My latest blog post, OWS - The Democrats' Electoral Albatross:
.....here is what I have to say to these professional idiots: YOU are the ones who decided to climb into bed with these people. If you still support them, you are either colossally stupid, or you have no problem agreeing with their positions.
Fair enough.
Between now and November, 2012, we are going to do everything in our power to make sure that this giant albatross continues to hang around your neck until every last one of you is covered with the stench of anti-Americanism that these people embrace.
In other words, you guys OWN every filthy, stinking piece of this movement.

Want to have some fun? Go to dailykos, and in the first post there ("Please Share Your Thoughts...") is a link to an online form where they are soliciting input about the Occupy sites. The form accepted a completely bogus email address and zip code.
I was all "power to the people!" but told them I'd seen some pretty disgusting things at my local Occupy and wondered what was happening to all of the money being collected.
The comments under the post are pretty funny to read too. Those Koskids are paranoid, skeptical about who's collecting this info, how it will be used. One asked if this online form had been approved by a GA (general assembly).

It's like donating an organ. Some people are so distressed upon the death of a loved one they don't understand what total donation means. It's tissue, skin, corneas. bone and they are the mistaken impression they can have an open casket funeral. It is NOT a good idea to have an open casket when you make that kind of donation. My sister is a wizard at fixing things but you can't perform miracles. I get pissed at the GOL people who do not fully explain the ramifications of the donations. Donation is a good thing but it is morally wrong to not inform the loved ones of the consequences.

Here's a question. Is there ever a time where a nationwide EMS would be necessary? Other than a 9/11 type occurrence and I don't think it was even needed there for how quick everything went to covering it.
These idiots would use it the next time a weakening category 1 hurricane approaches New York, while ignoring the category 5 headed towards Florida of course.

The Pledge of Allegience is still being recited, at least in my neice's kindergarten class. I asked her to say it, and here's her version:
"I pledge allegience to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. You may now be seated."

That is it. Bombard the electorate with massive amounts of Obama propaganda so the GOP contender will be lost in the noise. Throw money at people aka 'Bribe' to convince them to vote for Obama.
That is it in a nutshell.
If that don't work, well, there is a few months from the election to inauguration to forment a crisis and use that crisis to suspend the constitution.
The Left is so close to total power that they will not go willingly.

Birthers are not his base, of course; birthers are more into the fringe candidates, which I guess means Bachmann and Paul now. But he doesn't want to alienate them.
I'd have preferred something along the lines of "yeah, he is a natural born citizen... technically". Certain points could then be raised about dual citizenship, his time abroad, his internationalism, his longstanding affinity toward antiAmerican and Communist mentors, and now his support of al-Qaeda against neutral-to-friendly nations like Libya (but supporting antiAmerican dictators in Iran and Honduras). The "extremists" get what they want, the conspiracy theories get sidelined, and best of all - all these points are true.

Really? I didn't think it was much of anything, certainly not a bad statement. I had the impression he was saying that he had not looked at the documentation himself (let's face it, how many have? In a way, you're better off feigning disinterest if you're a pol anyway), but that he acknowleged that Trump wasn't convinced. But he (Perry) was pretty clear that he thought it was a non-issue.

He just got re-elected with 60 plus % of the vote.
Why wasn't the MSM, or this blog, or shit, most others, talking about it?
What were the positions of the opposing parties? I mean, WTF???
Where was the left? Where were the protests? Jindal is Republican. Why was the DNC and the left not demonizing Jindal? Maybe they don't want to bring attention to the three branches of government...in this case the administrative (ie:Obama's White House), which is responsible for stopping all drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
So why hasn't anybody asked why the left and the MSM took a pass on national media coverage of Jindal's re-election opposition?
We didn't get Jindal coverage, we got Occupy Wall Street coverage. You know what Ace, Instapundit, and the rest of you guys I respect so much? You've been had.

Think of the past coverage of the governors races in Wisc. and other states. Think of the past media coverage of those races. And now consider the amount of coverage on Jindal's re-election.

So this is interesting. Apparently I was upgraded from AVG Internet Security 2010 to the 2012 version.
I really miss my 2010 version.
A scan used to take 20, 25 minutes. Now it takes something like 90.
Wonder if I should reinstall the old version?

trouble with that Robert is eventually the updates won't be released for the older version, and newer will only work with the updated engine.

OK, lacey, how about some eye candy for the moronettes? (completely safe link to a sports site)
I wouldn't mind finding Johan Santana in my Halloween bag...
Alternatively, how about a discussion of favorite adult Halloween costumes? That should get the morons going.

You sure? I thought the virus definitions would be downloaded into, and work on, any build version. I was under the assumption I was just paying for the subscription to the definitions updates.

The National Right to Life Committee is today vouching for Republican presidential candidate Herman
CainÂ’s bona fides, saying the businessman who is considered by many to be the current GOP frontrunner
is pro-life.
NRLCÂ’s comments come after a 48-hour period during which Cain has confused pro-life voters where he
stands — by first using seemingly pro-abortion language saying government should have no involvement
before finally clarifying he is pro-life and saying he wants abortions illegal.
“Herman Cain’s pro-life,” David O’Steen, executive
director of the National Right to Life Committee, told
National Review. “He addressed our convention last
June. We are quite confident in his pro-life position.
When he ran in the primary for senate some years
back Â… he ran as a pro-life candidate then in Georgia.
WeÂ’ve known of him for a number of years, and heÂ’s
always taken a pro-life position.”

Its freakin' general hospital with zombies. I mean really, we need the emotional stuff with the kid who was shot? I really care what the moms predictable reaction to her boy being shot.. and to waste 30 minutes on that storyline. What a waste of time. Horrible acting too. The 'stoic cowboy' thing is plain sloppy ripoff crap hoping to make the main character seem 'deep' .. when he's a fucking idiot. An emotional, stupid Clint Eastwood.
The smartest person turns out (by far) to be the brother of the guy they left on the roof. The one everyone was worried about being an impulsive, violent methhead who'd make really stupid and rash decisions... yeah. He's the only one who hasn't made any dumb mistakes and has kept his head
anyway, what a damn disappointment! Now i've got to wait forever before Justified comes back on.. shit! AMC needs some new story writers. Between this, and breaking bad turning into a super Machiavellian game of 5 dimensional chess I cannot take it any more! damn
Check out Drudge right now.. The stupid look on Obamas face makes me want to punch the damn screen. What a clueless fucking asshole
