Overnight Open Thread - The Banned on CNN Version
— Maetenloch

When words are banned, only outlaws will have the proper words.

Cr0ssha1rs: The New Forbidden Word

At least on CNN:

CNN's John King: "Before we go to break, I want to make a quick point. We were having a discussion about the Chicago mayoral race. My friend Andy Shaw used the term 'in the crosshairs' in talking about the candidates. We're trying, we're trying to get away from that language. Andy is a good friend, he's covered politics for a long time, but we're trying to get away from that kind of language."

Allahpundit retorts:

Am I hallucinating or didn’t this same network [CNN] once have an entire show devoted to heated political debate called … “Crossfire”? With a crosshairs logo? How did the republic survive while it was on the air?
My God - how many lives has CNN's primetime programming cost us?

Martin Luther King: Gun Nut
At least according to modern liberal standards:
Most people think King would be the last person to own a gun. Yet in the mid-1950s, as the civil rights movement heated up, King kept firearms for self-protection. In fact, he even applied for a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

A recipient of constant death threats, King had armed supporters take turns guarding his home and family. He had good reason to fear that the Klan in Alabama was targeting him for assassination.

William Worthy, a journalist who covered the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, reported that once, during a visit to King’s parsonage, he went to sit down on an armchair in the living room and, to his surprise, almost sat on a loaded gun. Glenn Smiley, an adviser to King, described King’s home as “an arsenal.”

As I found researching my new book, Gunfight, in 1956, after KingÂ’s house was bombed, King applied for a concealed carry permit in Alabama. The local police had discretion to determine who was a suitable person to carry firearms. King, a clergyman whose life was threatened daily, surely met the requirements of the law, but he was rejected nevertheless. At the time, the police used any wiggle room in the law to discriminate against African Americans.

And who knew King was such a racist?

Stuxnet: Apparently a US-Israeli production.

Factoid of the Day

American schools are more segregated by race and class today than they were on the day Martin Luther King, Jr. was killed, 43 years ago. The average white child in America attends a school that is 77 percent white, and where just 32 percent of the student body lives in poverty. The average black child attends a school that is 59 percent poor but only 29 percent white. The typical Latino kid is similarly segregated; his school is 57 percent poor and 27 percent white.

Overall, a third of all black and Latino children sit every day in classrooms that are 90 to 100 percent black and Latino.

(If true) I suspect this is more about economic migration than racism - those who could fled poor, urban areas to the suburbs. Those who couldn't, didn't.

The Cost To Make A Penny: 1.63¢

b. The price of a new 2011 Ford Explorer.
c. The cost of a Stinger anti-aircraft missile.
d. Charlie Sheen's weekend hooker budget.

Danger Danger Will Moron!
Copyright troll RightHaven LLC is now suing commenters on blogs who excerpt anything from one of their newspaper clients. Of course this would be covered under Fair Use but RightHaven also knows that most people don't have the resources to fight them and will be forced to settle for $3000+. They're bastards so be sure and shun any newspaper listed here.

Best Cure For a Hangover?
Well scientists - top scientists - say it's coffee and aspirin:

They found the caffeine in coffee and the anti-inflammatory ingredients of aspirin and other painkillers reacted against the chemical compounds of ethanol, or pure alcohol.

Ethanol brings on headaches thanks to a chemical acetate it can produce and even low doses can affect some people more than others, said the study.

And I would add drinking lots and lots and lots of water before you go to bed.

Some Reasons Why Being A Man Is Awesome
Here are a few:

10. Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat.
11. You know stuff about tanks and engines.
12. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase.
13. You can open all your own jars.
14. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness.
15. Your underwear is $3.95 for a three-pack.
But #5 is my favorite: the world is my urinal - you're just living in it.

34 Here's what I take away from the previous thread about CNN banning the word "crosshairs": It's okay for me to call Obama a stupid fuck, because "stupid fuck" is not promoting violence. So in the future is will not use the term "crosshairs" when I criticize Obama, I will call him a "stupid fuck", and that is acceptable. Because if I use the term "crosshairs" someone might take that as permission to open fire. But if I call him a "stupid fuck", no one is going to fuck him. At least no one with standards. Especially now that we know he has worms.

