German Growth At A Standstill; Europe About To Enter New Recession
— Ace

Europe as a whole recently came in at 0.2% "growth;" now Germany -- the engine of Europe -- comes in at 0.1%.

Meanwhile, Obama declares we're in no danger of a second recession.

Allah just wrote on Twitter: Who wants to be the one to tell him?

German economic growth slowed to a near standstill in the second quarter of this year, dealing a further, unexpected blow to the crisis-hit eurozone.

Meanwhile, Obama declares we're in no danger of a second recession.

Again, aside from the general idiocy of the whole thing, why would anyone even think of taking seriously the words of a man who spoke of "profit and earnings ratios" and "reduce your health care premiums by 3000%"? In high school, when people show themselves to be that stupid, normal folks wouldn't bother listening to them - certainly not for any help on the test!. We'd just laugh at those sorts.  And, if they were as obnoxious and arrogant as the Indonesian Imbecile is - being as dumb as he is - we'd tape his ass in the locker room or stuff him into a hall locker.

But, people actually let this retard babble on as if he could figure out anything that required more sophisticated mathematics than he can do with his fingers ... it's been absolutely infuriating to watch over these years, frankly.  Pathetic.

144 what I am seeing is in my state where the Rs took over the house and senate for the first time and we have a very very weak d governor not expected to be reelected is that b/c of the economy dems are bailing, self identifying as rs, af ams are pissed and discouraged (what waters said today has more meaning than is recognizable),and more importantly the money is slowing, not stopping, however not a guarantee for turnout - more so-hedging bets. I am starting to see the cascade effect in conjunction with what I perceive as a who can get at the front of the line for R favor. I think perry is resonating b/c i think this current economy has scared the shit out of everyone, so much so that dems are realizing that if they want to pay their bills and feed their children obama has to go. a real life double dip recession i think pushes obama under water here (around our guv's level 34/35). the conundrum is that he will need to spend much much more money forcing donors to make a choice here between obama or their state level d candidates - there is only so much money. Its hard to give until it hurts when you are already hurting. not to mention do the dems who give to obama risk getting zero at the state level from an R controlled general assembly and governor's mansion?
