Pennsylvania Abortion Doc Charged With Murder
— Gabriel Malor

Evil.

He is charged with the death of a woman, plus seven babies that were born alive, but then killed with scissors.

If you ever wondered whether abortion clinics actually follow the law or if state authorities ever check to see that they're following the law, wonder no longer:

District Attorney Seth Williams says state regulators ignored complaints and failed to visit the clinic since 1993.

Williams says the women were subjected to squalid and barbaric conditions at Gosnell's Women's Medical Society, which was shut down last year.

If there were any justice in the world, the "state regulators" would also find themselves in handcuffs right now. There is no doubt in my mind that abortion clinics break the law all the time and receive exceptional forbearance from the agencies that are supposed to regulate them. In the minds of liberals, abortion is, after all, one of the "protected" rights and if complaints are coming in, it's probably just the usual God-botherers.

Do you really believe that just this one facility went unregulated for fifteen years?

1 It is unfortunate that our system of laws no longer bears any relation to justice.  The bastard should be killed in the same manner that he dealt out death.  The regulators should have to witness it before their hangings.

10 Many abortuaries are squalid places unfit for euthanizing a pet, rather than places worthy of the description "medical facility."  I strongly recommend Dr. Bernard Nathanson's book "The Hand of God" to get an idea of how monstrous it is; Dr. Nathanson was the abortionist who started NARAL, only to later repent of his career and convert to Catholicism and become a pro-life speaker and author.

Think about it: what sort of "medical professional" do you think would go into the business of deliberately killing women's babies?  Only one who a) is too incompetent to get a job caring for patients in a clinic or hospital or b) is void of a moral sense, a sense of basic decency and humanity.

14 Gosnell "induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord," Williams said.

That is the most disgusting article I have read in a long long time. On top of that they were using untrained anesthesiologists!

If a regular doctor had been doing this kind of shit he would have shutdown and jailed long ago.

What is worse is the State regulators allowed this to go on. I guess the tax payers will be held accountable though when one of his "patients" sues the State.

No. And contrast that with the number of times your favorite eatery has had a health inspector going over the place with a fine-tooth comb.

Why do we allow a facility that does an invasive, but out-patient proceedure to operate with less oversight than a restaurant? oh, because we want to make sure abortions are safe.

Safe sources of income, that is.

26 "America needs no words from me to see how your decision in Roe v. Wade has deformed a great nation. The so-called right to abortion has pitted mothers against their children and women against men. It has sown violence and discord at the heart of the most intimate human relationships. It has aggravated the derogation of the father's role in an increasingly fatherless society. It has portrayed the greatest of gifts -- a child -- as a competitor, an intrusion, and an inconvenience. It has nominally accorded mothers unfettered dominion over the independent lives of their physically dependent sons and daughters"

27 I read an article a few years ago that abortion clinics are exempt from most of the health codes that apply to regular medical clinics. (They were talking about a clinic in North Carlina, IIRC, but I don't know if that's generally true or specific to that state.)

People who support abortion generally just like death. They're not interested in helping anyone.

28 "But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child - a direct killing of the innocent child - murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love, and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even his life to love us. So the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love - that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts. By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems. And by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching the people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. That is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion. "

Actually, no.  Poor women aren't going to pay your school loans.

The abortion clinic down the street from where I lived in East Syracuse--looked like an office building, I drove by it every day for a year before I learned about it--advertises to middle-class white women who don't want to feel like they're doing something sordid.  It's almost a spa-like experience...the staff will bring you snacks after the procedure while you relax.

There's probably a lot more money in catering to rich and/or famous women who don't want their friends/fans/husbands to find out about it.

In Iowa, a woman can go to one of 16 Planned Parenthood clinics, get a pregnancy test, undergo an ultrasound and be examined by a nurse. The patient then talks with a doctor via a private computer network connection.