Just as Hu exited the limo (at 6:13 PM Eastern Time, I think), a giant + ran across that half of the picture, running top to bottom and full left to right over the Hu "shot". I am offended. oh God, the house would take 20+ seats to flip w/ a more favorable district otlook for the future thanks to re-districting; also all the seats would have to be flipped going the blue dog route which would be next to impossible with the image of the Dem party tarnished currently w/ Pelosi and Reid in charge; chances are the GOP keeps the house for the next decade barring a revolution because they wanna go back to their old ways

Oddly enough, without a guy around closing the jars I find myself perfectly able to open them.  Once my son gets a little older that may become a problem again though.

That's great.  And yeah, with all the minimally invasive procedures that are being done, nuclear would be the way to go.

plus if it's Steelers-Bears, how awkward would that be since the Steelers positioned themselves as the symbol for Obama in the NFL during that 08 season w/ their Rep Owner selling out for racial politics?

129 I was actually just thinking about that school issue the other day. Why aren't liberals saying that it's a horrible thing for most urban schools to be so heavily non white like they used to say it was horrible for schools to be heavily majority white? Why aren't they saying that non white students need to be exposed to white students so they can grow up to be understanding and accepting of different cultures the way they said that in reverse about white students? Could it be that liberals are just racist fucks whose racism is directed at whites? Survey says.......well, duh.

148 (If true) I suspect this is more about economic migration than racism - those who could fled poor, urban areas to the suburbs. Those who couldn't, didn't.

Yeah, but why did those urban areas become poor?  Part of the reason, as I remember it, was the introduction of forced busing.  People who could afford to live in a nice neighborhood moved to the suburbs instead of allowing their kids to be bused forty minutes each way to a terrible school.

Posted by: Peaches at January 19, 2011 06:19 PM (zxpIo)

161 As mentioned above:

Obama says he's going to Super Bowl – if the Chicago Bears are there

WASHINGTON -- If the Chicago Bears win the NFC title and head to the Super Bowl, President Obama is going with them.

Obama, an ardent football fan, made the declaration Wednesday morning as he sat down with Hu Jintao in the Oval Office for talks with the Chinese president. "If the Bears win, I'm going, no doubt," Obama said.

To get to Super Bowl XLV in Texas, the Bears must beat the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at Soldier Field. Obama is likely to watch the NFC title game in the White House theater.

The Super Bowl has been a big event each year for the Obama White House. For the first two years of his term, he has hosted bipartisan viewing parties, usually inviting lawmakers from the home states of competing teams.

He's also sat for live interviews on the network broadcasting the game -- this year he's set to be grilled by Fox's Bill O'Reilly during the pre-game show.

Should Obama follow through on his pledge, it would mark the first time a sitting president has attended the big game, according to a spokesman for the National Football League.

LATimes

Remember that last semester of your senior year in high school when, after the SAT was taken, your college applications mailed out and acceptance letters received, you just sort of coasted the rest of the way to graduation, since the pressure was off?

That's Obama's life, every damn day.

This “affordable housing” scheme was and always will be a liberal fraud. They talk about “affordable” mortgages but what they really want is minorities not able to “afford” a home to have one paid for by us, so they will gratefully vote Democrat forever.

Well, that's exactly right.  The "minorities" are too stupid to see this.  We live in a pretty nice neighborhood, but there are 3 or 4 houses that have been sitting for well over a year now, not even a for sale sign in the front yard.  Geez, this was the reason we moved.  We saw our old neighborhood going to shit and now we may relive the whole thing over again.  Makes me sick.  But we can't move now.  Wouldn't be able to sell this house in this horrible market.  And dammit, I don't want to move!! I love it here.

Heh heh. I took Mandarin for a couple years, and there were a few Japanese girls in that class who were just Hello Kitty junkies. One of them had a little charm attached to her purse, and I asked her what it was. The look she gave me... you woulda thought I was asking to barbecue her dog.

