Apparently this government drone believes in "separate but equal" application of the law.  On little problem, that has been ruled to be unconstitutionaly by the U.S. Supreme Court decades ago.  She said that the white (I heard "cracker") farmer talked too long and tried to show his superiority to her.  Maybe the poor guy was embarrassed and way trying to explain away mistaken decisions.

Regardless, she has certainly admitted to nonfeasance.  I've worked cases with victims that I didn't particularly like or have a lot of sympathy for them.  However, I did my job as a professional.  I sure as hell never thought to myself, 'That person's black, they need a black cop.'

A number of years ago, I worked a drunk-driving case in which a intoxicated pedestrian was killed by an intoxicated driver.  It just so happened that the pedestrian was black and the driver was white.  There were enough aggravating circumstances (speeding in well-lit residential area) that I got a conviction for Vehicular Manslaughter.  Apparently, I don't have a sophisticated racial outlook.
