A congressional watchdog panel said in a report to be released Wednesday that the U.S. Treasury is still struggling to get its foreclosure-prevention programs off the ground.

By comparison, nearly eight million households are behind on mortgage payments or already in the foreclosure process.

The pittsburgh area, with the exception of the golden triangle, is so spread out and hilly that it is impossible to bike places, and it would cost double what we already pay towards roads to add bike lanes.  This, like everything else in the administration, is so poorly thought out it is ridiculous