177 Okay, I'm taking my 4 kids and all 4 grandparents, one of which will probably have two artificial hips at that point and another may have an artificial knee, to Disney World 11-12/11-19 this year.  We're staying in two family suites at the Music All Star hotel and I did go ahead and get the table service plan since my mother-in-law is diabetic and I didn't figure cafateria food for a week would be good for her.  So, what do you reccomend restaurant/show/ride wise?  This will probably be the only time we go so I want it to be really awesome.

188 sickinmass-here's another thing.  Tonight we gave my daughters girlfriend a little education.  We told her about the other rider that rode with Paul Revere on that famous night.  We told her he was black.  Told her several founding fathers were black.  She says she never knew any of this.  Needless to say it turned into a very interesting conversation.  This has been the democrats plan for decades.  Keep the minorities down, keep them depending on you and you have their vote forever.  A vicious cycle.  I think it was quite an eye opener for her.

So did I.  I remember them teaching there was a second rider but there was no mention of him being black.  Wilson was the driving force behind the big change in school history books.  Let's not give the blacks anything to actually be proud of because then, you know, they get all full of themselves and actually maybe start being proud of their heritage. Nope, can't have that.  Gotta keep em poor and hungry and ignorant.

The Field Guide To Being A Man:

* Any man who brings a camera to a bachelor party may be legally killed and eaten by his fellow partygoers, unless no identifying features of any man are captured. Who cares about the strippers? They shed their dignity long ago.
* Under no circumstances may two men share an umbrella.
* It is ok for a man to cry under the following circumstances:
1. When a heroic dog dies to save its master.
2. The moment Angelina Jolie starts unbuttoning her blouse.
3. After wrecking your bossÂ’ car.
4. One hour, 12 minutes, 37 seconds into The Crying Game.
5. When your date is using excessive teeth.
6. When Shane orders milk at the bar.
7. When you see the flag raising on Iwo Jima.
8. When George Patton says, “We will grease the treads of our tanks with their guts.”
* Unless he murdered someone in your family, you must bail a friend out of jail within 12 hours.
* Acceptable excuse for not helping a friend move: Your legs have been severed in a freak threshing accident.
* Acceptable excuse for not helping a friend of a friend move: YouÂ’d rather stay home and watch Three Stooges.
* Once youÂ’ve known a guy for more than 24 hours, his sister is off limits forever, unless you actually marry her.
* The minimum amount of time you have to wait for a guy whoÂ’s running late is 5 minutes. Maximum waiting time: 6 minutes. For a girl, you have to wait 10 minutes for every point of hotness she scores on the classic 1-10 scale.
* Bitching about the brand of free beer in a buddyÂ’s fridge is forbidden. Gripe at will if the temperature is unsuitable.
* No man shall ever be required to buy a birthday present for another man. (In fact, even remembering your buddyÂ’s birthday is strictly optional.)
* On a road trip, the strongest bladder determines pit stops, not the weakest. {and the weakest cleans up the mess, and can be left behind}
* While your girlfriend must bond with your buddies’ girlfriends within 30 minutes of meeting them, you are not required to make nice with her gal pals’ significant idiots – low level sports bonding is all the law requires (sorry ladies, it’s called a double standard because it’s twice as true).
* Unless you have signed a lucrative endorsement contract, do not appear in public wearing more than one swoosh.
* When stumbling upon other guys watching a sporting event, you may always ask the score of the game in progress, but you may never ask whoÂ’s playing.
* It is permissible to quaff a fruity chick drink only when youÂ’re sunning on a tropical beachÂ….and itÂ’s delivered by a hot topless waitressÂ…and itÂ’s free.
* Unless youÂ’re in prison, never fight naked. Even then, donÂ’t get knocked to the ground; you donÂ’t want to find out what happens thenÂ…
* Friends donÂ’t let friends wear Speedos. Ever. Period.
* If a man’s zipper is down, that’s his problem—you didn’t see nothin’.
* Women who claim the “love to watch sports” must be treated as spies until they demonstrate significant knowledge of the game and the ability to pick a buffalo wing clean.
* You must offer heartfelt and public condolences over the death of a girlfriendÂ’s cat, even if it was you who secretly set it on fire and threw it down the bowling alley into the pins.
* A man in the company of a hot, suggestively dressed woman should remain sober enough to fight. If you donÂ’t, itÂ’s your loss.
* Never hesitate to reach for the last beer or the last slice of pizza, but not both. ThatÂ’s just plain chick-like.
* If you complement a guy on his six-pack, youÂ’d better be talking about his choice of beer.
* Phrases that may not be uttered to another man while lifting weights:
1. Yeah, baby, push it!
2. CÂ’mon, one more time, harder!
3. Another set and we can hit the showers. Yaaaaaaay!
4. Nice ass, are you a Sagittarius?
* Never talk to a man in a bathroom unless you are on equal footing: both waiting in line, etc. For all other situations, an almost imperceptible nod is all the conversation you need.
* You cannot rat out a coworker who shows up at work with a massive hangover. You may however, hide the aspirin, smear his chair with limburger cheese, turn the brightness dial all the way down so he thinks his monitor is broken, and have him paged over the loudspeaker every seven minutes
* Unless your buddy is in jail behind one of those plastic partitions that has the really small holes in it, you may never light another manÂ’s smoke. Give him the lighter.
* You may ask what kind of ammo is being used, but you may not ask if it is a shotgun or rifle. If you donÂ’t know, youÂ’re too close.
* Finally, men are happy. Why? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. {To hell with Hillary} You can never be pregnant. You don’t bleed between the legs. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because “this one is just too icky.” You don’t have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles and grey hair add character. Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never stare at your chest when you are talking to them. The occasional well-rendered belch is practically expected. New shoes rarely cut, blister, or mangle your feet. One mood all the time. Phone conservations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all of your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend. Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe even decades. You only have to shave your face and neck. You can play with toys all your life. Your belly usually hides your big hips. One wallet, one pair of shoes and one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can “do” your nails with a pocket knife. You can go Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on 24 December, in 25 minutes. Finally, you have a penis, not a vagina.

