— Ace But this time from Andrew Malcolm at the LAT.
"Donald Trump says he's President Obama's worst nightmare," Jay Leno said last night. "No. Having to make a decision is President Obama's worst nightmare."
Huh. I didn't know that. I only watch like six shows on TV (Justified, The Rob Mariano Vote-Out Show, Top Shot, Top Chef, Doctor Who and the comedies on a certain network I don't want to name because the network is a leftwing propagandist outfit), so I usually only hear of this stuff later.
So Fallon thinks he's screwing up and doesn't know what he's doing, and Jay Leno thinks he's incapable of making a decision?
Evidence. You know what comedians are really good at? Being funny, sure. But humor is right on the edge of acceptability and offense, reassurance and shock: Comedians know how to read the room and find that edge.
I was going to quote Malcom's piece more extensively but since it's a litany of Obama's bad optics and bad choices, I think you should just read it.
BTW: Sorry for stopping posting. As you can probably tell, that last post really interested me, and I was learning stuff left and write as I wrote it (or, as I wrote what people were telling me about).

Those same comics were eviscerating Bush because he was so stupid and ignorant and said "nukular." I'm not sure that this means anything more than that the wedding is over. But that happens to every president; they just don't get a two-year honeymoon like Obama (pbuh).

It's one thing to attend church with your family on that Easter holiday and nod in agreement during the sermon. It's another to leave that service a half-hour early, purportedly to avoid disrupting the service by waiting until the end.
I hadn't heard that. He cut out of Church early?!

But here's a selection of other Obama activities scheduled this week: Wednesday he and wife Michelle fly to Chicago on Air Force One. They will be there for three hours. The sole purpose: to tape an Oprah show. Obama will then fly to New York City. The sole purpose: a political fundraiser.
Air Force One costs the government $181,000 an hour to operate.
Andrew Malcolm obviously doesn't care if he keeps his job at the L.A. Times for very much longer.
Posted by: Cicero at April 26, 2011 01:32 PM (QKKT0)
Letterman is the opposite, though not consciously. He just honestly believes that anyone who doesn't agree with him must be stupid and probably shouldn't/wouldn't watch his show anyway. I, of course, am happy to oblige him, even if I disagree with his premise.

Obama pounces on Speaker's remarks, urges end to oil subsidies
In a letter to the leadership of both chambers and both parties, Obama used House Speaker John Boehner's words against him, referencing the Ohio Republican's criticism of the oil companies in an interview with ABC News.
"I was heartened that Speaker Boehner [Monday] expressed openness to eliminating these tax subsidies for the oil and gas industry," Obama wrote. "Our political system has for too long avoided and ignored this important step, and I hope we can come together in a bipartisan manner to get it done."
The president also urged Congress to get behind his energy plan even though he acknowledged that Republicans won't agree with much of it.
"I hope we can all agree that, instead of continuing to subsidize
yesterday's energy sources, we need to invest in tomorrow's," Obama
said.
...
"Gas hitting four dollars per gallon seems to have finally caused Speaker Boehner to see the light on the insanity of providing subsidies to profit-soaked big oil companies," Schumer said in a statement released minutes before Obama's letter.

Also: Let me say again, I haven't seen any evidence that Obama is "smart." I think he's likely a 80-90 IQ. People without native intelligence have trouble using the correct word. They blurt things out sometimes. They don't know how to behave in social situations no matter how much they're instructed and how much they practice.

OT: Boehner on converting Medicare to premium support:
"I'm for it," Boehner told the news channel. "It's our idea. Right? It's Paul's idea. Other people have other ideas. I'm not wedded to one single idea, but I think it's — we have a plan."
The Dems pounced on this one, too. I know the Speaker was wary of doing entitlement reform and didn't give his approval for months, but is it too difficult to ask that he support the House plan?

You do it for the voters who might be "on the fence" about how they are feeling deep down inside about Obama. The ones who voted for him because it made them "feel good" to pull the lever for an "articulate black man". The ones who don't want to be called raaaaacists because they're starting to think that maybe Obama isn't "all that", after all.
If they find out they were LIED to about his academic credentials, that permission has been "given". They can rant and rave about all of the stuff that has been holed up inside of them the past couple of years (and don't think it hasn't been). All of the politically correct things they have been saying because they didn't dare diss a black man can now fly out the window because the man is a liar.
And that will give them license to vote for someone else. If they're mad enough, they might even work a campaign and/or man a voting station come election time, just to make sure his campaign doesn't try and get away with any shenanigans - especially if they worked for his campaign the last time around.
THAT is why you bring this stuff up. You know as well as I do that if he had the stellar grades he insists he had, they would have plastered them all over the front page of every newspaper from one coast to another....

The word 'shag' is fun, no? So is 'bloke'. They get all the cool words.
Trade off for the bad teeth I suppose.

And they both suck. Unless you're 19 and in a frat I guess.

I know, I know, granted you will be even busier very soon. After all, golf season kicks into high gear shortly. NBA and NHL brackets await. Summer vacations and that all-consuming campaign whistle stop tour will no doubt slam you. But I would ask, while the rest of us are also busy working, saving, planning ahead, fighting to protect our Constitution, and trying to keep up with where and why you’re spending our Department of Defense funds – I’d ask that you find time to tell Americans the truth about the state of our union and what you are doing to find solutions to our challenges.
Say what you will, but someone doesn't have a problem telling it like it is.

Oh pleeeze, how can that possibly compare to the death of a great man today? The inventor of the teleprompter passed away. All that happened in Nigeria is some black folk got torched to death by some Muslims. No contest.

Pretty bad when Microsoft can keep from being hacked and Sony can't.
They'll crack XBox within a week if they haven't already. These things happen in waves. Too much duplication.

I've really gotten to like Pat Robertson and the 700 Club. That's honestly the BEST news source on television with regards to the upcoming financial collapse and Islamic brutality. Pat knows his stuff.
And up until a few years ago, I was major agnostic, anti-theist, etc.
As to the quote, I'd like to see the entire episode in context.

Hopefully The Flapping Wrists has reached the pinnacle (or pinochle game) of his Indonesian dreams for this country that his beauteous Moochelle is not proud of. His life won't be complete until he is head of NATO or Emperor of the World with his trusty iReggie at his side.

If they cracked Playstation security they probably are half way with XBox Live.
Bet someone just got fired and spilled the beans to some off-shore hacker.

still surprised Live hasn't been cracked yet. Only problem they had was a few years ago when they had a shit load of people signing up for Live and the servers kept going up and down and when it was up, shit was slow as fuck for a few weeks

But will they bother with Wii?

Laharl FTW. I've never gotten a character to level 9999 (you don't have to to whoop Prinny Baal, and there's always a sequel to move on to by the time I'm to that point), but I appreciate knowing that I could if I wanted to.
Sort of. I heard something about friend passwords and shut my brain to the concept. I guess there's some downloadable games, too.

Why didn't anyone want to hire Obama after law school? Because they saw his grades and the courses he took.
If Obama had any legal intellect he would have been a snap up for any big law firm, but he wasn't, was he?

friend of mine had done it, fucker played A LOT of the second game.
If it wasn't for the fact that I've bought quite a few T-16, SNES (Ogre Battle FTW) and NES games, my Wii would have been gone a long time ago. Hope at the upcoming E3, Nintendo doesn't announce their console is an even bigger piece of shit