The doctor, after reviewing the womanÂ’s medical records and talking with her, can remotely open a container to provide her with pills. The process is similar to what would occur if a woman saw a doctor in person for a drug-induced abortion.

70 As for the "Doctor" in this case, I let Johnathan's Edward sermon address him.
Deuteronomy 32:35
--"Their foot shall slide in due time."--

IN this verse is threatened the vengeance of God on the wicked
unbelieving Israelites, who were God's visible people, and who lived
under the means of grace; but who, notwithstanding all God's wonderful
works towards them, remained (as verse 2 void of counsel, having no
understanding in them. Under all the cultivations of heaven, they brought
forth bitter and poisonous fruit; as in the two verses next preceding the
text. The expression I have chosen for my text, Their foot shall slide in
due time, seems to imply the following things, relating to the punishment
and destruction to which these wicked Israelites were exposed.

1.That they were always exposed to destruction; as one that
stands or walks in slippery places is always exposed to fall. This is
implied in the manner of their destruction coming upon them, being
represented by their foot sliding. The same is expressed, Psalm 73:18.
"Surely thou didst set them in slippery places; thou castedst them down
into destruction."

2. It implies, that they were always exposed to sudden
unexpected destruction. As he that walks in slippery places is every
moment liable to fall, he cannot foresee one moment whether he shall
stand or fall the next; and when he does fall, he falls at once without
warning: Which is also expressed in Psalm 73:18, 19. "Surely thou didst
set them in slippery places; thou castedst them down into destruction:
How are they brought into desolation as in a moment!"

3. Another thing implied is, that they are liable to fall of
themselves, without being thrown down by the hand of another; as he that
stands or walks on slippery ground needs nothing but his own weight to
throw him down.

4. That the reason why they are now fallen already, and do
not fall now, is only that God's appointed time is not come. For it is
said, that when that due time, or appointed time comes, their foot shall
slide. Then they shall be left to fall, as they are inclined by their own
weight. God will not hold them up in these slippery places any longer,
but will let them go; and then, at that very instant, they shall fall
into destruction; as he that stands on such slippery declining ground, on
the edge of a pit, he cannot stand alone, when he is let go he
immediately falls and is lost.

I just watched an episode of Maude recently where Maude got pregnant and kept going back and forth on the abortion issue. Her daughter (Adrienne Barbigtits) tells her "There's nothing immoral about it" and "it's just like going to the dentist!".  I think I blacked out after that.

I remember that episode.  I was pretty young when it was on, but even then I thought that statement was appalling.

164 Wow.

Mother Teresa @26 just fucking nails it.

I'm gonna repeat that, if you don't mind:

But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child - a direct killing of the innocent child - murder by the mother herself. "

Gabe, thanks for posting this.

The left has tried in every way to make those who stand up against the practice of abortion as intellectual luddites.

With legalized abortion, is there any wonder how euthanasia and eugenics are able to enter the picture.  They entered the picture stage left, through the Obama curtain call. Dr. Emanuel and Dr. Brewick were the behind the scenes advocates of Obamacare and pushed for some real interesting socialized goodies.

I volunteered at a right to life clinic in college and my eyes were opened.

Abortion is murder, prima-facie.

Just because she's exchanged her religion for one that doesn't have a God does not make her desire for a theocracy any different for those she's spitting bile at.  She merely wants everyone to worship at the altar of her choosing.

184 Why isn't this a fucking "teachable moment"?

When do we get to have a "national conversation" about the actual practice of abortion?

Oh yeah.

I forgot, it's qued up right behind our "national conversation" on race which seems to consist mainly of "Shut up you ignorant tool and let us pursue our economic policies in peace!"

We have a "president" who didn't have a problem with aborted babies dying in a closet in Illinois.  Also, he wouldn't want one of his princesses "punished" with a baby.

I just watched an episode of Maude recently where Maude got pregnant and kept going back and forth on the abortion issue. Her daughter (Adrienne Barbigtits) tells her "There's nothing immoral about it" and "it's just like going to the dentist!".  I think I blacked out after that.

