DEAUVILLE, France: Russia, Japan and Canada told the G8 they would not join a second round of carbon cuts under the Kyoto Protocol at United Nations talks this year and the US reiterated it would remain outside the treaty, European diplomats have said.

What nation would willingly encumber their already hammered GDP with ~~socialist re-engineering~~ carbon cuts to preserve Kyoto?

4 Kyoto was the ultimate fraud to get Western nations, primarily the U.S. to hand over trillions to third world shit holes ran by corrupt "leaders for life" who would put 99% of the money in Swiss bank accounts.

Agreed. The wealth transfer if all of these plans were implemented would be catastrophic for both the developed world and the 3rd world. We would lose wealth, and they would put off any meaningful development for more suckling on the teat of the West.

Canadians have accumulated an impressive collection of Fossil Awards at Climate Change meetings over the last few years. Our comedians and MSM have been harassing the Conservative government about this for years - international embarrassment, shills for big oil, flat earthers, blah, blah.
