Out there, I'm but a mere impish student with an allergy to the sun.
In here...I'm pretty much the same thing, only with a bit more soul and inane banter.
btw, the Palin e-mail analysis has begun:
Alaska officials release emails sent, received by Palin during part of her governorship. Get updates at breakingnews.com #palinemails

Hey we need a Sarah Palin e-mail dump thread...I'm already laughing over some comments people are making. The latimes plans to make them available here:
http://tinyurl.com/4y6n5f8
And they are asking:
Readers: What should we be looking for?
One comment from that thread:
Lynn Allison Starun
Look for communications around the time of April 10-18, 2008 mentioning a dog or anything that could be code for a transfer of babies. Look for evidence of second baby (Trip) being born later than December thus changing the calculus of Bristol's "5 months pregnant". Look for communications from the RNC/Mitt Romney coordinating an ad campaign against election laws during the primary season in 2006-2007. Look for travel records January-April of entire family, especially around time of Iron Dog Race 2008.

Much better to be an anti-social, mean, evil, curmudgeonly misanthrope. But that takes years of training and discipline.

At the risk of sounding racist, recent TV coverage of Joplin and Tuscaloosa when compared with the 9th ward presented an amazing contrast. The people were actually out cleaning up, clearing away the rubble, etc.. as opposed to standing around waiting for someone else to come do for them.

Sarah Palin's emails shouldn't be held accountable for the erosion of the housing market. Sarah Palin's emails probably don't have much to do with record high oil prices. Sarah Palin's emails are not linked to the escalation of the debt or continued unemployment. Sarah Palin's emails cannot be held responsible for the recent spate of race riots & attacks throughout the country.
But this is what the media is focusing their efforts on in the midst of growing depression.

I don't know about Black people's attitudes per se. But, as for the kos kids, they think he's certifiably insane. Mostly because of the reason for his discharge from the Army - the incident with the Iraqi detainee he questioned by firing his 9mm next to the detainee's ear.
Funny.. that's exactly what endears me to the man. But to a lib, they would rather have all the men in a company die rather than harshly interrogate a prisoner. Go figger..

Could there be signs of intelligent life in Canada's high court?
Sponsors of 'rogue' immigrants to Canada must repay welfare money
"The risk of a rogue relative properly lies on the sponsor, not the taxpayer," Justice Ian Binnie wrote Friday on behalf of the court.
The court said governments have limited discretion to delay collection of defaulted payments, but not to totally forgive the debts.
"The discretion enables the governments to delay enforcement action having regard to the sponsor's circumstances and to enter into agreements respecting terms of payment, but not simply to forgive the statutory debt," wrote Binnie.
