— Gabriel Malor Three different White House officials gave out three different numbers for jobs "saved or created" on three different morning shows today. Fools:
Valerie Jarrett had the most conservative count, saying “the Recovery Act saved thousands and thousands of jobs,” while David Axelrod gave the bill the most credit, saying it has “created more than – or saved more than 2 million jobs.” Press Secretary Robert Gibbs came in between them, saying the plan had “saved or created 1.5 million jobs.”
Five dollars says that President Obama uses a fourth number in the State of the Union speech.

That would be net of any jobs "saved or created" by the Obama Stimulus.
So add the "saved or created" jobs to the lost jobs, and that's the actual total of jobs destroyed by the Obama Administration. Right?
The more jobs they say they "saved or created," the more they in actuality destroyed.

Fomenting economic doubt and uncertainty has cost far more jobs than the Spendulus ever created. This damage was optional - - they didn't have to make lenders wary of lending, and borrowers wary of borrowing, and employers wary of employing, and consumers wary of consuming. But they did it anyway. Cheap and easy to sandbag the economy that way - just get on TV every couple of days and say some radical things about what crazy shit the government might pull next.
They could have just saved the money and not said a bunch of wild things. If an economic recovery was what they wanted, I mean.

Is it just me or has the White House looked more and more incompetent lately as they have found that the SRM is slowly backing away from them? In the beginning, at least they were consistent with their bullshit. Now, not so much. I think losing three and coming close to losing a fourth election has rattled them more than we know.
They and congress, are now starting to understand the anger at their agenda and are at this point just hoping for some good news they can spin their way. He is pretty much a failure in every area including national security even though he finally understands Bush was mostly right. The naivete expressed by this so-called "smartest administration evah" is beyond comprehension.

Didn't watch the morning political programs but even my liberal friends are starting to shake their heads. Apaprently the administration was all over the place saying that he was "sticking to his agenda" since he won the popular vote and that means more people want him to stick to it than don't. A quote from my liberal friend who has backed him "no matter what" is "well, yeah man, but things change and you have to change with them, you can't just say, I'm changing what you don't want changed cause you wanted it changed when we voted you in, you can't say you can't change man, cause you have to if the people aren't happy or the first thing they will change when they get a chance is you man".
That disjointed way was exactly how he said it and though we all thought it was funny, he made his point. He's about to jump ship.

It sounds like that's what's going on here.
I bet if you watch the whole segments in these shows, you'll find that even the Obama spokespeople are using the same well-documented hypnosis-for-crowds that Obama was purported to have been using, in other ways, as well. One thing I have noticed the past few years, is that one of their talk-show and interview techniques is to just ignore the question, or use the question as a steppingstone to a whole pre-written script, which the MSM interviewer, according to longstanding tradition, ignores - they know that their show is just a propaganda conduit. See how many other numbers they toss out during their time on the air, and I bet it's a lot. The trick was to just keep talking, keep throwing out dollar amounts, specific-size families, miles per gallon, percentages, rates - and emotional codewords like HOPE and CHANGE.
I'm telling you, these people are the most devious sons of old scratch this world's seen in a long, long time. All they know is DECEIVE. They know it well.
Can anyone here doubt that hypnosis is real when Obama had half this nation convinced that he was a Fine Orator? The man had never spoken anything to more than 5 people at a time that wasn't either fully scripted or part of a well-rehearsed, logical speaking technique.

than even the subject can usually communicate to themselves with his or her own thoughts.
"Pacing and leading is a fundamental tool in conversational or covert hypnosis."
-last link, p.14
"He not only forces you to focus, and asks you to use imagination, but he has you count numbers, e.g., “sixteen months”, “thousands of miles”, “millions of voices heard.” Firstly, “one of the techniques employed by hypnotists in inducing or deepening a trance state in a client is that of having the client count."
"Now here is where it gets really interesting. Obama uses the following key hypnosis technique, now his fourth separate and distinct fundamental hypnosis technique in just his first paragraph. He applies a dominant hemisphere distraction technique precisely as taught by EricksonÂ’s three dimensions of
hypnosis.
"Distraction is a common and fundamental technique in hypnosis in which the dominant hemisphere is distracted by the language its job is to process. The dominant hemisphere is sent on an assignment using the linguistic processes and imagination. The critical factor is thus occupied, to make the non-dominant hemisphere and subconscious more susceptible to suggestion.
"Here is how it works. He asks you to imagine sixteen months, so you do. You follow where the storyteller takes your mind and so you try to imagine thousands of miles, and continue following along where he leads you. However, the conscious mind cannot imagine a million voices, the number is too big, though Obama tricks you with the first two numbers into trying, by leading you down a path of increasingly difficult concepts to imagine consciously. Notice how cleverly he leads you down a path which causes the dominant hemisphere to be distracted, and tune out of trying to do exactly what he is asking you to do."
ditto, p. 37
It seems to be, to my undereducated mind, a thorough and quite well-annotated document, that's for sure.