So, be happy, youÂ’re a MAN!

There may be another Jackstack closer, but if not, seriously, even from North Kansas City, it wouldn't be more than a 30 minute drive, it's mostly freeway.  Take 35 South into the city, catch 71 South to 435 West.  Take the Holmes Rd exit, turn left and take Holmes all the way into Martin City.  Jackstack is on the left after you cross the intersection of Holmes and Blue Ridge.

OK, here's how it works.  My eldest daughter (by marriage, she is five years older than my natural daughter) married a man ten years older than she is.  He was married to a woman ten years older than he was.  She died, leaving him the kids (the oldest was a year older than my daughter), only one of which was theirs together (that being the youngest of the four).  That grandchild is actually my youngest son's mother.  She has CP and can't take care of him, that's how we ended up with him.  Everybody got that?  Good!  Of course, that means I am  my own grandpa.

340 IT guys.  The other night I had a machine that didn't work because the software hung up.  The IT guy wanted detailed instructions, what did you do, what happened, what did you do next, etc.  I told him "Dude, get your ass outta that chair and come on down here, the operators can show you how they fuck things up just as well as they can show me and I have lots of other things to do."  The next day my boss told me I couldn't say "fuck" to him any more, so I called him up and told him he was a pussy.  I'm just waiting to see what the boss says about that, but I don't have to go back to work until Sunday and he's off that day.  I'm expecting a nice email over it though.  I love being a professional knuckledragger.

I read that.  Pretty good article.  Unfortunately it's a lot easier to describe what's wrong than to discuss fixes.  IMO we need to crush the muzzies & the leftists, and get our financial house in order.  We should be concerned about the Chinese & how much of our debt they hold and how much interest we pay them.  They have their own asset bubbles, however, and they're going to pop.  Sooner is more likely than later.  Maybe we could get the Chinese & the muzzies to beat up on each other for a while, while we deal with our internal issues.  Make the two problems solve themselves.

Probably not going to happen.  The Chi-Coms are continuing to increase their business dealings with the ME - for example helping Iran modernize their cell and optic-cable networks (better command and control during wartime, better ways to censor "student" unrest) for oil and gas in return.  They're even helping Pakistan build more nuclear reactors.

