I see that's how Lee's bill is being reported, but it doesn't sound right to me. The TN bill is for "Constitutional Carry," meaning one may carry concealed without a CCW permit. It doesn't change the requirement of a NICS check when the firearm is purchased. Unless I'm missing something, which is quite possible.
