Kloppenberg Declares Victory, Based on 204 Lead
— Ace

This stinks worse than a dead fish's taint.

Speaking of witch.

Frau Blucher just emailed me to say "Three alarm makeover emergency."

Gee, I wonder if this has anything to do with anything.

In 2004, John Kerry won Wisconsin over George W. Bush by 11,380 votes out of 2.5 million cast. After allegations of fraud surfaced, the Milwaukee police department's Special Investigative Unit conducted a probe. Its February 2008 report found that from 4,600 to 5,300 more votes were counted in Milwaukee than the number of voters recorded as having cast ballots. Absentee ballots were cast by people living elsewhere; ineligible felons not only voted but worked at the polls; transient college students cast improper votes; and homeless voters possibly voted more than once.

Um, nothing was changed. Gee, I wonder why.

Actually, I shouldn't say that, because the GOP is now in power.

Honestly, we should have acted on voter fraud first, then, after this election, worked on union reform.

Thanks to J. for the reminder from Uncle Joe. When will we learn.

Maybe the Republicans should go ahead and hold another vote for that collective bargaining bill.

This should be a wakeup call to anyone who still suffers from the illusion that they live in a country where their vote counts. The left learned long ago that if they couldn't get the popular vote all they had to do was get the vote of one liberal judge and they could overturn the will of the people. I remember this from back in 1994 with California's Proposition 17 (or whatever the fuck it was numbered). Liberal California overwhelmingly voted to keep illegal immigrants from getting benefits and within a couple of days it was overturned and, to my knowledge, is still in litigation - seventeen fucking years later. More recently Proposition 8 - passed in liberal California - and again, undone by the courts. And when shopping a liberal judge isn't enough, well, let's just steal the election. An art being perfected by the left. I guess the lesson to learn here is that the new rules in Amerikkka are - there are no rules except for the fact that liberals always win. Always.

If that's not worth fighting against, then nothing is.

Yes, I think maybe some election reform is called for. Re-vote the union bill. If they run away again, just pass a bill saying employers will no longer take the union dues out for them. That is what its all about anyway. Union bosses know their members will never write their own checks.

Still not a bad showing considering how much money the unions blew and how much demonizing the MFM did for 2 months. Kinda gave cover fire for the other states to pass their union reforms (IN, OH)

A thief or a robber hurts his immediate victim but not much else. Vote cheaters (especially when sanctioned by an entire political party) steal from us all and alter the course of nations.

Anyone who tries to stop the Nat. Guard from carrying out their orders should be arrested and tried with conspiracy to commit voter fraud. Once the ballots are secure they should start a public (internet, real time, streaming video) inspection of every single ballot, including full traceability of its provenance to voter registration rolls. All instances of fraud should be publicly announced/published with identification of the perpetrators name, address, place of work, phone number, email address,...the whole works.

I expect that a thorough investigation, should it happen, reveal many discrepancies ... and give credibility to rumors ... like lots of ineligible same-day-registration voters, ineligible high-schoolers voting, etc.

We just need a thorough investigation ... one that investigates all stories, leads, evidence, etc.

Even though it ALWAYS benefits the Democrats, the Republicans cave every time in hopes of getting crumbs.

We should be hammering these motherfuckers until they're all in pound-them-in-the-ass prison, but instead we're lucky if a flunky gets a slap on the wrist years later. Nobody gets excited except on the day it happens.

1)Voting for judges seems to be a process that puts political viewpoints ahead of neutral judicial decision making.  We all know that judges have personal viewpoints that affect their decision making, but to have an open race which people are trying to affect the outcome of a specific case really seems way to political for the judical branch.

2) I hate that we always lose recounts.  I've seen it too many times.  We are not good at counting or insisting on fair counting I guess.

So what name is ACORN using these days?

The defunct political advocacy group ACORN has pleaded guilty to one count of an election law violation in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ACORN attorney Lisa Rasmussen told Fox News that a plea agreement was worked out with the state attorney general. The violation was for unlawfully providing compensation for registering voters based on the total number of people registered. Sentencing for the organization is set for Aug. 10, and the potential fine is a maximum of $5,000.

ACORN itself was named as a criminal defendant in the case for allegedly running an illegal voter registration scheme called "21," or "Blackjack," which paid ACORN workersarned bonuses based on the number of voters they registered in Nevada during the 2008 election.

This is the only case in the country in which ACORN itself was named as a felony defendant. The organization, a one-time community-based activist group, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy after dozens of its workers allegedly committed voter fraud in cases that led to numerous convictions.

5000 dollars seems like a pretty cheap price to steal an election.

