— Ace It's a coincidence that among the mere 91 people Weiner followed, one seems to have just happened to be a busty coed with a crush on him, who called him her "boyfriend."
It's a coincidence that this Comely Coed wrote an article noting that Twitter was a great way to meet stars you liked, like, for example, Congressmen you might have a crush on, just for a fer instance. (I'm adding that example.)
It's a coincidence that he DM'd (private messaged) a porno actress.
It's a coincidence that a lot of the few people he followed (permitting him to private message them) happened to be young, cute girls. I could prove this, but I don't feel like it.
It's a coincidence that a guy who says he's the Comely Coed's boyfriend (a white guy, just to note who she's attracted to) just happens to have recently started following Mediate's Tommy Christopher, who the Comely Coed also started following, and the NY Daily News. Courtesy of Film Ladd.
It's a coincidence that Weiner has skinny legs, like the "model" the "hackers" used to show off the member of Congress.
It's a coincidence he time-chimed the Bosomy Undergrad's home town, and suggested the Maddow interview of him might make for a good "date night," and then deleted her long-standing FaceBook and Twitter accounts, as if she'd been caught doing something wrong.
And it's a conspiracy, a conspiracy of hackers who remain curiously unreported to the police, to make him look bad.
As Lee Stranahan asks: Would the most naive spouse believe this?
If not, why are reporters buying this crap? Did they pledge to "honor and obey" Anthony Weiner like his wife did?
Bonus: The third category is irony. Courtesy of MR MIKE.
Two video shout-outs. 1, Do you believe hackers can do anything, but oddly act like "nice hackers" and don't lock you out of your accounts when they're trying to scandalize you?
2, Do you believe in magic?
Do you believe in magic?

If the Hacker's hacked into Weiners account, they probably copies all of his private conversations and are in the process of leaking them or selling them to media outlets right?
On that basis alone wouldn't Weiner want to make sure the FBI catches them before they are leaked???

I've been at work all day, so I'm sure this has been brought up (God, everything's a double entendre with this story).
But, if it was a hacker out to get poor Congressman Weiner, possibly disgracing him and ruining his marriage, wouldn't he have used a more explicit photo? Completely nekkid and either really big or really tiny? The fact that this picture was taken over the man's underwear and shows a fairly average body is more damning than anything else.

Did you ever have to make up your mind
Pick up on one and leave the other behind
It's not often easy and not often kind
Did you ever have to make up your mind
Did you ever have to finally decide
Say yes to one and let the other one ride
There's so many changes and tears you must hide
Did you ever have to finally decide
Sometimes there's one with big blue eyes, cute as a bunny
With hair down to here, and plenty of money
And just when you think she's that one in the world

"We're 'consulting' on next steps".
The imbroglio started Friday night when Weiner’s official “verified” Twitter account sent a photo of a man’s erect penis underneath gray boxer shorts to a woman in Washington State. Both Weiner and his spokesman, Dave Arnold, have stated that the lewd photograph made it onto the congressman’s Twitter account as result of a hacking of Weiner’s Facebook and Twitter profiles.
Weiner’s office told TheDC that they won’t allow this issue to become a distraction and that they are “consulting on what steps” they can take regarding the hacking.

I contend that this whole think is a result of a little cyber flirting between them and that the co-ed teased him with a "boxers or briefs" question and he sent her the photo, but didn't make it a private message.
The bigger issue here that is being uncovered is his penchant for following young women's twitter feeds and private messaging them. I mean that's a bit creepy, seriously.

Student who got lewd pic from Rep. Anthony Weiner's Twitter account denies she's his mistress
Cordova said she was harassed for weeks online after she started following Weiner on Twitter and the congressman added her to the list of about 200 people he follows.
Her harrasser "started posting about me, saying, 'Oh, the congressman is following school girls,' tweeting it over and over. It was very annoying," Cordova told the Daily News.
When the crotch shot appeared online, she said the same Twitter user was the first to comment on it.
"Since I had dealt with this person and his cohorts before, I assumed that the tweet and the picture were their latest attempts at defaming the congressman and harassing his supporters," she said.

I think her interview just made the situation worse, actually. She's trying to make it seem like this is some creepy Internet dude who has been harassing her because she follows Weiner, she makes it almost sound like they think this is the guy who hacked the account to in some way set up Weiner.
Which would be all well and good if she was following Weiner but he wasn't following her. However, he was following her, a 20something who lives clear across the country from him.
And Weiner should've gotten in front of the "hack" right away, instead of trying to make a joke of it.

So, I get what nerdygirl is saying. Girls do not randomly get turned by screencaps of packages the way guys get turned on by boobehs or a hot ass. Then again, I guess boobs are more comparable to a non-sexual male feature like abs.
However...what do you do if a girl asks you for a picture after you're together? I had that happen once, and I felt awkward as fuck about it. I just don't get the fixation a guy would have with showing his junk off. In this case, the girls are obviously turned on by his power. All Weiner had to do was keep grandstanding, and he could have tons of poon.

Yeah, they love politics as long as it's Jon Stewart destroying those "wingers" or worshiping some progressive's dick or laughing at Sarah Palin. Well, kids, this is politics. Hell, people are just looking at your PUBLIC tweets.
But their guys have to be perfect. They can't even be laughed it. There was no crime here. None. Sure, the *cough* picture-perfect marriage might suffer, but if this was going on, maybe it should have.
But now Weiner has alleged criminal activity. Yeah, we all know what really happened, but we're supposed to cover for members of the cult. We're supposed to pretend he was "hacked" without going into it.

I think we need sort of a dueling timelines to go up. You know what we're "supposed" to believe and what we can speculate actually happened.
You know Timeline #1
Wiener signs off of twitter and makes no posts for 3 and a half hours.
A penis picture is put up on his twitter.
It is only up for a few minutes before its taken down.
Wiener puts up a tweet claiming he was hacked.
Timeline #2 (speculation)
Wiener is online for the 3 and a half hours flirting with his self proclaimed girlfriend. The flirting gets progressively more detailed and sexual with eventually a "I'll show you mine if you show me yours coming up"
Wiener being so worked up and excited publicly posts his portion of the "I'll show you mine" portion of the exchange.
Comely Co-ed probably notices it and DM's him back "OMG you posted that directly!"
Wiener removes the picture and thinks up lie that he was hacked to explain it to anyone that saw.

Yeah, that's how I felt. I declined, I was just curious what your thoughts were.
I remember there was this one girl I knew...actually, I was friends with her and her boyfriend. Long story short, there was a time span when they started being real distant from one another. In this time span...she sent me tons of pictures, unsolicited, of her. Completely naked. I appreciated them and all...but I don't betray my friends and when they got back together I had no idea what to do. I ended up not doing anything.
People need to be smarter. I've had girls send me stuff, and I deleted it. I have pictures of an ex that ...well, frankly if she fought Al-Queda I might cheer for Al-Queda. I hate her that much. But firstly, I'm a good guy. And secondly, she has a kid(not mine). Either way, I generally believe if you send people pics of private parts, you're either an attention whore or you want to fuck them. Right?
So, in this case...it's probably both. Weiner is an attention whore and wants her body. I prefer my girls with feminine faces, but to each his own...
