But also, it's fake—or at least discontinuous. The different shots' angles and depths don't line up right. His earhole and the gashole can't actually be simultaneously in the four different places they appear to be.
But maybe they only had one camera, and they moved it, then shot his spiel again. And he adjusted the height of his chair and rolled it back a couple feet in between the two takes, and no one told him that's dumb.

I hate the unions and there isn't one that's better than the rest to my knowledge. I used to dispatch dray in Baltimore, back when vessel lines actually called there. A gatekeeper was let go and the ports...all of them...staged a slow-down. It took several hours just to get through the gate to perform a drop or pick.

At this point the only way Perry can win the nomination is by default -- that is, if Cain implodes and the also-rans all drop out in time for enough anti-Romney primary voters to coalesce around him (Perry). He is, ironically, in the same position McCain was in in late 2007, and his path to the nomination is the same.
And even if this happens, as a default candidate he's going to have a ton of work to do in convincing the base to rally behind him again.
For now, he's polling single-digits in Florida and Palin-level numbers against Obama nationally. Toast.

No he didn't use the term, but so much of his answer was about how Romneycare was covering children and in Texas so many children were not getting covered that he might as well. See if you can find Romney's answer to Perry's question and you can see how much he mentions the children.
