— Ace Fox News Watch seems to be worth watching this week (when is it even on? I thought Sunday).
First, Jim Pinkerton notes Newsbuster's report that MSNBC had completely avoided any mention of Solyndra.
And then Pinkerton and Judith Miller discuss liberals distancing themselves from Obama, and criticizing him in more dangerous terms than usual. That is, it's always easy for liberals to say Obama's not leftist enough. Nonsense, but that's the kind of thing they say to pull him further to the left. But to start questioning whether he knows what he's doing, or if he's even "serious" about his jobs bill -- that's tougher stuff.
We always see this, but usually not until after a failed election. The moment Martha Coakley loses, it's safe to say she's an idiot and a horrible campaigner and out of touch and so on. Same with David Weprin from NY9.
It's not merely safe to do this; it's necessary. The blame must always fall on the expendable; the disposable troops get the blame. The blame must never fall on the animating doctrine of the transnational progressive movement.
It's a tough thing, but you can throw a president under the bus. You can never throw liberalism itself under the bus.

Just ask the scruffmeister Chuckie Todd.
They really don't even try at this point, do they?
I think (?) it was ABC (?) that led with Solyndra on their nightly news the other night. Of course not watching it, I can't vouch they even mentioned the 'Obama administration' in connection to it. For all I know they hinted that the Bush administration got the ball rolling when they considered backing the loan.

Yep, socialism/communism has failed in every instance that it has been tried. But to the liberals it is ALWAYS because it wasn't implemented "correctly".
You simply can not convince them that it fails because the real world is made of up of humans who behave like humans and not theoretical models in some utopia.

More stuff is coming out about who the investors were in Solyndra.....and how they were getting put ahead of the taxpayers, in getting any funds paid back.
Which is essentially using taxpayer money to pay back the private investors....who also happen to be Dem supporters.

SCoaMF is exactly as serious about his Keep My Job Bill as he was about his 2012 "budget" that was sent to the Senate and voted down 97-0. He lives in a fantasy and just keeps writing 'em down for others. The MFM loves the fantasy, too, but reality is intruding. Plus, the MFM's getting more exposed as fools, so some self-preservation is in order. Gotta save the message at the expense of The Messenger.

F&F and Gunrunner are getting really interesting too.Apparently there are even more spinoff operations all doing the same thing.Thousands maybe tens of thousands of guns walking to Mexico. How can that not be huge??
What ever happened to the story about Mexico wanting to extradite the people involved in the operation? I remember reading about it and then nothing. I would be so delicious to see Eric Holder doing life in a Mexican prison. Maybe they could send Barry along, too.

It is huge, Steevy. Hannity did a one hour special on it....but it's not enough. Issa is going to have to keep stoking the fire on this.

Yes really.
Every week we're seeing yet another story of black-on-white violence for absolutely no reason whatsoever. People are coordinating these flash mobs and assaulting people for no other reason than the color of their skin.
And then we reject and replace the most historic President to grace us with our presence and there's going to be no repercussions by way of riots?
In what universe does that happen?

What progressives believe is unnatural, and as such doomed to fail; oftentimes immoral, thus easy to oppose on principle; and downright silly too many times, as in the case of everything about global warming. But on a personal level, progressives are dicks.

On the first day of a Republican administration:
"...And we must allow the Mexican government to extradite and try the individuals responsible for the Fast & Furious gun running operation. We cannot ask our Mexican friends to stand up to the cartels in their country, and lose tens of thousands of their citizens in the fight, without doing everything we can to help them in their cause. That's why I've invited senior Mexican officials from their judicial department to our country in order to work with our Justice Department in order to identify, indict, and extradite those individuals responsible for this scurrilous act."

I spend a lot of time working in predominately black, or A-A neighborhoods...The only people working it seems are the white and hispanic maintenance and service people. My feeling is that the residents are well aware of the fact that they have been catered to in every manner for decades now. I don't see the anger that I saw twenty or thirty years ago...Heck, they even got a A-A President...Or, at least half of one...I don't think there is anger anymore of the type that sparked the LA riots...I think when Obama goes, there won't be a peep out of anyone excepting the ususal suspects, Sharpton, the CBC, Juan Williams and other race-baiters, hustlers and fools...

I don't know about crying and tearing hair out. The coverage last election wasn't as fun as I hoped for. I think they knew it was a lost cause and tried hard to keep their shit together. Not like the mournful atmosphere when Bush won re-election in 2004. That was great fun except for the priapism I suffered watching the proceedings. I spent the rest of the night in the hospital getting the blood drained out of my penis.
But Barry flaming out very well could cause someone to lose their shit. Can you imagine a hot mic catching some media big shot saying something like, "I hope the new president dies" or something like that? It could happen.
