I'd do it but the last Republican in my hometown of Amherst, MA died 30 years ago, that is besides my husband and me.
I went out on a limb tonight and changed myYou Tube channel home state to Brownachusetts. It was previously Tedachusetts.

If the Democrats lose this it will be an earthquake for US politics. Losing the 'Kennedy' seat to a Republican will rightly take the non stain sheen off Obama. His own Congressional Democrats will get very jittery with November coming and all innovative and controversial legislative will get sidelined. And it is not just the loss of the Senate seat that is at stake here because if the Republicans win they will have a Senate blocking minority to stop the Health Care Reform Bill and stop Obamas Presidency in its tracks. Ball dipping goodness.

There is some sad irony that a Kennedy family member killed a teenager named Martha (not Marcia) Moxely in the 70's - and in true Kennedyesque fashion - eluded justice for a few decades. May a house state fall on Coakley.

Seems like Brown will win if the Donks don't cheat too much.
Ever notice it's always the Democrats cheating? There's the big cheating, the electoral boards and ACORN type, but there's also the man-on-the-street cheater. I talked to one once who obviously proud he had voted in once precinct and was on his way to vote in another. (Recall Ed Schultz recently.) He had no sense it was wrong or undesireable. In fact, they're like that at all levels.
I'm sure there is some GOP cheating, but it's nothing like the constant drumbeat of Donk cheating.

The BIG QUESTION is turnout. We simply do not know how great the cemetery turnout will be. In a close election like this, I would expect more of the deceased will be making an effort to vote. But then again, they won't know whether they will need to vote until the preliminary exit polls, at the earliest.
Just in case, I'm sure some of the dead have already voted absentee, but we really won't know until after all of the newly-discovered votes are found, probably a couple of days after the other votes are counted.

I don't think absentee ballots can be that much of a threat this time, because Brown peaked so late. They have to be requested and then sent out.
But I guess they could find a way to fake them, though.

H-Bomb explosion?
Death Star explosion?
Nazis from Raiders of The Lost Ark heads melting/exploding? (there's three of them, one each to represent Botox Nancy, Dingy Harry and Big 0)
Nazi guy rapidly aging and then blowing away in a cloud of dust from Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade? ("He chose...poorly.")

Just one question Morons: have you ever stood up against something you believed in? Well...we are.
Yesterday, Coakley used the solemn occasion to grovel for votes in the name of MLK!
"I'm running for the United States Senate because Dr. King's work is unfinished, his dream is unrealized," she said.
"Tomorrow we act on the dream and we make sure that we allow me to continue that work," Coakley said. "We remember the dream tomorrow and we will act on the dream tomorrow."
"I know that he would be standing right on the front line for health care -- not as a right -- not as a privilege, but as a right, as Ted Kennedy always said," Coakley said of King. "
"If you send me to the Senate, I will be guided by those values."
If you send her to the senate, all of America will be enslaved by SOCIALISM... well, not everybody... the congressmen and senators have exempted themselves from this atrocity they are cramming down our throats. They will be so kind as to run it for us, like benevolent plantation owners.
MLK's dream was for America to care about the CONTENT OF A MAN'S CHARACTER.
Dr. King was a member of the Republican party.

The Brown Campaign is running a state of the art operation – a clinic for those mounting November runs to imitate. This campaign is a model for any 2010 Congressional election. The one-year anniversary of the inauguration of Barack Obama is upon us. After only 12 months he is struggling for political survival. The cause is his economic policies. The anniversary is a bitter pill for many unemployed workers to swallow. The jobs he promised, and many voted for, have proved to be a fleeting fantasy. The reality is that Obama's uncontrolled spending and reckless borrowing have plunged us deeper into the worst recession since the Great Depression. The dire economic situation has only been exacerbated by Obama policy. The situation is only going to get worse if his new, expanded stimulus plan goes into effect.
Obama loves to blame former President Bush, claiming he inherited this horrendous recession. However, the facts show this just isnÂ’t true. While the housing bubble burst in 2008, and a slight recession began in the Bush administrationÂ’s last year, it was nothing compared to the past year.
Since Obama took office, the nation is distressed watching more people lose their jobs. This spiraling recession has gone from mild downturn to disaster. Obama cavalierly declared during the early days of his term, that if Congress failed to pass his economic stimulus plan, the unemployment rate would climb above 8 percent. Congress believed him, giving him all the new spending he demanded by passing the $787 billion pork-laden stimulus bill. Yet the unemployment rate then promptly climbed to over 10 percent.
In December 2008, BushÂ’s last full month in office, unemployment stood at 7.4 percent. Actually, the picture under Obama is even bleaker than it appears. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the real unemployment rate is 17.3 percent when you take into account those discouraged and disheartened folks who have giving up on looking for work. And if unemployment figures were still calculated as they were in 1981, the first year of the Reagan term, unemployment now would be 21 percent.
To counteract his rapidly declining job-approval ratings, Obama has frantically started pushing a second spending package. This time he wonÂ’t call the bill a stimulus package or say where the spending will go. Obama and his press secretary are now selling it as a package of "targeted ideas that will have a positive effect on private hiring." Americans know big government spending plans don't work. Obama is in a sticky predicament, and rather than openly running on his unpopular ideas, he is attempting to deceive the American people with new names for failed policies.
One of the unreported results of the original stimulus package is that it has wreaked havoc on state government budgets. It earmarked $200 billion in bailout cash to help balance state budgets. This policy is akin to giving an alcoholic a yearÂ’s supply of Valu-Rite money. Yet, here we are a year later, and the combined deficit for states has reached a staggering $260 billion. Rather than using federal dollars to repair their balance sheets, states used the money to fund temporary fixes. Did I get a Lace Wig? NO. Now these states are hooked like a drug addict and begging for another quick fix from Obama. If Obama bails these states out again, he will prolong the waste and forestall necessary reforms.
Obama is so preoccupied lobbying for his health care bill he is neglecting to focus on job creation. If Obama wanted to create jobs and improve the economy, he should have created a stable and secure environment for companies. Obama didn't realize the folly of his policies and his party will rightly deserve a strong rebuke from the American people in Massachusetts this historic day.