381 Steyn is always terrific, but the dependence day article is one of his best ever. my favorite part:

It’s interesting to learn that “anti-fascism” now means attacking the British Empire, which stood alone against fascism in that critical year between the fall of France and Germany’s invasion of Russia. And it’s even sadder to have to point out the most obvious fatuity in those “anti-fascist groups” litany of evil—“the British Empire’s association with slavery.” The British Empire’s principal association with slavery is that it abolished it. Before William Wilberforce, the British Parliament, and the brave men of the Royal Navy took up the issue, slavery was an institution regarded by all cultures around the planet as as permanent a feature of life as the earth and sky. Britain expunged it from most of the globe.

It is pathetic but unsurprising how ignorant all these brave “anti-fascists” are. But there is a lesson here not just for Britain but for the rest of us, too: When a society loses its memory, it descends inevitably into dementia.

We have two art geniuses who "understand" pollack and the rest of us are dimwits.

408 I did a documentary on art in high school.  While interviewing one of my art teachers I asked, "So, what is art?"

"Well, some people believe art can be anything."

I wanted to end the interview right away, but then she said, "I don't subscribe to that idea."  Interview saved.

411 What are those of us who totally skipped out on the art thread missing?

It started out that some could not handle the idea that others did not agree with them that Pollock is great art.

Before it was all over some asshole had equated our inability to appreciate Pollock's abstract art to our inability to fight the democrats two years from now.

Ben nailed their b.s. perfectly.

Before I head upstairs for the night, I just wanna say I'm liking Boehner's style so far.  Got Obamascare repeal passed* within a couple of weeks of the start of 112th (and that's with a delay due to the Tuscon pep rally).

Great start, sends the right message, and I bet it took a lot of effort to get everything lined up to make it happen so soon.

Also, it's hard to call the Repub's heartless when the GOP Speaker cries when he gets all emotional.  I'll take him over the wicked witch of CA anyday.

*Yes, I know it's mainly symbolic.  But that's why I like that it was done anyway.

To make things worse, my doc still refuses to prescribe me valium for these occasions.  So I'm going to use a double space before this sentence.

418 #428 I don't think there's any doubt that the Chinese view the US as an enemy.  To them, Taiwan is a pretty serious deal - and they will view us as enemies even after they take Taiwan.

I've learned to avoid speaking of the 3 "T"s if I wish to speak cordially with my Chinese peers:  Tibet, Taiwan, and Tienanmen.

And China has a very violent past, including Mao's 33 to 60 million bloody tally not even half a century ago.  If the CCCP is willing to do that to its own people, how much mercy do you think us Western "barbarians" the Chi-Coms will show us if they think the time is nigh?

I discovered on a blog I used to read often back when I was still somehow an insane liberal that it is best not to get into art discussions with people on the Internet because some people always think they are waaaaaay smarter about art than they actually are and will beat you down verbally until you agree with them that dog poop smeared across a canvas is the most brilliant concept evah.

Besides, I have to teach art to 3rd graders tomorrow and I am procrastinating big time doing the lesson plan.

The only solace I have with the Chinese is that they have no history of ever trying to expand their empire.  It is basically the same as it was at its creation (when the first thing they did was build a giant wall - though the Mongols eventually just walked around it).  The only growth in the Chinese empire occurred when foreigners were in control,

Look up Zhang He, the mariner not the general.  They have tried to expand their empire many times, however a leader would always take over and revert back to extreme isolationism.

Also, keep in mind, the land that is modern china is in and of itself an empire. China as one nation encompasing all Han chinese  is a relatively new concept. It had previously been many warring clans.

We often view China through it's recent history, 1850s til now and neglect its history prior to that.

note the deterioration of the US, thanks mostly to having put an America-hating Indonesian retard in the White House.

conan actually had a joke about that tonight since Hu was meeting with the Obama.  Something about asking "a man who grew up in Asia what he thinks of America, and they asked the Chinese president it too."  Took the audience a moment to catch it.

489 I had  a cordial argument with a visiting Chinese student once.  I broke it off when I realized he really did believe that social stability was the most important thing, important enough to close off some avenues of research, on the chance that some discovery might be destabilizing.  I never got as strong a feeling that we had nothing in common with Korean or Japanese friends.  That attitude, if common among the leaders, suggests they'll never be able to equal the ability or inventiveness of the English-speaking world.

