34 One thin November soon
A stuttering clusterfuck disaffects
On MSNBC 11/3/2012

Vapors rise as
Michelle settles on an tamale
Lincoln's bones dissolved

Snow pack from the mountain
Beckons another tax payer funded vacation
Two jets await the journey

Then dirt is flung
Kindling is placed in the 'hood
For lightning the conflagration

Unknown creatures
Take their leave, flash mobbing
Police hide from the conflict

Citizen seeks heroes and friends
The bell of the city
Is rung for the last time

The shit herd rages
The hour of burning has arrived
Here are your tools

84 Slips of the tongue are one thing, but deliberate incitements that call a candidate's very credibility into question are another.  Rick Perry has effectively ended his campaign by accusing Ben Bernanke of treason and reducing his status to that of a spit-balling Tea Partier.  He does not stand a chance with moderate Republicans and independents if he can't get a grip on himself and stop spewing such vicious bile.  If a Democratic candidate even hinted at the death penalty for a public official,  just imagine the hysteria over at Fox News.  Yet Perry and his overheated rhetoric are welcome by the radical wing of the extremist  GOP, who like nothing more than to ignore this hate speech in favor of demonizing Obama for a few harmless, unscripted comments.

Last time I checked, OBAMA was the one talking about starving seniors if we didn't raise his gut-busting budget. Trillion dollar deficits for the first time ever (and continuing)? The recession ended before a single dime of "stimulus" money was spent? But Baby Doc Obama wanted his magic choo-choo trains and death panels - he just HAD to have them. We ain't got a thin dime we can cut from the budget, he says, big fucking Joker clown face on and his pockets turned inside out, but if we don't fund Lesbian cowboy poetry, I'll cut off her cancer meds. Sandy, Sandy, Sandy. It was your little precious president that threatened to cut of your grandmother's SS check, darlin', not Rick Perry.

And Perry was right about Bernanke's actions. If he increases the quantity of money for political purposes, that is almost treasonous. His QE I and II have caused inflation rates to go up to the 10% mark. Have you been to a grocery store lately? Or a gas station? Or do you know what those funny looking little characters are that aren't letters?

150 One would think a "Constitutional Scholar" wouldn't be shitting all over the Constitution.

One would think that. But if you're ever really curious, you should see if you can audit a Con Law class at a local law school.

I went to a "conservative" law school, and the Constitution itself was never actually taught; rather, judicial interpretation of the Constitution ruled the day. Given time constraints, that probably made sense. But everyone should understand that a "Constitutional scholar" is not an expert on the Constitution, but rather an expert at helping a strategically chosen judge or judges arrive at a conclusion, then backtrack to the actual law.

That, fundamentally, is the difference between conservative and liberal jurisprudence. One begins at the law, and derives a conclusion. The other begins with a conclusion, and uses dicta, bad law, and gobbeldy-gook to claim the law supports that conclusion.

That is why, generally, you will find "conservative" opinions are much shorter than "liberal" ones.
