— Ace On some kind of secret mission at the Cannes Film Festival, here making contact with deep-cover agent-in-place Naomi Watts.

Yah, I know, this post makes no sense because she's famous now and obviously not a spy.
So, sure, this post is a cheap shot.
I'm just noting that she's no longer keeping that stealthy deep-cover covert-operations need-to-know secrecy she used have when she was driving every day up the central road to CIA HQ Langley -- you know, the way she used to, before Armitage blew her "legend."
Valerie Plame is/was as much as spy as I am. After all, I know spy-slang like "legend," because I've seen Burn Notice.
Wait, no I haven't. What is Burn Notice?
(I love that sketch... so random.)

No, I am not kidding.
Stop thinking of her as an American operative, and start thinking of her as working for a certain Middle Eastern nation....
Seriously, has any other Saudi effort yielded such value in sabotaging the war in Iraq?

Yeah, it was especially clunky hearing such a tired talking point coming from a character who would certainly know better.

Has anyone ever looked into how the Plamester ever got hired at the CIA to begin with?
I wonder what her qualifications were and or what friend hired her?

She has ugly tits and she can't fill out that dress.
It looks like the lining of a casket.

Obama freaks out if a tv personality criticizes him. Obama freaked out when John McCain challenged him to his face at the HC summit.
Imagine if someone fed stories to the NYTs asserting the Obama administration had sent him on a secret mission, and the idea that alQaeda was hanging out in Pakistan was a lie.
This WH would go crazy.

And for the record, Burn Notice has guns, explosions, car chases, gratuitous T&A, and Bruce Campbell. Therefore, it is CLEARLY the best show on television.
(I like the Jason Bly character too. The bank heist episode was the BEST of the second season. Michael was sooo bunkworthy. mmmm)

Wilson's job was to set the hook with his NY Times article, to try to provoke an reaction from the Bush Admin; the MSM's role was to play up the outrage, Shumner's guy in Justice (Comie) then appointed Fitzgerald and gave him sweeping powers before resigning to collect his payoff at Fanny Mae.
it was a perfect Dem sting operation, while it ultimately failed to achieve its objective of bringing down the Bush administration, it, with the help of the MSM chorus, nevertheless paralazed the administration's key players, Rove, Cheney etc. for a considerable time.