I have filed a Wisconsin Open records request with the City of Mequon demanding any ballot submitted but not cast in yesterday's election, including any remnant of a shredded ballot. We have received reports Mequon poll workers destroyed submitted ballots before poll closing time, demanding a driverÂ’s license number from the absentee voter. This request is unusual and the destruction of ballots is of grave concern, given the closeness of the state Supreme Court election. I will consider seeking an injuction to back up my request if Mequon officials are not copperative [sic].

Exactly!  I mean, when you look at it, we really scored an overwhelming victory at Stalingrad.  We utterly destroyed the city.  We tied down hundreds of divisions of the Red Army from August '42-January '43.  Those troops could have been used to attack us elsewhere, but we fixed 'em in place, forced them to fight for a ruined city, and killed nearly 2,000,000 of their finest men.  All for the cost of a mere 200,000 of our own.  That's 10 to 1, people!  Ten to one!

@317: "So when does the shooting start? I'm getting restless."

How's the 12th of Never for you?  We're the Right.  While we may not agree with their Glorious Socialist Revolution, we will never actually do anything to even mildly inconvenience it.

Also, did you happen to notice which side the police came down on in WI?  I'll give you a little hint, it wasn't the pro-liberty side.

305 I'm not sure the Mequon thing is gonna turn out the way the host expects. In a blood-red county, I'd expect Right-leaning election officials. If there's anything sinister going on there, it's most likely intended to benefit Prosser. (That county sure did put up a startling number of Prosser ballots.) Were this situation the reverse--some kind of strange behavior in a county that turned in a startlingly high percentage of ballots for whats-her-name--would we all leap to the conclusion that it must be GOP-friendly fraud?

Wisconsin city that overwhelmingly went for prosser caught shredding ballots.

308 If Prosser does indeed lose, the Wisconsin Legislature could simply make the age limit 70 for SC justices and say bye-bye to liberals Crooks and Abramson on July 31. The Wisconsin Supreme Court would then be split 3-2 with a conservative majority and two vacancies. Pretty simple, really.

@323: "Cops aren't supermen. They, too, bleed when shot."

If you can penetrate their body armor.  If they don't get you first in a late night raid. Etc., etc., etc.

But more importantly, it's always been one of the cherished beliefs of the Right that, if and when it came to civil war, law enforcement and the military would be "on our side".  Military, maybe; law enforcement, probably not.  Beyond that, the numbers of people actually willing to take up arms against the Left would be miniscule - it would be the Little Bighorn, and the Right wouldn't be playing the part of the Indians.

312 Cops are mostly poor shots and poor fighters. Why are you already surrendering?

Posted by: Ken at April 06, 2011 04:22 PM (gNj1m)

313 Orrrr.....  the GOP created a pool of fraud votes to discredit the campain and then YELL fraud - as usual - to turn the race on it's head.  That would be a more likely scenario.  Pub's will do anything for power. A n y t h i n g.

315 We conservatives used to be little wimps, but then came the Tea Party and for the first time we rallied, protested, went to D.C., donated time and money to candidates, made phone calls and sent emails, went to town hall meetings and shook things up. As a result, the legislation for tax raises, card check, Cap & Trade and net neutrality went up in smoke. And Obamacare is something almost every Dem has run from and it has lost every court case. But then union thugs, losers and pseudo commies, funded by Soros and the Democrats, went ape shit in Madison and we just stood there, made movies of them and posted them online. (Wow, that really showed them.) Now THEY seem like the force all the politicians are taking heed of. But with this recount, we've got to get back in the game and demand an end to this shit. Of course, we'll be civil while they will continue being the animals they are, but we don't back down! We must stay out there and be more determined than they. I went to a rally in New York City two years ago protesting Holder's decision to try KSM there. And now Holder finally put up his hands and said, "I surrender! You Win!" We can do the same in Wisconsin. What do you say, mates?

321 You know what? FUCK Wisconsin.

If, after all that has transpired locally and nationally at the hands of leftists, Wisconsinites STILL can't refrain from voting for leftists and making elections close enough to be within the margin of cheating, then let the fucking place sink. Let the unions make their demands, and let the state government run its fucking deficits as high as they're willing to go.

All that needs to be remembered, and needs to be repeated over and over again in the House is NO BAILOUTS.

Sorry to burst your theory, but the average police officer would side with the right if it actually came to a fight.  Please consider how often they are demonized by the left who in every instance tries find excuses for every criminal behavior.  Oh yes, the concept of self deluded latte drinking socialist loons who are afraid of guns fighting for a cause in an actual battle is laughable.  So is another American Civil War!

325 Hmmm...  If Kloppenberg was voted in because of a specific issue like promised support of union cases, shouldn't she recuse herself from voting on these sorts of cases?

Not that it will happen.  After all, these are Democrats -- whatever it takes to support the growth and security of the Privileged (public unions lifestyles) over the private sector worker bees.