Polliwog, well we were going to use metal wire a la Alexander Calder but we had trouble with the wire, some was too weak, the stronger wire was harder to bend, so we are going with pipe cleaner because it has wire and it can be bent into shape. I thought it was going to be kind of dumb and not very “art” looking but the sample turned out really cool. We mounted the picture of the student in the action shot on a wood block, they’ll form the sculpture that mimics their image and then we’ll fasten it to the board.

True to a point, but isn't the youth suicide rate in Japan much higher than here? I can't speak to China, as they aren't exactly quick nor honest in reporting this kind of stuff. I still suspect similar methods yield similar results.

There is of course a cultural component to their suicide rate related to 'loss of face' and familial shame. The Chinese hold similar cultural values.

521 Weird thing is that the Chinese mom's parenting makes so much sense.  Pride and self-esteem come from mastering hard things, mastering hard things allows one to master more hard things, leading to success.  But children have short time horizons, and with rare exceptions will not do hard things on their own.  Mine certainly won't.  So they have to be made to do what they don't want to do, if they are to become responsible adults.  I've felt guilty for using some of the same techniques (much milder) as the Chinese mom describes.  But the little savages (whom I love), left to themselves, would not make the effort to learn math, or spelling, or history, or much of anything except read lightweight fiction, which they can do because their parents forced them to learn to read (and because they've been read too for countless hours, and their parents set the example of reading a lot.)  The trouble is finding the happy medium between Western undisciplined permissiveness, and Oriental cultures obsessive discipline that leads to such high suicide rates.

525 Oriental cultures obsessive discipline that leads to such high suicide rates.

There's a high school (not mine) in my neighborhood that had a couple of suicides when I was in high school. One suicide was a white girl. The other was a very public one done by an Asian kind. I think he was Korean, since the school was predominantly Korean. He shot himself in front of the school, right before school started one morning.

One thing I've read, and this was a number of years ago, is that although the Japanese do indeed create tremendous pressure in order to get into college, once there, things kind of go downhill. University becomes an Animal House, as all the pressure is now off.

So although the grade scores of the Japanese well may exceed the U.S. at the H.S. level, our University students far excell Japan at the higher grades.

For what it's worth...

I think that's kind of true for any person who had strict parents. It was true for one of my friends but not another and they both had strict parents. In fact, I'd say the one friend who didn't go crazy in college had stricter parents than the one who did let loose in college. And yes, they're both Chinese, but American born.

572 Yeah, you can get it at the Old Vermont Country Store which has a lot of old stuff in it like Tinker Toys and Lincoln Logs, but as you said, it costs a few bucks.

Anyway, I have to go for a couple of hours. I am making crock pot beef stew today and got to go get it started.

Total, I would say about 7 inches. But when I got up yesterday at 6:30, the snow was just coming down like crazy, and I could see the plows on my street and they weren't  making much of a difference. Just piling snow up on the street that I would have to get out onto.

So I just figured 'hell with it'. I'm not going out to fight the snow. Plus I could see that the street wasn't even really cleared. Just packed, and I didn't want to be slip-sliding all the way to work. It's really not worth either getting stuck or wrecking my car.

So I have a nice 4 day week-end off. (Normally 3 days).

Well enjoy the long weekend.. you 10 hr shifts?

Your right sometimes it's just not worth risking life and limb to get to work. I have had to put on the chains a few times but kinda really have to be here (at work).

LOL, I remember those days well. In fact there have been a few times when I had to go out to get people after I got in. We had to go in even in the event of a hurricane which did happen one time.

I've been through that. Thinking that what I do is "So Important". Well, I've gotten older and wiser, and stuff just goes on whether I'm there or not.

So in this case, I decided that it's not worth the risk. (this from a  guy who walked to work at night in a city under martial law).

And as the morning develops, I see more and more accidents on the news, not to mention people trying to shovel their cars out before they can leave for work.

I'm pretty damn sure I made the right choice last night.

I can't believe folks are still popping up over at the art thread to inform us a to what a bunch of inbred hicks we all are.

What? Does Pollock have a fan base that scours the net simply to argue with those who disagree?
