— DrewM A picture is worth several thousand empty seats.
From CBS White House Correspondent Mark Knoller.
DNC says there were 8,000 people at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State Univ. Full capacity is about 13,600.
That's the DNC number. Anyone want to bet 8,000 was a wee bit generous?
Even the NY Times noticed.
Crush their spirits and break their backs.

How wide a swath is this wave??? According to RCP, the following Governers races are considered as "tossup" races...Hawaii-Vermont-Rhode Island-Oregon-Massachussetts-Illinois-Minnesota-Connetticut. And Pennsylvania-Michigan-Maine-Wisconson-New Mexico are slam dunks.
I also think a secret weapon to this years election is the Tea Party "organisations" helping GOTV. It will be our response to the Unions, just without the intimidation and corruption. But its a new thing we have never had. And unlike unions, tea party organisations are everywhere. I also think the churches will help like they did in 2004, but didn't in 2006-2008. My gut is telling me this election will be like no other. I think Republicans will solidly out perform the polling data.

The photos clearly show at least 100* the number of people at this rally versus those who attended Glenn Beck's rally. As such, the wave is canceled.

NEW PPP POLL JUST OUT, DEMS CLOSING IN!!!!!!
Rand Paul has expanded his lead even further over the final week of the campaign and is headed for a blowout victory, leading Jack Conway 55-40.
Oh wait, that must not be one of the new PPP Polls Greg was talking about. What the fuck Greg? I thought things were getting better for dems according to PPP?

Those write-in votes wonÂ’t be counted unless there are more write-in votes than there are votes for any candidate on the ballot.
That's kind of neat. She will probably never know how many votes she got.

Methos, or else she'll end up getting the court to rule the write-in's must be counted, just like she got them to rule that they could hand out a list of write-in names.

Well, this isn't exactly a battleground race anymore, and hasn't been for a week now. But winning by this margin shows how the GOP will rack up huge generic ballot advantages and still lose the close battleground races (WV, WA, CA, maybe PA).

I wouldn't walk across the street to see Clinton. I did get off work in 2008, drove 80 miles, car wouldn't start due to dead battery when I shut it off getting gas, pushed it to the side of the station, and walked 8 miles to see a future President speak.

Hey, Greg, read 'em and weep, asshole.
Positioned to pull off the biggest upset in the nation, GOP challenger Sharron Angle heads into Election Day leading Democratic incumbent Sen. Harry Reid by 4 percentage points, says a new poll for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and 8NewsNow.
The Mason-Dixon Polling & Research survey has Angle with 49 percent support compared with 45 percent for Reid in its first survey since the Tea Party favorite and the Senate majority leader held their only debate Oct. 14.
