Mrs. North and I just put the kids on the school bus.  She's in the shower right now, washing her breasts.

We're going to Washington, DC today.

I have a list of 66 moron Congressweasels, cross-referenced with their caucus (in the case of the Blue Pigs) and their relevant committee assignments.

My message is simple:

NO to the VAT,

NO to AMNESTY,

REPEAL, don't REPLACE, healthcare,

and in the case of the Senators

NO to CAP and TRADE.

We're watching you and waiting.  We may never in my life vote for someone who believes as you do, but we're eagerly awaiting your votes, in order to see who we should be sending money to defeat, who we should be phone banking against, etc., etc.

I carry with me, I hope, your blessings.

Another example of Obama's awesome genius:

Foreclosure-Prevention Program Struggles to Make Impact

A congressional watchdog panel said in a report to be released Wednesday that the U.S. Treasury is still struggling to get its foreclosure-prevention programs off the ground.

The report from the Congressional Oversight Panel, created by Congress to monitor bailout spending, came as the Treasury prepared to release Wednesday its latest monthly report on the $50 billion Home Affordable Modification Program, or HAMP. That report will show that so far more than 230,000 households had been given permanent reductions in loan payments by the end of March, a Treasury spokeswoman said. That is up from 168,703 a month earlier.

By comparison, nearly eight million households are behind on mortgage payments or already in the foreclosure process.

The oversight panel estimated that HAMP could prevent or at least delay 900,000 to 1.2 million foreclosures. But a majority of those households may default again later, the panel warned.

The USS John Murtha is so laden with pork that it's incapable of leaving the dock.  Also every device on the ship bears his name, as in "The John Murtha Memorial Latrine," etc.

It also refuses to transport any marines and will throw them in the brig if they attempt to board.

Terror Linked CAIR to shakedown McDonals over headscarf:

Rochester Hills (WWJ) — The Michigan Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations is accusing McDonald’s of religious and ethnic discrimination.

CAIR has filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint against a McDonaldÂ’s Restaurant in Rochester Hills. The complaint was filed on behalf of a Muslim woman who applied for a job at the restaurant.

During the interview, she says that one of the restaurant managers informed her that wearing an Islamic head scarf, or hijab, would be a problem.

36 Palin Contract Found in Trash Sparks Probe

Russell Giambelluca, the university's vice president of business and finance, said Tuesday that no one at the university was advised to destroy specific foundation documents, and staff members routinely shred and dispose of paperwork that is no longer needed.

Regarding the excerpt of Palin's contract, he said: "I find it interesting that among shredded documents you find one that's completely intact related to the contract."

During the House debate on health-care reform in March, an African-American lawmaker reported that he was spit on by a protester outside the Capitol, while two others said they were subjected to racial epithets. In the ensuing weeks, some conservatives -- particularly Andrew Breitbart -- have expressed skepticism that the incidents actually happened, demanding some form of proof that they did. Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-Minn.)  joined the chorus of doubters at a Minnesota rally two weeks ago.

Steny Hoyer stopped short of explicitly equating Bachmann and her fellow skeptics with those who claim the Holocaust never took place, but he used similar language to dismiss their arguments.

"I first of all think it undermines the credibility of somebody who's a denier," Hoyer said. "People deny a lot of things that happened, bad things that happened, and I don't think that's particularly useful. I don't think there's any doubt that what John Lewis said happened and what others saw happen and heard happen, did in fact happen. So I think the credibility of that assertion is questionable."

79 Where is Slappy? Here. Sometimes. But more importantly:

In proportion as the United States assume a national form, and a national character, so will the good of the whole be more and more an object if attention; and the government must be a weak one indeed, if it should forget that the good of the whole can only be promoted by advancing the good of each of the parts or members which compose the whole. It will not be in the power of the president and the senate to make any treaties, by which they and their families and estates will not be equally bound and affected with the rest of the community; and having no private interest distinct from that of the nation, they will be under no temptations to neglect the latter.

Being sliced to death in my sleep never improves my mood.

Yeh, I had a one inch gash on my chin once from a cat who jumped on my face and then pushed off with his back claws.

The other part of that story is about how my husband heard me screaming and running to the bathroom and went back to sleep because he knew whatever had happened wasn't his fault.

But I won't bring that up because I'm not still bitter.

88 90 Did any more info come out on Obama taking off to the so called soccer game last Saturday? Gave the press pool the run around. Soccer field right next to the Cartwheel cold war bunker.

