1 I see that DNI Blair has resigned.  Apparently Obama has made him the fall guy for the "intelligence failures" that allowed the underwear bomber to get onto a flight into the U.S.

Right.

Sick your attorney general on the intel community to threaten them with investigation, prosecution, and imprisonment if they get aggressive in doing their jobs and then scapegoat the DNI for "intelligence failures" when all his intelligence officers back off and hunker down because they don't particularly feel like defending themselves against crimminal prosecution and/or going to jail.

Sure must be good to be The One.

He'll probably nominate Billy Ayers to replace Adm. Blair.

*SPIT!*

TOKYO – U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday the evidence is "overwhelming" that a North Korean submarine sank a South Korean warship and the communist country must face international consequences for its actions.

7 Blair is a clown, but apparently the least scary one:

UPDATE: Here's a statement from Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R., Mich.) ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee. Hoekstra lauds Blair as "the one person you could count on for rationality among Holder, Napolitano and Brennan." He says the resignation is "the result of the Obama administrationÂ’s rampant politicization of national security and outright disregard for congressional intelligence oversight:"

From NRO.

8 They're going to write them a letter telling them how angry they are. Posted by: TheQuietMan I don't think NK will react well to an all-caps letter from Hillary. With luck calmer heads will prevail and the letter will have cross outs and a FIFY sign-off.

Ya know how Obama lied when he promised the democrat's "heath care reform" bill would NOT raise costs & taxes?-- "Not one dime", he promised.
(by giving the CBO manipulated numbers)...

Well, when it comes to the democrat's financial reform bill, Obama is lying when he states that tax-payer funded bailouts are not a part of it.  They are.

Meanwhile, there's Rand Paul - and I'm sure he's gonna overturn the civil rights act any minute now.

12 Add cartoonist Zapiro to the Islamist shit-list.

Zapiro cartoon sparks religious row

Cartoonist Zapiro has been drawn into the furore around the depiction of the prophet Muhammad after Muslim groups tried to stop the publication of his cartoon. The Jamiatul Ulama, an islamic theological body, on Thursday tried to prevent the Mail and Guardian from publishing the cartoon by filing an urgent application to the Johannesburg High Court. The cartoon depicts the prophet lying down on a therapist's chair saying: "Other prophets have followers with a sense of humour!" Beside him is a newspaper with a headline reading: "Everybody draw Muhammad day". Behind him, a bespectacled therapist wearing a suit and bowtie is seen taking notes.

15 Yesterday, Bwaney Fwank on CNBC claiming that he had always called for more "rental" units rather than making loans and home ownership to ne'er do wells. I almost choked on my morning cocktail.

Today, CNBC dug up You Tube video from 5 years ago when Fwank is on the floor railing about affordable housing and as we all know, forcing banks to lend to people who sucked as credit risks.

Why do pieces of shit like Frank, still have jobs?

Meet "Synthia" the man-made DNA living organism that just so happens to annihilate the even-toed ungulate Artiodactyla mammals aka goats .

UK Daily Mail announced the "birth" of humanity's "final solution".

Dr Venter, a 63-year-old Vietnam War veteran and his team of 20 scientists including a Nobel laureate, and whose J Craig Venter Institute has labs in California and Maryland: "We are entering a new era where we're limited mostly by our imaginations." The breakthrough, which took 15 years and £27.7million to achieve, opens an ethical Pandora's box. Ethicists said he is 'creaking open the most profound door in humanity's history' - with unparalleled risks, and likens the process to booting-up a computer. Now that Venter has proven the concept, the path is open for him to alter the 'recipe' to create any sort of organism he chooses.

27 That whole Rand Paul thing has led me to believe people on the Titanic really did argue about the deck chair placement, even after they'd hit the iceberg.

It's more like the second-class passengers blockading the lifeboats until the first-class passengers announce their approval of the second class's implementation of "women and children first," and the first step in the "One woman, then one child, then one woman, then one child..." faction's evacuation plan is to throw the "Just get in; no dudes" faction overboard, because they think the first-classers won't acknowledge them if they don't dispose of that rabble first.

But that's not pithy.

35 Ya know what pisses off rational Americans about illegal immigration?

The truth is, many illegal immigrants have no intention of becoming Americans. In fact, many absolutely detest this country. And Americans know this. It pisses us off that they wave their flags and send their checks back home.

They are like unwelcome house guests. They come to your house, eat your fucking food and drink your beer, and then bitch that you don't buy them some Corona.

That Americans are pissed at illegal immigrants has nothing to do with race. We are pissed because they are whiny, freeloading bitches without an ounce of gratitude.

There, I feel better.

38 If course its a fucking depression. They manufacture GDP numbers, gerrymander PPI and CPI because CPI is hinged to SS increases. They manufacture unemployment figures, refusing to count pissed off people like me who never took a dime of unemployment or food stamps.

We are facing a global currency collapse. Money does not exist except as debt on ledgers. But as long as they can blow smoke up our asses and manufacture numbers, the fucking sheep stay quiet. And if you question any of that shit, they call you a lunatic and marginalize you.

Well, you'd think an "unprecedented" joint session of Congress called by his Lordship would merit a mention on the CBS evening news with KC especially because of the dissing of Arizona.

Guess again. No mention whatsoever. No video of the cheering Dems. But what do I know. I'm no journalist. Obviously not newsworthy.

But CBS did spend extra time talking about the oil spill. KC asked reporter about "possible criminal charges." Perhaps tonight she will ask about "potential executions of BP executives by lethal injection."
