Actually that is "federal prosecutors" in NY opening the "investigation". It is a pure PR stunt for Obama and the unions ant GM.

I don't understand why Beck is taking so much heat from people like Levin, Bill Bennett and even Rush said something a little while ago, though he didn't mention Beck by name. I realize there are some good repubs out there, but judging from what I have seen, they are few and far between. @209 - Boehner isn't nearly as bad as some, but I think he's stuck in an old way of doing things.
For example, even his statement about the "Bipartisan Summit" being in jeopardy was too polite, nibbled around the edges of the issue, and was non-committal in terms of what he would actually do about the obvious sham.
Then, he puts it on his web page. As if the media would go anywhere near it.
He's not fighting effectively.
He needs to stand up, speak plainly, embrace alternative media (not just his own web page) and articulate his course of action. He needs to justify himself.
The way he's operating allows the Dems to outflank him.

But if you withdraw your consent and stop paying taxes, own a gun they don't approve, or do anything else to color outside the ever-narrowing lines, you have the IRS, ATF, and FBI arguing over who gets to lock you up. You'll be trying to pay back taxes from a Federal prison cell while trying not to be some lifer's girlfriend.
