Claim: Hillary Clinton Looking For Exits Due To Obama's Vascillation, Indecision
— Ace

Before getting to the link, the source here -- "The Daily" -- is some kind of i-phone based news-app or something. So there is not some long journalistic tradition at the organization ( whatever that may count for anymore).

On the other hand, the reporter, Joshua Hersh, seems like a conventional, "real" reporter and not some kind of internet hoaxster. His stuff's appeared (according to that Atlantic blurb) in The New Yorker, the New York Times, and the New Republic.

I suppose he might have gotten sloppy or misleading here about what constitutes a real "Clinton insider" in a bid for a Drudge link and big name recognition, but that would seem pretty unproductive, given that he seems to have a genuine career going.

I wanted to check up on all that because this is, as Captain Ed says, "too good to check."

I want to believe.

Let me just guess that the Make Believe Media is not going to take this as a jumping-off point for asking if President Final Four is maybe a little scattered, feckless, and indecisive on important matters.

3 What a perfect set-up.

She could trash his leadership (in)abilities and dithering all the while setting herself up as Victim 2.0, forced to cobble together some cogent foreign policy. Her hands were tied, gosh darn it, but she did the best she could. Therefore she has only one option -seeking the nomination of her party in 2012.

If anything, it's nice to think about the other party's dysfunction for awhile.

To be fair, it's not uncommon for there to be a shakeup in the ranks of senior admin officials. She wouldn't be the first to leave after the end of the president's first term.

But yeah- Even if I was a lefty, I wouldn't want to be sailing on the rudderless ship that is the Obama administration, either. He doesn't talk to his own cabinet, doesn't talk to Congress, and can't make a fucking decision to save his life. I have a pet theory that every national-level politician's career has a single Presidential election where they're strongest for a win. But sometimes it doesn't matter because one of their opponents are having an even stronger career election that year. JugEars was definitely 2008. McCain's was actually 2000, but that was also W's year.

Hill has already had her once-in-a-career election in 2008, and she flubbed it. She's done, but it might take another try at the polls to convince her of the fact.
