier statement of "The nation doesn't want to watch a woman age in the White House" was dead on.

If CNN or MessNBC had any kind of ratings, I think Shemp would be out like a shot.  As it is, he lucked out by signing on early and has to stay and put up with the "fair and balanced"  if he wants the do-re-mi.

I thought it was hysterical when Rush re-ran over Gore.  He was actually doing really well in that time trial.  He sacrificed his chance to own the course record to have some fun.  I looved it!  I didn't know Hildebeast was in Stan.  If she was smart, she'd get out of the sinking ship.  But she ain't that smart.

I'm telling you, this hypocritical asstard is trying to figure out how to quietly funnel the money to himself and not pay taxes on it.  I can just see it now, the non-profit he's setting up will be done in Sasha and Malia's name.  (It's for the children).  He will use them as props to get donations.  You will see Clintonian heads spin when he usurps their donors.  When he gets out of office, (should he choose to not run again cause it looks like he's going to get beaten like a bongo drum), the meme will be "I've done what I came here to do (or "I tried to do what I came here to do but you big, bad Republicans obstructed me at every turn), and I would like to take time off and spend it with my family as well as work on my non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping people in need around the world."

39  If she was smart, she'd get out of the sinking ship.  But she ain't that smart.

Imo, Hill is cunning and pretty smart.  She is incredibly focused on her place in history.  And if she begins to feel like Barry is polluting the environment where that place is, she will not only leave, but she will leave blood in her wake.

Imo, the folks at hillbuzz should start lobbying Hill to not start circling the toilet bowl, because if she stays tied to Obama's anchor, her place in history will be a cesspit.

49 HA has a link ("Dude") to a Fox piece about the Pashtuns being teh ghey.  Syphillis of the ass anyone?  Totally cringe inducing stuff.  Seems the Pashtun men are totally turned off by women and prefer sex with other men, and even young boys.  One Marine medic had to explain to a Pashtun man how to get his wife pregnant.  He was totally repulsed, saying women are unclean.  Hope my kid doesn't end up there.  Sheesh.

50 Hmmm....new maverick in town?

Brown warns GOP, don't bully me

"Brown even lampooned his fellow Republicans at the State of the Union address for not clapping during more of the presidentÂ’s speech.

“That’s typical, that’s typical stuff. I would have stood up for probably more things than the Republicans did,” said Brown."

I’m going to look at each issue, I’ve already made my intentions very, very clear,” Brown said. “I don’t owe anybody anything. There will be times when I will be with the leadership and there’ll be times when I won’t.”

52 I think Scott Brown is still in that phase of life where he and the misses are still doing the dirty deed.  But these few weeks are pretty special for those moments.  Gail's nailing a Senator now.  Give the guy a break.

If you're not buying that I could sell you the ballot certification story with the checking and rechecking of absentee ballots.  The MA SoS is a Democrat and I didn't even have to look that up.  It will be a few weeks until Brown's election is certified.

However, Obama should have hosted Senator 41st in the POTUS box and throughout his SOTU address pointed to his private box and say "That's the guy that is kicking my ass.  I hope he doesn't play hoops because I heard his daughter has game."

I'm sure you're right.  He's a freakin' cheeseball.  And we've seen some of his tax returns.  What did these caring millionaires donate to charity last year, iirc, it was around 600 bucks.  What does he do to help Auntie Zeituni, the illegal welfare queen?  Nuthin.  What does he do to help all his *real* relatives in those huts back in Kenya with the ten bucks a year income?  Nuthin.

What a piece of shit he is.

Well, shoot, democrats are going to try and make Scott Brown's election irrelevent.  From Hotair, Sen. Kyl saying that the Dems are going to try and use reconciliation, and it's going to be costly:

"The bill in its original form was projected as costing $849 billion over 10 years. Slap on another $300 billion in programs added via reconciliation to placate Pelosi and youÂ’re now talking about a bill in excess of the magical $1 trillion mark."

Posted by: runningrn at January 28, 2010 03:58 PM (CfmlF)

56
So if you go over to NRO and click on the "Critical Condition" blog - you will see the democrats are still desperately scheming for Obamacare.

The polls have bottomed out on ObamaCare -  yet the dems are crazily attempting to manipulate their tax-payer funded/debt-exploding "reform" through.

Unreal.

I guess they really want to lose in November.