I called Coakley “Mike Dukakis in a skirt.” I would now like to apologize to Mike Dukakis.
Did you see this woman on TeeVee yesterday? Does she ever take her foot out of her mouth? She claimed she’s been running a “positive” campaign - you know, like Chuck Schumer calling Scott Brown a “teabagger.” Then she said her big problems have been “bad weather” and “the holidays” - Christmas, in other words. You should check out the whole thing. She’s not standing for the big insurance companies, even though she went down to D.C. last week to pick up some cash from them.
This is Martha yesterday on the voters she says are wrong: “I think they’re gonna send someone to Massachusetts who has a proven record.”

No giant has been awakend - the people are under the soporific of ACORN/SIEU/BigGovernment.
While the Brown thing has been fun, do not believe that the Left's hold on the electoral process has been shaken in the least. Note that the early fraud (and the quotes from several Mass. election officials are already out there) is a "done deal".
Brown will need at bare minimum a 10% point edge to cover the fraudulent vote counting - and make no mistake - if Brown does win, the slim margin will be spun to downplay his win.

Scott Brown may not share the political values of most of the state and may lack the experience for the US Senate. And, letÂ’s be honest, his nights probably arenÂ’t tied up with Mensa meetings. But heÂ’s out there hustling, meeting, asking, and convincing. People respect that, a lot.
Prominent Democrats in Boston are privately seething at the candidate and her campaign. First and foremost, they see the immediate impact defeat could have on the health care overhaul. Beyond that, they fret about the seismic impact a Republican victory in Massachusetts would have on ObamaÂ’s national standing. And they are nearly despondent about what a defeat would mean to Ted KennedyÂ’s legacy and memory.
WeÂ’re at an amazing point right now in which nobody knows what will happen today. And itÂ’s not because of anything Coakley did, but because of everything she didnÂ’t.

16 YEARS OF Republican leadership in MA. Even Gretchen had to throw the bullshit flag on that. She let all the other lies go though.
The Lt. Gov of MA is a Dem, therefore when he opens his mouth he vomits lies.

Olbermangina, the political commentator whose sole qualification was being a sportscaster, criticizing someone's so-called lack of experience is just rich.

Today I predict the results will be the Bears 84, the Packers 2 and Scott Brown will be held to under 100 points.

Nobody asked for ID. They asked for IDs in 2006, but no other time as far as I can remember. (Been living here ten years.)
With my housemate and three neighbors across the street, that's five votes for Brown!
Also in my neighborhood, I haven't seen a single yard sign for anyone. The guy up the street who had a McCain bumper sticker got his car vandalized two years ago, so I guess it's not surprising that we don't have Brown signs. The lack of Coakley signs, though--that's interesting.
Still, I expect we're in a real minority here in [a redacted suburb of Boston].

Side prediction: Breitbart sends his new, secret army of rogue conservative Journo students to Mass to get some GREAT scoop on antics and shennanigans.

Note to self:
Bring cash to buy yummy homemade baked goodies at the school I will vote at.
90 minutes to go.
Marsha's foot must taste good.. I'll take the baked goodies.

“I’m no stranger to hard fought campaigns, but what we’ve seen in the past few days is way over the line and reminiscent of the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palin’s 2008 campaign rallies. This is not how democracy works in Massachusetts,” Kerry said this afternoon in a statement.
“Scott Brown needs to speak up and get his out of state tea party supporters under control. In Massachusetts, we fight hard and win elections on the issues and on our differences, not with bullying and threats,” Kerry said.
Too funny.

can we once and for all stop pretending the log cabin republicans are on our side?
Go to their website. Not a single word about Scott Brown or this election. And who did they endorse last? Dodo Scooz, that's who. And before that? Michael fucking Bloomberg.
Log fucking Cabin fucking Republicans are not Republicans. They are lying sacks of shit and Democrats.

Boston forcast for the next six hours:
Periods of wintry mix Periods of snow will become mixed with or change to freezing rain or sleet, especially around noon. Cloudy with temperatures steady or slowly rising into the upper 30s. Winds light and variable. Chance of precip 80%. Snowfall of about half an inch.Put me down for Brown by +11. The dispirtited, jobless looters are going to take one look at that and stay in. Productive citizens will have to get out of bed anyway and figure they might as well go vote.
Oh, and Kennedy will get +3 because some Democrats will vote by reflex.
(Snow anyone can handle but you've got to be pretty commited to tackle freezing rain...)

Zogby (Mr Always Wrong) predicts Coakley wins by a point or less and people freak. Brown is dominating among Independents who are the largest voting block in MA by more than 2;1. Republicans are charged up beyond belief and democrats are demoralized.
Unless the Dems cheat (quite possible), Brown is gonna CRUSH Coakley.