The press was miffed and felt slighted, but being the slobbering Obama knob gobblers they are, they haven't said anything further.  I'm assuming the White House told them to cool it.

Who did Michelle Obama call 'that character you know'? None other than VP Biden. http://ow.ly/1ymLt

95 46 Anyone listen to GB yesterday?

I found it beyond curious that on yesterday's tv show during the opening segment, while talking about deficits and the insolvency of SSI and medicare, he threw a shout out to a guy on the set, and the camera panned quickly over to him.

And there sat none other than Marcus Lutrell, Navy Seal, hero.  Sitting in a chair all by himself.  It couldn't have lasted more than 2 seconds.  Beck asked him how many Taliban he had taken on in a fire fight by himself.  "About 200", was his reply.

I'm thinking that was to put his detractors on notice that he will not be fucked with.
Lutrell is his personal security, no?

tweeted from slublog: Howie Carr: Just keep on driving, limousine liberals: http://is.gd/bsrE3

Hey moonbats, do us all a favor this morning and go celebrate diversity somewhere else other than on Boston Common.

Here’s a novel thought for you limousine liberals: live and let live. Let Sarah Palin and the Tea Party crowd have their rally without being interrupted. How come when you shout somebody down it’s speaking truth to power, but when we say anything it’s “hate speech?”

I mean, have you people ever been bothered at your annual HempFest? Or at the weekly More Handouts for Illegal Aliens rallies at the State House? And remember all those April 15’s when you dirty-necked trust-funders would be outside the JFK building, protesting paying taxes (as if you were actually paying any) to the “war machine.”

Interesting how it all started to get wee-wee'd up with CV-67, at least for carriers.

April 14 (Bloomberg) -- Major League Baseball and the players’ union should “take action to end the use of smokeless tobacco by big league players,” said Representative Henry Waxman, chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, at the start of a hearing today.

99 Just watched Fox while eating lunch and they had the Jugeared asshole giving another speech at a so-called bipartisan meeting on "financial reform".

The liar 'n chief listed a whole host of things that we needed to fix that "caused" the financial meltdown. Everyone of them involved cracking down on evil banks and evil wall street.  No mention at all of CRA, the letters of intent for CRA, Fanny and Freddie's crap from Jamie Gorelick, and all the other regulations that forced banks into this mess.

All he can harp on is even more regulations when regulation is what caused the events.

This will be the tell-all for how the Republican Party is going to do. They MUST find a way to fight this crap and get the message out for the message out on the real causes and what the real fixes need to be.

"A female employee had handled the package just moments before the accident. She sent it down a chute and was about six feet away when it exploded. The worker wasn't hurt.

The explosion happened when lithium batteries came into contact with each other, according to San Diego police Capt. Jim Collins."

So if you have a spare battery for your computer and somehow both of your batteries come in contact with one another on the kitchen table will you have an explosion too?

103 Curious, there are a number of things that will cause a Li-Hydride battery to explode. They had a lot of those doing that a few years ago until they reworked the internal regulators for charging.

The fed Ex employee had apparently just sent it down a shoot and was 6 feet away...that is scary.   They lost a box on me and could never adequately explain where it went......and I went to the upper echelons to find out and they would become very quiet and say "we know it is just gone, file and insurance form"  I'm wondering if this happens all the time to them and maybe my package was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"Army doctor Lt. Col. Terry Lakin believes Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to be president and commander-in-chief, because he believes (incorrectly) that Obama wasn't born in the United States.

Lakin refused this week to report to Fort Campbell, KY for deployment to Afghanistan, but instead showed up at the Pentagon, where he was confronted by his brigade Commander Col. Gordon Roberts, a Vietnam Medal of Honor recipient.

Lakin was informed by Roberts that he would face court martial, and his Pentagon building pass and government laptop computer were seized"

Title: Who Closed The Conservative Mind?
At: The American Scene

I hate rewarding them with a link, but it's the only way to get the full experience. Not only is the article just plain silly (full of bizarre logic problems and all too accepting of fatuous premises--beyond the obvious one), but you get the bonus of the comments! Full-on stupid, fast as the speed of, well, stupid.

Over here at AoSHQ we play at comments because at heart, we all are afraid we'll wake up some day with a serious mental deficiency, and begin take our own bullshit as seriously as do the fine folks at this "Ongoing review of politics and culture."

One day we should all drop by and play with them awhile.

Ahh, culture. It's what's for breakfast.