The ironic thing is, Adrienne Barbeau became pregnant at the age of 51 and gave birth to twins. So at least she didn't follow her character's advice.

Posted by: Book Geek at January 19, 2011 09:57 AM (1+OO5)

199 So much for "safe and legal". Apparently they are ok with unsafe and illegal too as long as those babies die, some mothers, and "no body tells me what to do with my body". On a really creepy note, the "doctor's" name is Kermit. Like a rampaging crazed frog with scissors going after infants. Does PA have the death penalty?

Posted by: dagny at January 19, 2011 09:58 AM (oceiy)

200 I resolved to stay silent on this, but a "pro-choice" classmate badgered me to toss in my two cents. "Johanna, you're an atheist and a scientist. You're not brainwashed by all that religious mumbo jumbo. You have an obligation to speak up at times like this."

So I did. For about eleven minutes. Without stopping for breath.

Everyone, especially her fellow pro-choicers, laughed long and hard when she finally stormed off.

I also believe the left abhors Sarah Palin because she didn't abort Trig. She is a living rebuttal to their abortion orthodoxy. Her LIFE inoculates her against the usual MFM questions pitched at conservative males about abortion. You know the one and it always comes and they are never prepared: "If your daughter . . ."

The question is not hypothetical for Palin and her answer for herself [FU Andrew Sullivan] and for her daughter is living and breathing. But the Left must turn its head from Love and Courage and are reduced to screeching wraiths.

We have a death penalty law. It hasn't been used since 1999, despite a plethora of candidates. The self-anointed Reverend Heidnik, who killed and ate some of the women he chained up in his basement, was the last to get it.

I know some folks here are aginst the DP...I'm all for it, and think that this "doctor" is a poster child for it.

Posted by: Luca Brasi at January 19, 2011 10:15 AM (YmPwQ)

212 Jane, Why wouldn't they be trophies. It's a testament to the legality of abortion, of "women's health" of their right to "choose". They chose a grisly death for the infant they would normallly love above all things. They chose death, infection, maiming and pain over their own child. I'm sure he is deeply proud of his "good work" in the field of death. These dems want to talk about violence? Violence in abortion clinics makes anything that happens on the outside look like a day in the park.

I am proud of you. It's insane fun when they assume you're one of them.

I do hope you used the phrase "aching dripping syphilitic hyper-thyroid fuckmonkey," because that's pretty darned insulting.

Japery aside, it helps underscore the voluntary brain damage of the left that they really think this kind of thing is "enlightened" rather than abhorrent and horrifying.

I literally shiver just thinking about it. That "doctor" has zero compunctions about murdering an innocent and defenseless person, you CANNOT have that kind of person walking around free. Who knows how much extra-curricular activity he's *already* taken upon himself?

Does anyone think that someone who would cut the spinal cord of a live, born baby would not do so to someone else who was equally "inconvenient?"

Monster. Evil. Words too polite for what infanticide by this satanic bastard did (and the people who assisted him, and the state health department that ignored complaints). 235 Sadly, quite easily....  With God out of the schools and the body politic...  you see, abortion is merely the extension of the old practice of giving a child to Molech...  The idea was then, as is now, that the death of this child would be a blessing on the planned, "wanted" one.  All children are planned - by Yahweh.  I AM sees them, forms them, places them, and to put them to death is losing not only future taxpayers but also all of the blessing that they would have been.  But, like those who would look with the eyes and judge based on present circumstances whether one is blessed, or wanted, or not... we do not know all of time...  Each one of us, each one of them... is eternal.  Eternally blessed or damned... Luckily, having died so young, they will go to heaven - Sin requires something of choice, and something of understanding that choice (It is, after all, an ancient Roman archery term... for the circles outside of the bullseye... Sin 1, sin 2, sin3....and outward).  Sad comfort, but how much, how many, what blessings have we lost...
