Sunday Playoff Thread
— Dave in Texas

Yeah, I'm watching the game. With a tuna fish sandwich and a diet Coke.

Because I know how to party.

Dallas looks like crap already.

Jets and Chargers later at 4:40 Eastern.

I do this for you, even when I'm hurting, because I care.

For you.

Ragnar the Viking needs to suit up and get his butt out on the field. The Vikings defense is starting to make the Cowboys look like a professional football team.

Australia proves it's still a major American ally as Tim Blair's Aussie Daily Telegraph runs a gallery on cheerleaders. (Some are from Aussie Rules and Rugby League teams--I highly recommend picture #5--there are camels in Australia, after all--as well as others from around the world.) And none of them have long hairs hanging off of their lips.

For all the credit he's been getting over the past couple weeks (I still hadn't been sold on him), the utter disaster on offense for the 'Boys today falls squarely on Jason "Ginger, With No Soul" Garrett.

The good drives we've had on offense have come thanks to the legs of Jones (some Barber, but mostly Felix)... until they get into Minn. territory, then JG tries to get clever with the wild-cat, or some foolish toss out to MB3 when his legs aren't still up for that.

Time after time today, Garrett has put the breaks on our run game as it was gashing the Minn. def. rush. The big loss plays, along with an O-line that can't pass protect, lead to to many stalled out drives early on, and leaves us with only 3 pts. on the board (of course still going with a kicker, that should not even be on this team, doesn't help either).

This team will never get over the hump with Garrett. HE NEEDS TO GO!!!

BTW, how did that blog end up being hosted at First Things?

There is a joke in here somewhere about his penchant for reporting on older men/teenage student relationships within O's administration and priests*

* as a former Catholic I can say that damn it.

Aww Peaches, thanks.  Ain't nothing but a thing with the pros.  The BCS game last thursday  *sniff* hurt lots more.  I only hope Jerrah Jones' private plan is forced to land in a big pile of mulch.

333 I couldn't see it, Dang Straights. I never got a good look. As a Seattle fan, I was kinda hoping it was Pete Carroll. ha.

337 On to the Jets and Bolts!  My heart says Jets, everything else says Rivers and LT and the rest run away with this one.

Just hope both teams show up and it's a good game.

Hated the Cowboys comeuppance, but lovin' Bambi's in MA.

Do those shorts really cover her butt crack? Even when she bends over?  Do you have any photographic proof?

Dallas team........uh.......not so good.

Someone, somewhere still loves Romo. Probably
