LauraW sent this mildly-unsafe-for-work vid of a pug snout-humping a lab. Add your own metaphor and blame her.

And besides, think of how much worse we would be doing if we hadn't passed health care.
How many seats did we save that would have been lost?
Besides, look at all the races that we are winning on InTrade!!! Screw the polls, those that put their money where their mouth is are betting on BLUE!!

That's what makes these numbers all the better. Obama blasted his way through Wisconsin, and if anything, Feingold's numbers have declined.
Bets on if/when the next Dem firewall excludes Feingold? I think that they have to stay with him, because announcing that gives the game away to EVERYBODY.

The most sobering predictions of the DOOM that is coming are coming from Jensen, Kos' pollster. He gives "possible wins" to Quinn and Ali G in Illinois but stays very realistic on their chances. He has been a better pollster this cycle than Scott Rasmussen.

Lawyer says Rahm is ineleigble to run for Mayor as he isn't a resident.
I know the rules in chicago bend, but i doubt the other mayoral candidates would let that legal challange slide, especially considering this is a lifetime job.

Even 100% pro-democrat AP (via Yahoo News) is reporting how they like Ron Johnson's ad. Maybe other R's should take notes?
Of course, to the lefty AP, talking honestly about the types of people who make up our political class in DC is classified as a "clever maneuver".
Note from AP to democrats: 'Come on democrats, better get busy with a "clever maneuver" of your own.... Another lie to fool the voters. Make voters think you have fiscally sound judgement even though you voted for PelosiCare and are, at heart, a communist." "Fool em!"

I think that all depends on the 2012 prez candidate. Palin will run ads that go for the juglar; the Mittens' types will keep it polite so as not to offend. The video footage of Ebola bowing, scraping and smirking, plus old audio of him trashing the Constiution and advocating for single-payer health care at a union rally and bankrupting the coal industry ought to do it.
Posted by: RushBabe at September 30, 2010 11:00 AM (a3Z62)
Jeez was just listening to Rush - total bummer. I couldn't fault his logic tho. I hate to even talk about it, I'm no Eeyore normally!
but he made a very salient point. The Black Narcissus doesn't care. He's not upset at all. He's happy with everything he's accomplished. AND he wants an R congress that he and his media pets can demonize. He'll get a second term and people will forget and he'll even get a D congress again.
He's right. But once again I must remind everyone that these are extrordinary times. They can bitch and moan all they want, but it's not going to work this time around. People will hear them and then laugh. Few believe Dear Leader and the MFM anymore.

Dancing With The Stars had a bit where there was a lot of booing between Jennifer Grey's performance and Bristol Palin's performance with Mama Grizzly in the audience. It turned out it was the fans booing the judges for the grades given to Grey's performance.

Stolen from the DC:
Earlier this month, the White House released a report entitled, “100 Recovery Act Projects that are Changing America.” Number 18 on the list is Lost Creek Wind Farm in DeKalb County, Missouri, which received a $107 million grant from the Department of Energy. And it just so happens that Lost Creek was founded by Tom Carnahan – Russ Carnahan's (D - Corruptiville) brother.
I may have added one thing there.

Hasselhoff got booted first and Michael Bolton got booted second.
Warner is probably safe for now, as Margaret Cho or The Situation are probably gone next. Bristol's probably safe, too, because both of her performances graded out solidly.
And, yes, I absolutely swear I'm getting this from looking at the results on Wiki.

Just got an email from Moveon. They are going to show up this Sat at a Johnson event dressed as corporate bigwigs and attack Johnson as "leading the way" for corporate interests in our government or some such thing. Said they are going to form a group called RepubCon . The appearance is at 3:30 in Milwaukee- not sure where- I can't go- but if anyone can go and film these Moveon idiots it would be great.
They perform right after the "Soros' Wedgy Dancers".
